    This is the dirt left on the top of the door handle.

    This is the worst Jiffy Lube experience I have ever had and I will not return here, even though it's the closest to where I live. When I arrived, I was greeted by a not-too-happy representative who asked me what I wanted; when I began to tell him all the services I was looking for, he asked me to wait inside and someone would call me to ask what I wanted. As I waited, someone stuck his head inside and asked me what services I wanted: I wanted the platinum synthetic oil change, a tire rotation (and they usually ensure the tires are properly inflated), and that's all I remembered at the time. About 10 minutes later, I was called out to the bay by a very somber looking man. He told me the recently replaced cabin air filter ($16, replaced about 6 months ago) was no good because he couldn't see light through it(!). I told him I purchased this because it was a micro-filter that would filter out 99.5% of all dust, dirt, etc. that could travel through the filter. Nevertheless, he insisted I didn't have a proper filter, that this filter would block the air circulating in the cabin, that it could damage the fan, and that I needed to purchase a new $55.99 cabin filter. About 15 minutes later, I was handed my FOB and told my car was ready. I was really surprised. No one consulted with me, asked me about any additional services I might want (like Rain-X on all the windows, which I forgot to mention), or any fluid replacements, or anything! Instead, there was an elderly gentleman who started ringing up another customer whose car wasn't ready, never finished her order, and never attended me, even though it was my car that was ready. He eventually left the desk, went into the bay, and never returned, and I was left standing there without paying. I waited another ten minutes for someone else to come in and someone finally did attend to closing my sale. During the close, he didn't offer me any of the typical discounts on services I usually received, such as a discount on the top-of-the-line oil change and a discount on the tire rotation. When I asked, he said there were no discounts, but as he scrolled through the list, I saw a AAA discount, which I am a member, and he gave me that discount (10%). I saw the $5 off the tire rotation discount, and he added that, and I pointed out the discount for the platinum oil change, which he refused to give me pointing out that I already had two discounts. I paid the bill and left. Here's what I found when I got back to my car: 1) When I got to the car, it looked like someone with oily hands had pressed his hands onto the seat of the the faux leather driver's seat cushion; the passenger's seat cushion was also dirty. (See photos.) 2) I also noticed significant stains on the driver's side door handle and the side of the car. (See photos.) 3) As soon as I turned the car on, I was nearly blasted out of it because someone raised the volume to 75% of total volume (I keep it at 20% of total) and he also changed my radio's settings from Media to an FM station I would NEVER listen to! 4) Someone also turned off the auto-airconditioning mode, set it to manual, and turned the AC fan on high. 5) At the stop light, waiting to turn onto Capital Blvd, I noticed that the front windshield hadn't been cleaned. 6) I then looked at the oil change reminder sticker to see when my next oil change was going to be, and they hadn't replaced it: it was the old sticker! 7) I noticed last night that the oil change indicator (Maint Required) light hadn't been reset. (See photo.) 8) The receipt says my next oil change is due in 5,000 miles, but for my car, a 2014 Prius, the oil change interval is actually 10,000 miles. With all that went wrong, I now wonder if they properly filled my tires and actually changed the oil and oil filter! I can attest that they rotated the tires as I could see them working through the window of the door leading into the shop, but that's all I can personally attest to. By the way, I am not coming back.

    Lobby is super clean and all associates were very helpful.

    Very friendly staff and the facility is super clean . They helped me decide the best oil change for my newer vehicle and even applied coupons for me .

    Staff was very rude and uneducated, when I asked them to refix the glove box that they broke they mess around pretending like they fixed it and it still wasn't fixed. Do not go here!
