When I declined the repair, I was told I owed $350 to retrieve my vehicle -- a diagnostic fee that was never disclosed upfront when I agreed to the diagnostic. I questioned the pricing because the parts quoted were significantly higher than OEM-equivalent parts available from reputable suppliers. Instead of a clear explanation or written breakdown provided in advance, the situation escalated. I ultimately paid the fee under protest in order to retrieve my vehicle. I understand shops need to be paid for diagnostics, but fees should be clearly disclosed before service, and customers should not feel pressured when they decline repairs. I strongly recommend getting all diagnostic fees and estimates in writing upfront before using this shop.

Jeff let me know I was too far for them when I gave him the hotel's address! I had no idea he was in Spring! That would usually be the end of the call right? Not so with Jeff.. he found a five star shop...five minutes away....by using his computer to help me out. The shop was great to us ...good price good work...friendly service....and quick enough for us to get back to our other hotel before the check out deadline for another night for our bags, lol.
