The was perfect and well worth the wait as it was now basically lunch time. We shared a fabulous pastrami sandwich with pickled beets, Gouda, and arugula and a cup of the freshest, crispest, most flavorful watermelon gazpacho I have ever had. I think I might be ruined. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the inside is a very large shared dining table which seems to be a fun place to gather. The menu is inventive for lunch and the food is well prepared. I will return when back in Athens and highly recommend.

The only color they had in store was baby blue, so I agreed to buy a red one from their warehouse, paying upfront. When I picked it up the salesperson (same one who sold it to me), handed me a shopping bag and sent me on my way. I trusted them and didn't look in the bag. Thirty minutes later, a $267 tea kettle is rattling around my trunk. No box, no paperwork, nothing. The salesperson handed me the bag without saying anything!! Any reputable business would let you know the situation, perhaps offer a discount, and give you a choice about whether you still wanted the item. I returned the item and will never be back again. When this business goes down, they will only have their own questionable business practices and poor customer service to blame. (btw, their breakfasts are super oily and disgusting)

They give great game recommendations! You'll need to ask them to grab the games for you, as the board games can be difficult to get to and they are set a certain way.

Food is quite reasonably priced and is one of the best brunches I've had in the state. The biscuits are quite excellent with the eggs and and old bay potatoes are incredible - crisp and flavourful. Sausage patties are also huge and juicy and tasty as compared to most diner patties you would get. Quiche had a great great filling. Bird's nest (egg in a hole with Gruyère and herbs) was the only item that was a disappointing. Coffees are made there and the salted maple was quite delightful! The regular espresso drinks are just ok, however. Parking is street around the restaurant, line is out the door a lot of the time, and when it isn't brutally cold sitting outside on the tables to eat seems quite nice. Highly recommended if you're checking out Athens or visiting your UGA kids or similar.
