Just Tires, isn't about just tires. You can do oil changes here too. I came here suspecting I had a leak; with the super cold weather, my tires were deflating, which is normal, but one tire kept deflating at a faster rate. Anywho, Just Tires was super busy on this particular Friday evening and I was informed to wait 2-hours. Thankfully, they have some stuff to entertain you with, including a TV in the waiting room showing Big Bang Theory, coffee, and if anything, free Wi-Fi so you can mindlessly scroll for hours as you wait. I was informed that I did indeed have a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, I had to replace two of the tires, as the tires were stock as was more bald than Mr Clean. The technician was nice enough to show me the nail and after figuring out which tire to get, I was out the door in no time. 4° out. All my tires are under like 12 pounds each. Literally went to Firestone that's a mile away from my house. There was a couple kids under 20 years old working they told me they can't do it until tomorrow morning at 7 AM. Which I have to be downtown at that time and have an infant in my car. I told him I don't feel safe. Because there's nothing we can do and they don't close till another 45 minutes by the way. So I googled the closest one besides that place ended up being just tires. If I could give these guys 100 stars, I would!!! I was their first customer at this location and here's a brief story: I lived about a half a mile from this place and one night, both my tires went flat. I didn't want to wait for AAA so I slow-rolled my car to the nearest tire place (My rims survived, don't judge me lol). This location wasn't even open yet! They were still putting their bays together and didn't have supplies in stock. They were set to open the following month but the manager came outside with some of his guys and saw the situation I was in. I was supposed to leave for a road trip the next day. They did everything they could to help me! Took the tires off, went to their other store to get two new tires, put those on for me, and rotated them, all within the afternoon! I could not be more thrilled with this business and the way they helped me out that day! I am forever grateful that they put my needs before their own and got me back on the road immediately, even without officially being open. They were incredibly professional and compassionate. I came in with no notice when I found that one of my tires was low. They had some people ahead of me and said that it might be about 2 hours before they could look at it. I got a call a little over an hour later that it was done. Luckily, the tire could be fixed. Had the car right in front and ready to go when I got back there. Total cost of $40 was extremely reasonable. They were very friendly and informative the entire time. This will be my new go-to place for oil changes and other maintenance. He was able to take my car in immediately and I waited in their comfortable coffee area and watched TV. He was so honest when he was done, he could have up-sold me on things I didn't need but instead he told me that the work I originally requested was not necessary and sent me home with zero charge. I was gonna go to napleton jeep but they were giving me the run around with the part and than when they finally had it they were attempting to charge me an outrageous price.
