If you make the mistake of buying tires from these people, like I did, the warranty they give you is complete garbage. When I bought the tires they said the warranty covers everything including a new tire for free if they can't fix it. I just got done at the store on Champion Forest in Spring, TX, getting my tire replaced. They originally did not have the tire in stock and told me they could have one delivered same day. When the guy showed up he brought the wrong tire. So I had to leave my car overn for an TIRE! The next day I get my car back and they charged me $210. Great work helping the elderly today moms car had an issue with not starting at home with a jumper cables it still failed to start. After installing they found her negative and positive battery wires were corroded at the middle of the wire extreme hidden corrosion the car would start but it would fail again. I tried to pay the bill but my credit card security feature would not allow a credit charge for me being out of state . So i bought a gift card and sent it to mom where she could redeem with the shop .. this is after 4 attempts on my credit cards all failed. My niece's car developed issues on Sunday, 5/11/25, and limped to the Firestone on Champion Forest Dr. @ Louetta in Spring, TX. The car was diagnosed by *2* different so-called mechanics, both of whom said the same thing about the part that was bad, and the estimate was for $425 or thereabouts. OK, her mom okayed the repair, as she was going to use her Firestone card. The family has been customers of Firestone for well over 20 years, but today, she got a call saying that the part that was quoted was incorrect, and the new total is over $900. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had no choice but to agree, as my grandniece is disabled, and they need the car to get her to medical appointments, as well as getting her husband to work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Seems to me that your mechanics (to put it nicely) aren't well trained. They don't have the extra $500 to do the repair, and have to borrow it. This is really unacceptable, and as well, the car isn't going to be ready until 5/13, which means I have to drive her to a doctor's appointment, and her mother needs to drive her husband to work, a major inconvenience for all concerned. And, to top it off, the charges ended up being over $1200. Friendly greetings once you walk in the door but generally oblivious mechanics. Had a leak on my rear differential with evidence of dried fluid. Technician decided to ignore the problem all together and tried to sell me new wheel bearing hubs. Asked the technician before the job was even initiated if they could get it done by the time I needed it. Called the next day, supervisor tells me it'll be hours after when I said I needed it by. Make sure when you take your car here you clear out your schedule for the whole week. Taken this car to 2 Firestone locations after dealer and smaller shops and it's been the worst here. I have been a loyal Champions Firestone customer for 20+ years but lately the service has been sub standard and on my last visit absolutely horrible. I had a check engine light and reported a hesitant start and a very rough idle while stopped in Drive. The diagnosis was a $1400 combination of repairs-several that did not pertain to the issue (radiator and brake flush, cabin filter and serpentine belt) I allowed only the items that addressed the issue and the belt nothing more. When I picked up the car the idle was still rough so I asked the team to look again. At that point they told me it might be the motor mounts. This tells me there are no longer true mechanics there as he never tested the car to see if the problem was corrected, never checked the motor mounts which I had replaced in Sept. Worse I checked that receipt to make sure the mounts were replaced and discovered the other shop had changed my serpentine belt so why did you recommend changing a belt that was 2mo old ($225) or replacing oil and air filters I changed last month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very disappointing to a level I feel taken advantage of and cheated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This will be my last visit to Champion Firestone and most likely any Firestone for that matter. Went to this location because it was less than two minutes from my job. I arrived at 6:15 pm and the technician was able to look at my tire and tell me I needed one plug. As I waited in the waiting area there was only one other person waiting. There were 5 people at this location working. They finally pulled my car to the back at 6:33 pm to plug one tire. Long story short they did a good job plugging my one tire but took extremely too long in doing it especially with only one person ahead of me and with 5 people working. Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely, absolutely NONE OF THE COVID-19 INFECTION PREVENTATIVE MEASURES THIS WEBPAGE BOASTS ABOUT IN THE AGE OF COVIE-19 WERE USED/OBSERVED...AT...ALL. Now, I don't mean to be preachy, but, after all I'm a Doctor. The recent Variant of Covid-19, the Delta variant, is rampaging across America. And, it's highly contagious / transmissible and it appears to at least to some extent escape the immunity that vaccinations are intended to provide. So, visiting a repair facility which 1) boasts of infection preventative measures and 2) seems to disregard them completely DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE AN AUTO REPAIR FACILITY THAT, IN ALL GOOD CONSCIENCE, I COULD RECOMMEND. It's one thing to be a dullard about prevention during a pandemic. Great service. Had a blown out tire, just barely made it back to my house with two children on a Sunday afternoon. Called this location and the manager helped me out. Not only did he inform me he had the tire and could do it for me today but my car couldn't move so he took it upon himself to get me a tow from my house not even 30 minutes later at no charge ! Half the people who work there are braindead and have no idea what they're doing. They said my car would be ready the day I brought it in and then they don't call me so I call them and they hadn't even looked at my car yet and they assure me it's first in line the next day. The next day they call me one hour before closing to tell me the problem and that they need it another day to order the parts and then they somehow managed to order the wrong parts. How does that even happen?! So I haven't had a vehicle in 3 days and Im really angry about it. Poor communication and they don't even seem to care about fixing it all. read more

Better take a day off and possibly another if you want something done here. Have never seen a place so unbelievably slow. Came in a few weeks ago for tires and had to wait 20 minutes just be told they didnt have the right size and had to come back. Then took over two hours to get two tires installed. I was the first one in the door in the morning and it still took way to long to get it done. Most shops can do this in 30 min or so, ended up wasting half a day. Week later start to get low pressure alarm on one tire but hand guage says tire is not low. Near another shop so i stop in and they tell me the install person did not reset the system when the tires were rotated around and actually another tire was the low one. This could have been disastrous had the actual low tire blown out on the highway. Also the valve stem was slit and leaking. After all that I am back again. Now i am here for another 2 hours while they fix 1 broken stem and reset the system so it reads the right tire. Trying another location next time. read more

They said 3 hrs because they were very busy. We had plenty to do so we agreed. 6hrs later still no call so we came to pick it up. NOT READY YET!! And on top of that we had to take attitude from Gary Flores the Manager because he has had a busy day. I got very upset asked for his manager and he said I had to deal with him. That took it to a higher level!! Finally got an 800 number and while I was in the call this clown comes in a tells my husband that it will take even longer because they need to do something more and when my husband proceeded to inquire more he said: Just say yes or no. OMG my hubby jumped off his seat and he backed off. Thankfully the lady on the line said it was all caught on the recording and would be reviewed ny the District mgr. I really hope so. This location is obviously losing customers due to horrible customer service starting at the TOP. Im waiting to hear back in 48 hrs from the District mgr. This guy needs to be stopped. Don't go there expecting to get out any time soon. I went in for a patch to a tire and asked how long it will be. "We'll get right on it now sir". 1 hour later, and they just get around to STARTING THE REPAIR. Oh, but of course they did take the time to try to up-sell me to NEW tires, because apparently the ones on the car are worn down (tires are less than 2 years old btw). I complained about the time, and they said I could make an appointment and come back later. Huh? I came in because the tire was flat. Can I drive the vehicle on only three wheels? I just wanted to take the time to let you know what a disappointing experience I had this morning at the Store #25615. I took my 2016 Buick Enclave for the State Inspection, and I was informed the car didn't pass the inspection due to the two front tires. I wasn't given a failing report, but I was given a paper with a quote to get new tires ($504). I decided to get a second opinion and went to see our mechanic. He told me the tires had about 5.000 more miles on them (they sell tires, so he easily could have offered me new ones). Then I went to another place to have the inspection done, and my vehicle passed the inspection and I have my sticker already. I went back to the Firestone Store to express my disappointment, and to let the men there know, that it is not correct to treat customers like that, and that they were loosing our business. The man that I spoke with, repeatedly said that my vehicle failed the inspection (raising his voice in several occasions), but as I also repeated him, he didn't give me a failing paper, and two other unrelated places didn't think there were anything wrong with the tires (the store who could have sold me tires, and the other store that said my car passed the inspection). They lied to me this morning to try to win more sales. And as a final observation, very poor costumer service to deal with a disappointed costumer. read more

I knew the tires I wanted and planned to order them and set an appointment date. Mike, the manager, answered my call asked a few questions to make sure I was getting what I needed and then said he had them in stock and could get them mounted balanced etc today. Came in after my driver's side window came completely off the track when I tried to let it down. They were the only auto repair place open in the area on a Sunday afternoon which meant they were super duper busy. Hoping to get my window fixed immediately, I was also mentally preparing myself to get a crazy look from the mechanic and be turned away without any assistance at all. Luckily my preparations were not necessary as the nice gentleman had one of his mechanics take a quick look at my window to see if he could take care of it for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part my window needed that day, but they were nice enough to put it back in place until then.
