Got oil change full synthetic it's required for my vehicle. It's pretty new to area so I used them once before...this time was different. Was quoted 20-30 min. 2hrs later I left with what I thought was fresh oil. Next morning my vehicle lights were going crazy...stop car, NO OIL!! Went to the nearest jiffy lube at that point and was told yes you have no oil we will top it off but this isn't on us for insurance reasons. I understand and spent almost a entire day dealing with the shop in Stapleton which told me not to drive as the engine could break..no shit! You didn't put oil in my vehicle, instead drained all the other without replacing. No compensation was made for time or possible damages but a free headlight cleaning which was started the first time and actually damaged my headlights. Seems there are some good people working at the shop but I would never take my vehicle to the Stapleton shop...even if I was out of oil!!! read more

Got an oil change from here a few months ago before a trip. After driving 10+ hours to my destination and parking I realized my oil was leaking A LOT. I was worried and called this location back, they recommended I go to one in the state I was in. I did, and they checked and refilled my oil and told me the previous crew didn't close my drain plug. I called this store back to let them known and they apologized and told me they'd take care of me next time I was in. I came in today and spoke to Gabriel who checked me out last time and he assured me this change would be on them and apologized again. Although they messed up the first time, they helped me along the way and committed to their promise to help me. That I appreciate more than anything. The crew and location is great. read more

Cracked my windshield and refuse to replace it. Refuse to let me watch the surveillance videos to prove that it was not cracked when I drove in. Also took about 2.5 months to even get a legitimate response from them. Terrible shop, do not go. read more

Stay away unless you feel like being taken advantage of. My boyfriend sent me here because his oil change was $26 with a coupon they had for new opening. For me it wasn't the same. They wanted to charge me $7.99 to top off my coolant fluid. I said, "don't you top off al the fluids in the oil change?" The answer was no all, but the coolant fluid and he could take care of it for $8 extra. Tried to see me a light over the license plate for an extra charge and of course the usual air filter that didn't even look dirty. My final bill was going to be $98 with the coupon! I told him to take all that other stuff off and somehow I still ended up with a $63.00 oil change. He did get me on the air filter. Avery is a real gem that will take advantage of you. The other lady that was in the waiting room checked out and got the $98 oil change. She apparently needed all those same things I did. Yeah right! read more

I came here once for an oil change and new transmission fluid. I expected this to maybe take a couple hours since I know changing the transmission fluid can be a little more complicated. The total time I spent waiting for these services to be done was about six hours. No joke, I got here around 1 o' clock as soon as I finished work, and was the very last customer to leave. I may have been more understanding of the wait if there was any communication given to me whatsoever, but every time I asked an employee how much longer it would take, they didn't know, and the mechanic working on my car barely spoke to me. Apparently he was the manager of the district or something too, which makes it even more confusing why I waited here all day. I had to walk across the street to the gas station and buy lunch because I was starving and a spare phone charger because my phone had died. When my car was FINALLY done I received no apologies, the man who actually worked on my car still didn't say a word to me when it was done, and all I got in return was a coupon for a free oil change. As if I would ever come here again after this horrible experience. I'm giving one extra star because the staff were pretty sympathetic to my experience and just as confused as I was, so I appreciate that they were nice. read more

This place sucks waited for 1hr 45minutes still didn't have oil change. Finally left. This place is run by bunch of incompetent morons. I didn't observe one employee working, they were to busy socializing with each other or looking at their cell phones. If you have a half a day to get your oil changed go there. read more

I had a horrible experience with this Jiffy Lube. I went in in person to set up an appointment to fix the mirror on my car which had broken and confirmed that they would order the appropriate part and be prepared to put it on the next week. I showed up for my appointment and nobody seem to know what was going on. They reported that they hoped the right piece would be coming and it would show up later that day. Five hours later I had not heard anything so I called them. They told me that they accidentally ordered a piece for a completely different brand of car and were unable to fix the mirror. They did not even call me to tell me this - I had to call them to get this information. When I went in to pick my car up no one was there - I stood around for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me and ended up just asking a tech for my keys keys and left. When they do the oil change they say that they will vacuum your car and clean your windows and they did neither of these things. They did not even update the sticker telling me when my next oil change should be. Horrible customer service and horrible experience overall. read more

I wasn't greeted by the most friendly individual which set the tone of the visit to be somewhat negative, however, I ended up working with Sal and he was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the work that was performed on my vehicle, he showed me the recommend options but did not force any additional services on me. He even showed me the oil they added to my vehicle after they completed the work. I would return to this location, the services and price of service were fair. read more

I went here for an oil change, serpentine belt replacement, tire patch and rotation. The first time I went in they replaced the belt, changed the oil, and told me they could not patch my tire bc of where the hole was. Ok, fine, no problem. Unfortunately two days later it sounded like an animal was dying under the hood of my car. I go in a second time. (Mind you I use my car at work so this is not convenient) I'm quoted 1,000 dollars to replace the entire AC compressor on my 04 avalon. I'm baffled bc I paid them to replace the belt the week prior and somehow my car comes out way worse with 1,000 dollars worth in repairs. Thankfully they patched the tires the apparently weren't supposed to patch, free of charge. I took my car to a mom and pop joint the 3rd time to get a second opinion. They told me my compressor is fine and the belt was incredibly loose in my car. They tightened up free of charge and I'm back in business. Unbelievable that I went twice, spoke to management, and they couldn't figure out a simple serpentine belt adjustment and lied to my face about a major leak. Also they left my tire lock on the tire after service. I had to ask where it was and insist that I knew it was in my glove box when I arrived as I showed the mechanic where it was. After not believing me they found it left in the tire. Everyone was super friendly here but the shop is either lazy or inexperienced and it shows. I got my tire repaired at jiffy lube on montview in Stapleton. I was told it was fixed but my tire pressure light wouldn't go off, even after I drove it for a while. I took my car back to jiffy lube to have it double checked, & I was told that all tires are filled up & something was wrong with my sensor. Nothing was wrong with my sensor when I dropped the car off to them to get the tire repaired. I was also told it would cost me $80 to get the sensor fixed. I didn't trust the diagnosis so I went to a mechanic that I have been going to since 2010. I chose Jiffy lube for convenience since I live in the neighborhood. My trusted mechanic told me the tires were not filled up all the way & my sensor was fine. My tires pressure light wrnt off immediately after I got my tires checked. So essentially someone at juffy lube on montview in Stapleton attempted to upsell me & thought I would just take the bait. After I made a complaint to the store owner, I was not satisfied as he only focused on how a public review of this upsell would affect his business. I was then contacted by the general manager, within the jiffy lube franchise & he was very helpful. I am not a fan of someone trying to up sell me. And then when I call them out on it, I get treated like I'm doing something wrong when I state that I will make a public review about my experience with the business. That was the experience that I had with the store owner, but the person who called me afterwards (Jiffy lube general manager) was much more understanding about my stance. Even though I live within walking distance to the Jiffy Lube on montview in Stapleton, I am more than willing to drove all the way out to my medved mechanic way out in wheatridge because I trust them & know they won't try & up sell me "repairs" I don't even need. read more

I went in to get an oil change and although they did complete that, I was told I needed a new battery, antifreeze and a long list of other things. I asked that they top off the anti freeze and show me the issue with the battery as my (leased) car is less than 3 years old and have never had any issues with car batteries in the past. I was showed some photo that had a low number on it and also showed 'replace battery'. I said I'd go into the dealer as the car was still under warranty. He told me I had maybe 1-3 mo the left before the battery wouldn't start at all. I thanked him, asked for a list of all they did and took a picture of the picture he showed me with the battery issue. I than drove to the dealership and told them what was going on and asked that they check the battery to see if it needed replacing. Come to find out that they overfilled my antifreeze (which isn't good) and the battery has at least 2 more years on it. So I caution all that go there as I'll never go back. Don't let them talk you into getting more than what you need as clearly they were trying to scam me. Glad I knew not to listen. read more
