We were outside our coverage and had to look for one here. I was dreading what this was going to take. After making only 2 calls, using Yelp to search of course, we found a valid candidate. The rate was more than reasonable and could squeeze us in the next day. Talking to Elizabeth really put us at ease and everything was explained thoroughly. Checking in was a breeze. Meeting Elizabeth was very pleasant. And, Dr. Phan was so nice and friendly. Mog and he had a good chat. It seemed like old friends meeting up again. The procedure was simple and over before we knew it. It was such a good experience with this amazing staff I was wishing we could come here regularly.

They got me set up for cleaning and cavity fillings. They showed me the exact teeth that needed care and walked me through the filling process. It was reassuring since I am nervous with this stuff. This place is cleanly and it seems as they take good pride in their equipment, their customer care, and their overall service.

From the moment he started, his attitude made me uncomfortable, and the way he handled the tools felt careless and rough. He hurt me multiple times during the visit and was not gentle at all, even when I clearly showed I was in pain and uncomfortable. What bothered me most is that this is not a one-time issue. I've had problems here before, and each visit seems to be worse than the last. This time, the experience crossed a line. The way Luis behaved made me feel unsafe as a patient. His actions didn't feel careful or patient-focused, and I left feeling stressed, sore, and upset. There were also moments that made me question whether proper dental safety and regulations were being followed. Basic professionalism, hygiene, and patient care should be non-negotiable in a dental office, and I didn't feel those standards were met during my visit.
