terrible. my car spent 32 hours total to fix 1 part. 2 months to get it right. customer service sucks and patrick you are rude.

Great service and reasonable pricing. I needed my rear brake pads replaced and the brake fluid flushed and was quoted over $350 more at my dealership. Not only was I quoted significantly less, the customer service was top tier and the wait was not long. read more

Lady on the phone rude and not at all helpful. Did not listen to my concerns or to what i was saying at all.

If you make the mistake of buying tires from these people, like I did, the warranty they give you is complete garbage. When I bought the tires they said the warranty covers everything including a new tire for free if they can't fix it. I just got done at the store on Champion Forest in Spring, TX, getting my tire replaced. They originally did not have the tire in stock and told me they could have one delivered same day. When the guy showed up he brought the wrong tire. So I had to leave my car overn for an TIRE! The next day I get my car back and they charged me $210. When I told them about my warranty they literally said "we're not in the business of giving away free tires." I told them about the warranty and showed them on their own computer where they had previously given me 2 different tires in the past two years and they still wouldn't budge. So I called customer service and was told to call the warranty department. Once I called them some dingbat basically told me they don't honor their own warranties and they could not refund me. Just brilliant. The ONLY reason I even went to them was because of the warranty. But lesson learned...back to Discount Tire for good. So long! read more

I had an amazing experience at Firestone thanks to Patrick! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about my service. His professionalism and honesty really stood out -- he explained what I actually needed without trying to upsell anything, which I appreciated so much. Patrick made the whole process smooth, quick, and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you're going to Firestone, ask for Patrick -- he'll take great care of you! read more

Great work helping the elderly today moms car had an issue with not starting at home with a jumper cables it still failed to start. Davee talked to my mom, but mom did not give the whole story. So, me being in California i talk to Davee and explained that she might of also flooded the motor during the at home jump start. i asked for a new battery and to start the car and let it run for a while in front of mom to calm her nerves from smelling to much gas. After installing they found her negative and positive battery wires were corroded at the middle of the wire extreme hidden corrosion the car would start but it would fail again. I tried to pay the bill but my credit card security feature would not allow a credit charge for me being out of state . So i bought a gift card and sent it to mom where she could redeem with the shop .. this is after 4 attempts on my credit cards all failed. Devvee was patient and the owner was understanding that mom needed extra care in keeping her car going. Mom is in her high 70s . she will be mad if i told her age. read more

My niece's car developed issues on Sunday, 5/11/25, and limped to the Firestone on Champion Forest Dr. @ Louetta in Spring, TX. The car was diagnosed by *2* different so-called mechanics, both of whom said the same thing about the part that was bad, and the estimate was for $425 or thereabouts. OK, her mom okayed the repair, as she was going to use her Firestone card. The family has been customers of Firestone for well over 20 years, but today, she got a call saying that the part that was quoted was incorrect, and the new total is over $900. They had no choice but to agree, as my grandniece is disabled, and they need the car to get her to medical appointments, as well as getting her husband to work. Seems to me that your mechanics (to put it nicely) aren't well trained. They don't have the extra $500 to do the repair, and have to borrow it. This is really unacceptable, and as well, the car isn't going to be ready until 5/13, which means I have to drive her to a doctor's appointment, and her mother needs to drive her husband to work, a major inconvenience for all concerned. And, to top it off, the charges ended up being over $1200. I personally have reached out to Firestone on FB, and despite promises of a call, nothing has been done, even when asked after a survey if a call was wanted to discuss the situation. Completely unprofessional, and I have to laugh at the YouTube ads I keep seeing for Firestone saying how important saving customers money... talk about your false advertising! They need to be investigated for fraudulent business practices. read more

Friendly greetings once you walk in the door but generally oblivious mechanics. Had a leak on my rear differential with evidence of dried fluid. Technician decided to ignore the problem all together and tried to sell me new wheel bearing hubs. Asked the technician before the job was even initiated if they could get it done by the time I needed it. Called the next day, supervisor tells me it'll be hours after when I said I needed it by. Make sure when you take your car here you clear out your schedule for the whole week. Taken this car to 2 Firestone locations after dealer and smaller shops and it's been the worst here. Please take your car to the dealer. read more

I have been a loyal Champions Firestone customer for 20+ years but lately the service has been sub standard and on my last visit absolutely horrible. I had a check engine light and reported a hesitant start and a very rough idle while stopped in Drive. The diagnosis was a $1400 combination of repairs-several that did not pertain to the issue (radiator and brake flush, cabin filter and serpentine belt) I allowed only the items that addressed the issue and the belt nothing more. When I picked up the car the idle was still rough so I asked the team to look again. At that point they told me it might be the motor mounts. This tells me there are no longer true mechanics there as he never tested the car to see if the problem was corrected, never checked the motor mounts which I had replaced in Sept. Worse I checked that receipt to make sure the mounts were replaced and discovered the other shop had changed my serpentine belt so why did you recommend changing a belt that was 2mo old ($225) or replacing oil and air filters I changed last month. Very disappointing to a level I feel taken advantage of and cheated. This will be my last visit to Champion Firestone and most likely any Firestone for that matter. Would give less than one star if possible. read more

Went to this location because it was less than two minutes from my job. I arrived at 6:15 pm and the technician was able to look at my tire and tell me I needed one plug. As I waited in the waiting area there was only one other person waiting. There were 5 people at this location working. They finally pulled my car to the back at 6:33 pm to plug one tire. Long story short they did a good job plugging my one tire but took extremely too long in doing it especially with only one person ahead of me and with 5 people working. I finally got out of there at 7:36 pm. I will not be returning. read more

I came to have my battery tested to see if it needed replacing -- got a price on a new one, $340 -- not going to happen -- after waiting a while, went inside to see what the problem was -- "All ready to go!" -- the man said, waiting for my credit card. Didn't authorize it, not taking it. "Take it out!" Nice try. Never coming back. People make mistakes, yes. This was too much on the slick-Willy, saw-you-coming side. Had it replaced down the street for $80 less. read more

I'm a doctor and my wife is nurse. I accompanied my mother to the Spring, TX location (Louetta) for repairs to her vehicle. Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely, absolutely NONE OF THE COVID-19 INFECTION PREVENTATIVE MEASURES THIS WEBPAGE BOASTS ABOUT IN THE AGE OF COVIE-19 WERE USED/OBSERVED...AT...ALL. Now, I don't mean to be preachy, but, after all I'm a Doctor. The recent Variant of Covid-19, the Delta variant, is rampaging across America. And, it's highly contagious / transmissible and it appears to at least to some extent escape the immunity that vaccinations are intended to provide. So, visiting a repair facility which 1) boasts of infection preventative measures and 2) seems to disregard them completely DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE AN AUTO REPAIR FACILITY THAT, IN ALL GOOD CONSCIENCE, I COULD RECOMMEND. It's one thing to be a dullard about prevention during a pandemic. It's an entirely different thing to boast about being brilliant in implementing preventative measures when they're not in place. read more

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME, i had a loose bumper, which needed to be fixed, i told one of the guys in the store about it and they politely asked me to bring the car in to fix it. Highly recommend! read more

Great service. Had a blown out tire, just barely made it back to my house with two children on a Sunday afternoon. Called this location and the manager helped me out. Not only did he inform me he had the tire and could do it for me today but my car couldn't move so he took it upon himself to get me a tow from my house not even 30 minutes later at no charge ! He absolutely saved my day. I needed this kindness more then he knew ! The rest of the staff were friendly, quick and efficient. I will be a forever customer of this location. read more

Half the people who work there are braindead and have no idea what they're doing. They said my car would be ready the day I brought it in and then they don't call me so I call them and they hadn't even looked at my car yet and they assure me it's first in line the next day. The next day they call me one hour before closing to tell me the problem and that they need it another day to order the parts and then they somehow managed to order the wrong parts. How does that even happen?! So I haven't had a vehicle in 3 days and Im really angry about it. Poor communication and they don't even seem to care about fixing it all. read more

Great customer service! Jim was very helpful and honest in explaining to me what was wrong with my car.

Gary says as of 12pm they're busy the rest of the evening and can't do a tire rotation today.

Better take a day off and possibly another if you want something done here. Have never seen a place so unbelievably slow. Came in a few weeks ago for tires and had to wait 20 minutes just be told they didnt have the right size and had to come back. Then took over two hours to get two tires installed. I was the first one in the door in the morning and it still took way to long to get it done. Most shops can do this in 30 min or so, ended up wasting half a day. Week later start to get low pressure alarm on one tire but hand guage says tire is not low. Near another shop so i stop in and they tell me the install person did not reset the system when the tires were rotated around and actually another tire was the low one. This could have been disastrous had the actual low tire blown out on the highway. Also the valve stem was slit and leaking. After all that I am back again. Now i am here for another 2 hours while they fix 1 broken stem and reset the system so it reads the right tire. Trying another location next time. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. It is 5 mins from our new place so since my hubby already has Firestone lifetime alignment we brought his truck here for new tires, rotation and alignment at 10:30am. They said 3 hrs because they were very busy. We had plenty to do so we agreed. 6hrs later still no call so we came to pick it up. NOT READY YET!! And on top of that we had to take attitude from Gary Flores the Manager because he has had a busy day. I got very upset asked for his manager and he said I had to deal with him. That took it to a higher level!! Finally got an 800 number and while I was in the call this clown comes in a tells my husband that it will take even longer because they need to do something more and when my husband proceeded to inquire more he said: Just say yes or no. OMG my hubby jumped off his seat and he backed off. Thankfully the lady on the line said it was all caught on the recording and would be reviewed ny the District mgr. I really hope so. This location is obviously losing customers due to horrible customer service starting at the TOP. Im waiting to hear back in 48 hrs from the District mgr. This guy needs to be stopped. Don't go there expecting to get out any time soon. I went in for a patch to a tire and asked how long it will be. "We'll get right on it now sir". 1 hour later, and they just get around to STARTING THE REPAIR. Oh, but of course they did take the time to try to up-sell me to NEW tires, because apparently the ones on the car are worn down (tires are less than 2 years old btw). I complained about the time, and they said I could make an appointment and come back later. Huh? I came in because the tire was flat. Can I drive the vehicle on only three wheels? I would not recommend them if you value your own time. read more

I just wanted to take the time to let you know what a disappointing experience I had this morning at the Store #25615. I took my 2016 Buick Enclave for the State Inspection, and I was informed the car didn't pass the inspection due to the two front tires. I wasn't given a failing report, but I was given a paper with a quote to get new tires ($504). I decided to get a second opinion and went to see our mechanic. He told me the tires had about 5.000 more miles on them (they sell tires, so he easily could have offered me new ones). Then I went to another place to have the inspection done, and my vehicle passed the inspection and I have my sticker already. I went back to the Firestone Store to express my disappointment, and to let the men there know, that it is not correct to treat customers like that, and that they were loosing our business. The man that I spoke with, repeatedly said that my vehicle failed the inspection (raising his voice in several occasions), but as I also repeated him, he didn't give me a failing paper, and two other unrelated places didn't think there were anything wrong with the tires (the store who could have sold me tires, and the other store that said my car passed the inspection). They lied to me this morning to try to win more sales. And as a final observation, very poor costumer service to deal with a disappointed costumer. read more

Came in after my driver's side window came completely off the track when I tried to let it down. They were the only auto repair place open in the area on a Sunday afternoon which meant they were super duper busy. Hoping to get my window fixed immediately, I was also mentally preparing myself to get a crazy look from the mechanic and be turned away without any assistance at all. Luckily my preparations were not necessary as the nice gentleman had one of his mechanics take a quick look at my window to see if he could take care of it for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part my window needed that day, but they were nice enough to put it back in place until then. There was a huge rain cloud just waiting for me to get back on the road, so I was truly grateful! read more

Just had a great experience buying tires here. I had contacted a couple other tire stores only to be put on hold and forgotten.
