Everything was sanitized and up to COVID protection protocol. Follow their instagram page @westportnailfactory for some inspiration. If you already have a design in mind, they're super talented artists to paint it custom for you. You can bring your own colors too. Gel nails lasted me longer than a month, and my normal pedi nails lasted me a month without chipping.

Once I was finally seated, the experience only got worse. The nail technician completely damaged my natural nails. She aggressively used the electric file and dug into my nails, creating deep ridges in the nail beds. She also filed the sides down so narrowly that each nail ended up jagged, uneven, and poorly shaped. It honestly felt like she lacked basic experience. I immediately went to my regular nail salon to have the gel removed, and even then, gel is still embedded in the grooves that were carved into my nails from the over-filing. I've been told it will take around three months for the damage to fully grow out. When I expressed how upset I was about the condition of my nails, management refused a refund, saying they couldn't refund the manicure because the technician "took her time." Taking time does not excuse destroying someone's nails. I had to ensure management that I also tipped this nail tech before having them agree to refund me. This was my first and last visit. If you care about the health of your natural nails, avoid this place. The damage caused was traumatic and completely unacceptable.

The result was awful! 2 days later they started just falling off and now we are 7 days later and I have only 3.5 nails left. I asked for French and the gel color was not the nice pale pink but rather candy pink and the french line was not the same to all fingers. Thin / Thick, round / triangle - even though I asked to change the color right away - they did not. The result was so bad! Stay away.

The technician Yuna was very professional and very skilled as I have some physical limitations and she was excellent and accommodating and did not make me feel awkward when helping me in and out. My one comment; because I have physical limitations, sensation and touch issues of the feet, legs and hands, as well as allergies to polish, I cannot enjoy the benefits of a relaxing pedicure and never a manicure. I would like the proprietor to consider a no polish, no message a step down from the price of a standard pedicure and charge maybe $10 to $8 less for the time not spent and the product no used. However, I will go back, during a normal busy time to see if the professionalism, skilled technique and attentiveness remain. I will recommend this establishment if anyone asks me. Thank you for the last minute accommodation, it was a change of pace to be treated as normal.
