I was told that the scratches were there before they changed in the mirror, and they would not pay to fix it, I drove my F150 every day I would know for sure if there were anything in my mirrors. I've had small issues here and there like once they offered me a loaner car which was half the size of my vehicle. And told me it was my only option. When I returned my minute vehicle, another older gentleman was returning an impala and he told me that he was also offered an SUV. They offered to call enterprise for me to get me a bigger car. I took them up on the offer not realizing that they were not covering the cost. So I had to pay an extra $140 outta pocket. I would have made other arrangements had I known all of this up front. My car is running well thanks to George. He is a wizard with Saab's and with not many Saab specialist mechanics around he is great.

He then proceeds to offer me another "deal" to "help us out". This deal was for us to pay him $4000 + give him our car in exchange for a rusted out old car in his back lot! I politely declined and said we just needed to take our car home and make a decision on the cost.... It doesn't end there! Ken runs out after us and in one last attempt to take advantage of us says "listen this car isn't worth a penny more than $1000 BUT I feel horrible for you guys being taken advantage of so I can take this car of your hands for $1200." .... you can't make this stuff up! We left Wild to another mechanic (personal friend of mine). Car drove 1 hr perfectly fine. My suspicious were confirmed the car was perfectly fine and just needed new pads on the breaks. They have a good selection especially for VIP/Bippu style accessories. My rating here is based off of what I experienced nearly 6-7 years ago wit my g35 coupe that I had. I needed a fender roll and prior to going to anyone else, I was entrusted with the fact that Fizz would be the go-to guys to roll my fenders to fit the aggressive offsets on the car. After all was said and done, about a few weeks later I noticed rust spots and actual cracking on the fenders itself as well as spider webbing of the paint. I'm unsure if they did not use a heat gun or hair dryer first to soften up the paint and metal, but my safe assumption is no. I called Fizz and Ming just brushed it off as if it were my problem and that it's "normal when you roll fenders". F off. I'll bring my business to any other automotive tuning shop such as Touge Factory, One6, ILL Garage, ProFunction, Suja1, AMS, Sound Performance, etc. These guys as well as Top Speed (eBay middle man basically) in Chicago are the last on my list. No way to treat a customer.
