They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly. The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!

The ceramic tints not only look great, but they make a huge difference in keeping the interior cooler, especially on sunny days. It's noticeable how much less heat builds up in the car now. I have had black cars before and none had the deep gloss of my GV60 with Gtechniq Crystal Serum. The finish repels water and dirt. Super easy to clean and then dry with a leaf blower. Like RainX, the coating on the windows sheds water with little need for wipers. What I was very pleasantly surprised by is how effective the ceramic tinting of windows and windshield turned out. It is not just hype. This stuff really blocks the heat. If you hate getting into a hot car in the summer, this is your solution. I was suspicious of putting it on the windshield, but the ceramic tint does not impair visibility in any way and blocks the infrared as advertised. To comply with Chicago regulations I did 50% on the front windows. Once again blocks the heat but not the view along with sufficient privacy when viewed from the exterior. Not cheap, but a worthy investment on an expensive vehicle. I highly recommend.

Dropped the car off mid-morning and it was ready at the end of the day. Once I took a look at what the car I was blown away at the upgraded look. Based on the quality of the work I'd say it was a good value. They even answered questions I had about potential ppf vs protective coatings should I chose to use them for that in the future. The team agreed to correct everything and towed my car to a body shop to get the scratch fixed. Couldn't be happier, frankly. Jake is extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, and does a very thorough and professional job. Did not go for the real dark stuff. Went with a 30% tint and it looks elegant. The plan was to leave the car there and get a ride there and back but my ride fell through. They graciously offered to drop me off at a coffee shop so I could continue working. I took them up on the offer. They also picked me up when the car was finished. The result was great. UV protection. Heat reduction. Aesthetic improvement. Tge experience was great. Professional, courteous, quality workmanship and materials. Kudos.
