I've been going here for years, and it seems like they've had some major price increases - you are better off taking your car to the dealer (even with the "early bird special ($10 off)). Also, nothing "Jiffy" about sitting there for 40 minutes. I should have left when they quoted their price for the basic oil (5W-20). I'm going to try Dave's for my other car - currently advertising $16 oil change. read more

Drove the car in, they drained the oil and then came out and told me only synthetic oil 0W 20. I said no regular oil and he stated again this is what is required.... Then played dumb... I said just take it down and he said sorry we drained the oil... Then sat there.... A simple read online and 5w20 is fine... This Jiffy lube has QUALITY ISSUES. I had gotten my headlight bulb replaced after 2.5 years and then the same bulb fused in 8 months and then in another 8 months. How is it possible? Well, not unless the quality of bulbs this Jiffy Lube provides has an issue. I got one of the my wipers changed and they fitted a different style (thick one). So, one is the thinner and costlier one and the other is a thick and cheap one. So, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Having said all this, I wonder what kinda oil did they pump into my car. I get my oil changes at this location but I am finally giving them a review because a couple days ago my tire light came on. It was a rainy day and I thought I had a nail in my tire but I was not sure. So I had called Good Year down the street to see if they could check it out or just put air in my tires (I purchase my tires from Good Year) but they turned me down because it was 5:45 and they were closing in 15 mins. I went to Jiffy Lube and they put air in all my tires, FREE OF CHARGE. It is very much appreciated to do business with a company and staff that care to help others, no matter what. They have now gained a loyal customer, 100%. I cannot say the same for Good Year! =) read more

Now that they do more than oil changes, they deliberately did something to my car to insure my return. My regular mechanic determined the problem was they put some sort of plug in something that made water get into the drivers floor ruining my carpet. After many years of wonderful service they got greedy and lost my business of at least 10 years. read more

I have been using the Wheeling Jiffy Lube the past 6 years and am very pleased with their service. They have over 6 people working and always greet me by opening my car door. They do offer services and maintenance for car...however I just let them know that I have a mechanic for that and they always are friendly about it. Usually I'm in and out in about 20 minutes. If you get there early morning....you can receive $8.00 off or you can just Google "jiffy lube coupons" and you will find several on-line. read more

I've been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Staff has always been helpful and professional and always get the job done right. This time I brought in my work van since I had to do an emissions test and wanted it to have fresh oil but unfortunately I noticed I lost my fleet card, after talking to them they said it was ok they would call enterprise. They completely took care of me and went beyond my expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

This Jiffy Lube was the cleanest and quickest jiffy lube i've ever been to. It was so clean, and everyone was nice. I feel a bit uncomfortable as a girl not knowing much about cars but they explained what i actually needed to pay for and talked me through everything. I still have an oil spot in my garage after I went to change oil at this location. The oil filter they had for my vehicle was leaking, but they spent about an hour to fix it when I came back and gave me a coupon for a free next oil change. They actually admitted that all filters for that make and model of the car I have were faulty. You would think that they would change the stock or supplier... The next one I came to get the free oil change about 5 months later, they still had same bad filters and I spent hour and a half waiting for them to find one that would not leak. Don't trust these guys they don't do the work your paying for. I got an oil change two weeks later my car said to add oil, my dad checked it and said it was really black & never was changed ! They are SCAMMING over there BEWARE they will ruin your car ! I will never go back to any Jiffy Lube, I called their corporate office to complain 3 times, they never even cared enough to call me back about my incident there or complaint. I hate getting my oil changed. But these guys were polite and did the whole full service oil change.

I was charged for an oil change $37, and they DID NOT change my oil. I went to this Jiffy Lube in Wheeling at 5:40 on a Saturday afternoon. The worker looked visibly annoyed that someone had come 20 minutes before closing to get an oil change. I walked in, told them what oil I wanted, was asked to pay which I did, and sat down for maybe 2 minutes. I was then called at 5:47 that my oil change was done. I asked how could they change my oil that fast and was told 'we are professionals'. Professional con artists maybe. Anyways, not feeling comfortable that my oil was changed, I spent the money to go to my regular mechanic the following Monday and asked him to change my oil again but to take notice of the oil he drained out. It was black and never had been changed 2 days earlier. SHAME ON YOU JIFFY LUBE! You cannot be trusted! read more

I walked in they pulled up my vehicle and history. They were quick and responsive. But what I witnessed is why I gave them 5 stars. A gentleman had his battery die and the Manager used his own car to give the guy a jump. The Manager also put the wipers I bought on for no charge. And allowed a customer to use a coupon he didn't have. I would save 5 stars for taking care of the people walk in and out. Great job. read more

Very nice service. I felt really appreciated. They did my oil change in timely manner. My waiting time was about 15 min. Price they offered is acceptable. I also got a coupon for oil change. They inspected my car to look for anything that might be wrong with my car. Very nice job guys. read more

I grew up in the city where all the jiffy lubes were over crowed, dirty, and very unfriendly! So when I moved to wheeling and found this jiffy I was incredibly satisfied! Every one of the guys working here are extremely friendly and helpful!! They always offer me the best coupon available, even when I present a coupon, they tell me if there is one better.... I was reading another review that stated they are expensive, prices have gone up but I feel they are helpful with giving you the best discount! So maybe buy your oil and do it yourself?!?! They are also always very fast no matter how crowded they are!! I just got an oil change done in 8 minutes! Overall best jiffy lube I've been to!! read more

This place sucks. I went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation, which took over an hour although nobody was there before me. They filled up my windshield wiper fluid with plain water, so the next day when I tried to wipe my window the water froze in the pipes. It was only 23 degrees. I had to stop at gas stations to clean my window; otherwise I would have not been able to see. I paid for a synthetic oil change, but at this point I'm not sure if they really put in what I paid for or just used regular oil. I will never go back again. read more

Worst service. Love your car don't go here. They broke my airfilter casing and also the cap for my wiper fluid container. Didn't say anything until I opened the hood to check. Eric's response, "Oh it is $5" when asked if they will replace it their response was I will check my manager and call you back. Still waiting for their call.
