We were outside our coverage and had to look for one here. I was dreading what this was going to take. After making only 2 calls, using Yelp to search of course, we found a valid candidate. The rate was more than reasonable and could squeeze us in the next day. Talking to Elizabeth really put us at ease and everything was explained thoroughly. Checking in was a breeze. Meeting Elizabeth was very pleasant. And, Dr. Phan was so nice and friendly. Mog and he had a good chat. It seemed like old friends meeting up again. The procedure was simple and over before we knew it. It was such a good experience with this amazing staff I was wishing we could come here regularly.

They showed ZERO ability prevent a patient from even getting upset over something so simple. Apparently this is a bad place to go see a dentist to begin with if they have to have a security guard there. A simple "yes sir, well see about getting that printed out on paper for you to sign." The receptionist kept saying "I don't know." I mean, you work there? Ask somebody and figure it out? That should have been red flag number one. That completely leaves me in the dark when I have to plan for worst case scenario if insurance doesn't cover sedation for me. I made the appointment, but wasn't convinced they were being honest with me. I came on Yelp and saw that other people were getting charged exorbitant "facility fees" that weren't mentioned to me when I called and made my appointment. I called my insurance and had them call this place directly to ask about insurance coverage, and only THEN did the receptionist mention these facility fees for the anesthesiologist. I felt lied to and blindsided. I asked how much they'd charge for this fee, and the receptionist again said she didn't know. I mentioned someone else on Yelp said they were charged $1k, and she kept saying it depended on the person and that I'd need the consultation first. This place is way too greedy and desperate for people to get in their chair for a consultation before they start talking out of pocket prices and fees. I wouldn't even take a dog here for dental work. The other person's review that I read where they were charged $1k said they were able to find another place that entirely took their insurance with no fee. I'll keep looking and tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Edit: I specifically asked the receptionist how much the IV sedation was and she kept saying she didn't know. I wasn't going to settle for laughing gas or anything less so I just wanted to know how much they were going to expect out of pocket. It's obvious these people just want to get you in the chair and promise you the moon and the stars that they're giving you a good price and that they care but I see right through them. Their review is so petty, I don't need to go in person to see that this place is janky. I genuinely don't know where they're coming from…read more I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning, X-rays, and to confirm whether I had a cavity on one wisdom tooth--something my previous dentist would typically complete in under an hour. Instead, the visit lasted approximately 2.5 hours. A significant amount of time was spent on X-rays and a very slow cleaning before I saw the dentist for only about 15 minutes. While the X-ray assistant and hygienist were professional and kind, the appointment felt unnecessarily drawn out. When I finally saw the dentist, the focus quickly shifted to recommending PRF with wisdom teeth removal, and additional treatments such as Invisalign and inlays that had never been suggested by any of my previous providers. My original question--whether I had a cavity--wasn't even clearly addressed until I asked directly, at which point I was told, "yes, but it's small," with minimal explanation. At checkout, I was informed that although my insurance would cover most of the wisdom tooth extractions, this office requires PRF at a cost of $729 PER TOOTH, completely out of pocket. When I explained that I did not want PRF because of the cost and asked to proceed with the extractions without it, I was told they would not perform them unless I paid for PRF. I ultimately went to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for a second opinion and had my wisdom teeth removed there instead. After insurance, my total cost was only $400 for 3 wisdom teeth removal. I specifically asked the surgeon about PRF, and he told me that I absolutely did not need it for my case. That made my experience at this office even more concerning. To be clear, PRF may be appropriate or beneficial in certain cases. My issue is with an office requiring a costly elective add-on as a condition of performing an otherwise covered procedure, particularly when the specialist I subsequently saw did not believe it was necessary in my case. While the staff was courteous and the facility is modern, the inefficiency, lack of transparency, pressure toward additional treatments, and overall sales-driven approach left me extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive treatment here.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. I'm generally very nervous about dental visits, and the thought of having my wisdom tooth removed had me emotional after receiving the numbing injections. One of the staff members kindly offered me a tissue and shared some tips to help me relax, which I truly appreciated. The doctor thoroughly explained the procedure and reviewed my X-rays with me beforehand. After the numbing shots, I was amazed at how quickly the tooth was removed I didn't feel a thing! He had already told me what noises and sensations to expect, including a little pressure and tugging, which helped ease my anxiety. I was so relieved when it was over. The doctor and his assistant were both kind and professional. The assistant carefully reviewed all of the post-op instructions with me and also provided written instructions to take home.
