They called to confirm the appointment and then they told me it was going to be a minimum of $135+++ I kindly said no thank you I'm all set. They called me back 15 minutes later and said they would honor the price. The aesthetician wore latex gloves the entire time that were a size too big at her... so the only thing I could smell was latex in the sound of that rubbing up against my face. I'm pretty sure she just used soap and water. I asked for a deep cleansing facial, she "cleansed" my face for no more than 2 minutes, max. She was washing my face, rinsing out the washcloth a bowl of dirty water that she had removed the scrub from. She would leave the room for 5 mins at a time and in the salon, the owner (?) was walking around talking on speakerphone... the least relaxing environment I have ever been in. I paid to have a face mask put on, it would've been a heck of a lot cheaper if I did it at my house. Finally, I went to check out and there was a miscellaneous $10 charge. There was no mention of "additional charges" when I was on the phone yesterday discussing the price. I think my skin looked better when I walked in. Super unhappy, would absolutely not return.

Thick ( beastly) growing in different directions , total chaos. I was so scared to go to anyone in fear of them getting more messed up. I also liked the idea of Fefe coming to my apartment as I was honestly afraid of judgements you often find in salons. Fefe came to my apartment on time equipped with her own tools.
