My only issue was with the customer service, particular waiting. Working and speaking with the estimator was great, again it was just the amount of time waiting. When I went for the initial estimate there was one person ahead of me. After doing the walk around with the estimator, 3-4 people had come and gone with estimates before my estimator came back with my estimate. Overall I was there for an hour. When I came to drop off the vehicle, had to wait 10 minutes after the front desk called the estimator before they came. Lastly when I came to pick up my repaired vehicle in the morning, there were no other customers and it was 15 minutes after they called for the estimator before I was seen. I understand things may come up and that it is not realistic to be seen right away, but it would be helpful to let the customers know if there is delay or to let customers know if it will be longer than 10-15 minutes versus "they will be with you shortly". Given those three experiences, it did not seem that there was much urgency to assist the customer. Updated review: Hallmark to great customer service is taking customer's feedback and acting upon it. Received a call from the manager who apologized for the experience, implemented action plan and asked what they could do to make things right. I really appreciated the call and great customer service.

They got…read moreWheel - Inn and Wheel Inn as legal business entities with the same President, manager, and location, but 2 websites, phone #s, emails, and addresses. Why?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 04/14, bring my car in cause of maintenance light and check engine light. Omar, tech and mechanic receptionist, takes it and I let him know its probably the catalytic converter. I also told him to check out the maintenance light. Omar calls later in the day asking permission to do a diagnosis to figure out the converter's problem. I approve. Omar calls later in the day with a quote of $1600+ ​ for converter of a 4 cylinder Corolla, 2007. Unfortunately for Omar, I did pass CPS's 7th grade curriculum, so I start shopping around. I go to a different shop, and they want some info that is on the diagnostic. I call Omar up and ask questions about the diagnostic while talking to the other shop. Omar says "what's with the attitude" when I make it clear I am shopping around. He then denies me the service of Wheel - Inn (Wheel Inn) telling me "come pick up your car." Unprofessional but understandable. Like farting during a meeting. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 4:30, I come to retrieve my Corolla. Omar took it upon himself to give me and charge me for an oil change. I did not ask for it, nor approve it, nor tell him the oil I want in my car. They put that dirty, substandard synthetic blend ​in my baby, violating my car (she runs on full synthetic only, I had a sticker that showed it too). He argued with me in the shop about lexical semantics. I had no time, I said ill email. I email for a partial refund. This company is not a fan of emails. They call me 3 times (once at 7:50AM , before they even open​). I ask them, 3 times, through email, to email me. They can't do it. They reimburse my purchase. No response when I ask for a warranty on my engine. ------------------------PRO TIP: Get everything in email/writing---------------- 3 stars for doing the right thing, -1 star for Omar's demeanor and violation of my vehicle. Overall experience ​.
