SUPER friendly crew every single time I show up here. I always bring my dogs with me because their groomer is in the same shopping center. In an attempt to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, I drop my car at Jiffy Lube and walk them to the groomer to get their nails trimmed. My car is always waiting for me when I come back with them. An added bonus is they always love on my dogs and have even offered the water bottles in their mini fridge to them. read more

This is the usual location I go to and I am not pleased with the level of service I received. I went in for an oil change. They asked if I wanted my air filters changed as well which I declined , when I got to my car the filter housing in the cabin was only half put back together and the glove box was only half put back together. I'm never going back to this location again. read more

I usually go to the Jiffy Lube around the corner to this one, but they were backed up. The young man suggested I try the one around the corner but if they were backed up he would hold my place in line! Went around the corner, they could fit me in! Great! During the oil change a young man runs in and informs me that my brakes are so bad he doesn't think it's safe for me to even drive off the lot! Of course they don't just change brake pads anymore ! It's the whole package!! Said I'll wait and call my husband and will be back! Paid for oil change, call brake shop and he says he will take me right in. Give him Ricks number and he calls less then 30 minutes informing us that my pads have AT LEAST 40%and if it was his car he wouldn't change them yet!!To top it off,,. I had to go back because they didn't tighten the cap and oil was leaking in my driveway!! See older female, go in for the kill?? Run from this location!! read more

This jiffy lube has to be a joke. This is the SECOND time I have came here and they couldn't service me at all or completely. I have came here last year and was told they didn't have enough men to do my oil change and do my tire rotation. So I left and went to another jiffy lube. Today I show up with a groupon for an oil change and a tire rotation. Guess what? They apparently don't have a lift to do my tire rotation. WTF? So I paid for a service I won't receive. A guy handed me his business card and wrote free tire rotation on it. Is your business going to magically have a lift to change my tires another day? Or are they too lazy to do it today?! On my service sheet it says Groupon package: oil change and tire rotation and then further down it says can't do tire rotation. Word of advice avoid this jiffy lub if you can. read more

This is one of my favorite Jiffy Lube's to go to when I'm in a hurry during the week. Why? There is hardly a line and they have quick service. This Jiffy Lube is tucked away on Newton Road right around the corner from another Jiffy Lube that is on Six Forks. The attendants are friendly. They of course push you to buy extra services and will bring in the air filter, etc. I think if you go in there expecting that it'll be ok. I would have given more stars but I find the pricing of the oil changes to be a little steep. They do vacuum your car, and as a minivan driver I do appreciate it. My advice go during the week and scrounge up a coupon and you should be a satisfied customer. They also do inspections there too. read more

Sorry I came here: Not at all impressed. Brought my car in for a state inspection and oil change. First they broke their filter wrench removing the oil filter: I knew there was something wrong when I saw the tech. prying on the engine with a screw driver. (The filter on this car sits on top of the engine) 20 minutes later they told me they don't have a filter and had to get one delivered from the parts supply which took another 15 minutes. Would think they'd check before they started. So, now that I'm home, I slid some cardboard under the car, just in case they forgot to tighten the oil plug. read more

If you want an inspection of your car without it actually being looked at this is the place to go. They passed my car for inspection while it had a reverse light and tail light out. I also had a windshield wiper that had ripped almost completely off that they passed as well. read more

Newton Road Jiffy Lube: I took my 2009 car in on 6/13/19 for a NC inspection, and they couldn't have been more professional or efficient or polite. I was in and out in 15 min. (or less). When I got back in my car to leave, I discovered I'd forgotten my cup of water -- the person who had walked me to my car (and opened the car door), volunteered to go into the waiting room and retrieve it for me. Took car for inspection and had issues getting it passed. There is some young girl that works there that was very rude. When I asked how I could resolve problem, she responded, I don't know, not a mechanic. Then said she was not passing and losing her job. Very very rude. Thankfully Zack stepped in and helped me resolve the problem. He is the best, great customer service skills. He was also helpful with checkout process. If he is not the manager, he should be. I give Zack 10+ stars. If I ever go back, I will only deal with him. read more

Jiffy Lube was great. I came in with a TPMS light on and they were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in for an inspection as I had just just been to the jiffy lube next to Wendy's. I knew the only problem I had was wipers and tires which I fixed prior to coming in. They informed me my parking light and brake light were out. I told Ashe to go ahead and fix it. I later saw him and his partner open my hood and then the housing to my passenger turn signal is completely off. Mind you I'd had several businesses looking at my car over the past week and not one said my lights were a problem nor did the housing fall off. He slyly said he has a "buddy" that can fix it for 35. But my problem is all the youtube videos I watched no one even touched the hood or the housing. Also he said he didn't want to break the unit for my brake light but here's the kicker you're a mechanic you break it you fix it.. So not only did I pay 25 bucks for a fail inspection neither light was fixed at all ( one he said he didn't have) and a broken turn signal housing.. You want a good laugh go ahead and go in you want good quality work and no BS keep driving. read more

Wow! When i pulled up to the business, there was a mechanic with a fowl attitude standing there who begrudgingly approached me and asked if i was lost and what I needed. He said , "You know we are expensive, right? You should look at our price list first." The attitude of this man was appalling to say the least. He then again commented on the price of the oil being high as i needed synthetic. I came for an oil change not financial advice.
