Only reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because they accidentally disconnected my front crash sensor wire (I'm pretty sure the guy that did the oil change was new) but it was a quick fix, so it wasn't too much to worry about. Honestly will be returning again, they're the only quick-lube shop nearby that will actually service my car

As soon as I walked in, it was nice to see how clean and spacious the establishment was. They have a TV, a drink area, and comfortable seats. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I kid you not, I made me a coffee and sat down for like 3 minutes and Ignacio came out saying it was done, just like he said. That's how fast they were!! I turn around for them to fix it but as they were pulling it back into the bay, a dumbass motherfucker didn't realize that my skid plate was hanging on by a screw or two and it clips the edge and BENDS IT IN HALF. He just said "my bad bro" They said that it was their mistake and I could come back to get a new factory skid plate installed. I called them for MONTHS trying to get a new skid plate and they never fixed it so I ripped it off myself in the driveway of my home. The oil filter was leaking, I just went to auto zone to install one myself since none of them supposedly knows how to do their jobs correctly. I've been here before with a previous car to get a new cabin air filter, and those stupid fucks didn't know how to reinstall the glovebox so I had to show the employee how to do it. Needless to say, I'm more of a mechanic than anyone that works there. Might as well pay your neighbor to change your oil for you. I bet they would do a better job than those imbeciles at the LOUETTA JIFFY LUBE. I'm never going back and you shouldn't either. As you can tell, IM FUCKING PISSED and this happened a year ago. They completely did the coolant exchange again. My car stalled on the way home after overheating. I a repair shop and I'm now sitting on $3000 worth of damage done . That's not including the $300 bill from take five nor the $200 tow truck bill. They have turned my claim over to a third-party group who refuses to respond or doing anything to help.
