As for this Safelite location, my appointment to get a small chip on my windshield repaired was at 8am as it was opening. A couple walked in right in front of me to drop off their car for another appointment, which took a good 5 minutes, then it was me. The lady who was helping us was perfectly pleasant even though it was early in the morning. I have very low expectations of people's moods when opening their shops in the morning, but I was pleasantly surprised. She even let me sit down to have my McD breakfast inside! LOL (Never expected them to say no, but you never know...) The job was done in less than half hour, which was on point to my expectations. As per usual, they gave the speech about how crack repairs are never perfect and you'll be able to see the remnants of the repair. It was to be expected, so everything was fine.
