Rico is the primary maintenance technician that I've come in contact with. The first time I visited, he got me in and it took only 5 minutes to get the oil changed. I've been to other locations and I'm there for 45 minutes or more. Rico never over tops the oil and only puts in the correct amount. Yes, the price is quite expensive, but you don't want cheap going into your car because you might be without a car. In this day and age, it's best that you have a car. I feel like I get my money's worth. I've gotten my cabin filter and more coolant changed here. I know I could get it elsewhere cheaper, but I will not remember to do that once I leave even though I would always tell myself that I am. Rico, he is the man that you can trust. I was surprised he even remembered me from my last visit. My car runs smoother because of Take 5 Research Forest!

Due to the other place may have missed something so I did appreciate him for that so i went ahead and chose to trust him to not scam me like other mechanic places have. I'm so glad i did after he checked my car he brought me back to show me the part the supposedly needed to be replaced and he showed me that it worked PERFECTLY. I was met with absolutely no resistance to the claim and both Thomas and and the owner showed great integrity. I will be sending the kid back to the shop in the future. They've earned our trust. Things happen. It is how you deal with them that makes your mark in this world. These gentlemen made a lasting impression. In fact, it was a teaching moment for the kid to learn how to conduct himself professionally, honorably and with integrity. Our military will be lucky to have him.

I ended up paying a little over $1200 for the diagnosis which also included a charge of $250 for spark plugs, $250 for radiator coolant flush and $250 for brake fluid flush. The technicians diagnosed the problem as a knock and I needed to replace the engine but with nothing to back up their diagnosis. I went to another shop and got the same diagnosis, again, with the same diagnosis and nothing to back up or guide me to the problem. Finally, I called Angel Car Medic (via Yelp) and got a very detailed diagnostic report including cylinder pressures. They pulled the spark plugs and showed me how bad they were - even after just being replaced. Long story short, the diagnosis Christian Brothers provided was correct but they charged way too much for the other services. I was so stupid to select them for this!
