WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER My car recently broke down and my brother and I took it to Jiffy Lube to get the battery tested. The employee not only tested the battery but also the alternator. He told me and my brother the alternator was broken and gave specific numbers to back up his claim. He said it wasn't the battery at all. So, with the information provided by the employee, we got a new alternator and fixed it. The car still wasn't fixed. When I called to ask if I can come bring it in to test the battery and alternator, an employee stopped me mid sentence to inform me they DO NOT test alternators. Confused, I took it up and the employee tested my battery and said my alternator wasn't the issue. I called back and the manager Larry said that they DO NOT test alternators and that the worker was not qualified to give me that information. My father and I went back up to talk to them and the manager went back on his word and said they in fact DO test alternators and that I was basically hearing things. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience and instead implied I lied. Now I'm out $500. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! read more

The guy who did my oil change was rude, and it was super expensive. I'd never been to jiffy lube I usually go somewhere else. I went to this place as they can top off freon. However, my ac wasn't working so I had to bring it to get serviced. I learned that jiffy lube hadn't even topped off freon like they said they did! Wont return. read more

Brought my fleet car in because they were 'in program.' I called ahead to check best time to come and showed up around 11am. There were no other cars in bays but the guy I interfaced with acted like he was majorly put out and my car showing up was just too much to handle. I almost thought about leaving since it was such a rough start and it seemed I might have been throwing good time after bad. I needed to get this oil change done and was already there so went on with it. I was handed off to another guy that was having problems figuring out how to process the oil change in the computer. He seemed challenged enough that I said I would go get lunch while they figured it out and to call me on my cell if they hit any problems. I came back after an hour and they hadn't started working the car yet. They were still struggling with the computer and didn't seem to make any progress until I also got involved and was trying to call into my fleet service center. Whoever was acting as manager actually seemed like a very service oriented individual and a couple of guys in the back seemed to care but there were also a couple of turds like the first guy I dealt with. They rush the car through the service but when I got in, the glove compartment fell into the main cabin. I had a guy put it back in and attached the clips that kept it from falling out. I guess they removed it to get to the air filter and then didn't completely re-install. I start to drive and the cars computer hadn't been reset and was still in some kind of maintenance mode. I figure my way through the maintenance menus and cleared the warning lights. I then noticed that the tire pressures were all over the place. I still don't know what they did to the tires but didn't want to deal with them again to find out. I took it to a different station to get all the tire pressures set. They seem to have a couple of guys that a very good which probably represents the good reviews but they've also got a couple of bad-attitude people. I won't bring my work car back there and there is NO WAY I would bring my personal car there. read more

Went in today for an oil change on my Ram 1500, can't say enough good things about the staff here. Very positive attitudes and knowledgeable. Ross helped me get my truck in and out with efficiency even cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the cab. Mike S came in with conversation and good humor to make the short wait fly by. Went here a few weeks ago for an oil change, as I was looking for a new place that actually knew what customer service was and wasn't trying to get me for every penny they can. A friend of mine recommended this place. A bit late on writing the review, but a good one is warranted. Went to them in the morning, I was happy there were no cars waiting. When I went to the last place it took an hour and a half so I figured that was the norm. I told them my concerns and let them do their thing. They brought me over to show me what's up with the inspection they did, he explained and showed me each part with a very thorough and easy to understand explanation. I know almost nothing about cars and learned SO much about maintenance (the what and the why) in that first interaction. He told me what can wait and he told me what needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. After they were done he brought me inside and went over everything for me.. Including what else would need to be done when, what it might cost, and basically where my car is at in this point of it's "life" as far as maintenance goes. Seriously great customer service, he didn't make me feel stupid once. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes, I couldn't believe it! They also looked for the "leak" the other place I went to supposedly found. They found that when the other place filled the power steering fluid, they filled it far past too full. He said he'd have to get in there to know for sure, but it looks like it's just at such a high level the fluid was leaking from the pressure release part of the cap. No expensive leak fix like the other place tried to insist. I will use this place for every oil change from now on, and for brakes once they're doing that. When possible, I will go nowhere else for whatever I need. read more

I've taken my 2003 GMC here several times for an oil change. The staff is friendly and efficient. I never have any issues coming here.

Probably the worst customer service. I've never felt more unwelcome than today. And just for an oil change. I knew there would be a wait and I was more than prepared to. But because I've never been to a jiffy lube, the man rudely told me he didn't have time to stop what he was doing to put me in the system. (Keep in mind there was literally only ONE car in the shop and maybe one or two cars parked outside of the shop). I couldn't believe they would treat a first time customer this way. And just over a simple oil change. I would not recommend coming here to get service done on your vehicle. read more

Took a Sprinter in and they fixed it right up.Super nice people and it was fast. I really like that they didn't try to pressure sell me stuff, when I just wanted an oil change. I will never go to this location again. I was greeted with "take a seat, it's going to be a while" I asked how long, since I was on my lunch break and he said "longer than your break is." So rude! The customer service has gone way down and there is always an excuse as to why they short staffed. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

We stopped in at this location to top off our oil but ended up getting a full oil change thanks to the staff there being very friendly and accommodating. We realized that our truck is burning oil and there is a minor leak in the engine. The mechanic performed a thorough inspection and went over all of our options with us. We were kind of in a rush but because the staff was so great we just ended up having them do a full oil change because we felt that we were in good hands. Tammy was especially nice and welcoming. This was by far the best experience we ever had at any JiffyLube location. Thank you guys! read more

I am compelled to share my feedback about my service. I decided to get my oil changed while in Poway on a visit. I had waited beyond the recommended time, and was informed about the importance of having regular oil changes. My service technician, Mike Ross, was extremely professional, and courteous. Mike told me my cabin air filter needed to be changed, and took care of it. He did an inspection of my Lexus, filled fluid levels, and even cleaned my windshield. I love how I was in and out in a "Jiffy," and attention to detail was not sacrificed. Mike's customer service skills are excellent, and he's very friendly. Mike followed all Covid-19 safety protocols, and ensured he made my experience feel personal. In a highly competitive industry, where customer service can be lost in pursuit of speed, Mike Ross stands out as a testiment to the fact that the customer experience is paramount. I had an appointment in Poway and had to wait 2 hours so I decided to get my oil changed and found Jiffy Lube literally just down the street from Stowe Drive. Myles was quick and efficient. Larry was courteous and informative. They topped off all my fluids and filled the tires. All while following the Covid protocol of safety. They are friendly, fast and truly nice people. Went to Jiffy Lube today for a oil change usually I go to Walmart but figured I would try Jiffy Lube big mistake looked on Google and said they opened at 7am so today Saturday August 24th,2019 was their at 6:45am two employees Andy Sareth and Mike Ross showed up soon after 7:00am no Manager to open up they tried calling her but no answer I looked all over the building for there hours of business but no sign of there hours of operation. The employees tried calling the manager Whitney Butler again still no answer now it's almost 8:00am Mike Ross then called another employee that had keys to open up the business. That employee showed up at 8:22am to open up the shop. This manager Whiteney Butler should not be a manager or even a employee of Jiffy Lube. Got my oil changed the estimate was $122.80 but they gave me discounts and the total was $92.45 which seems expensive to me for a oil change. They said the washed my windshield but no sign of it being cleaned. Overall this was a bad experience and I can't believe they have a manager like Whiteney Butler it's my understanding she is new at this location but to not show up or call her employer when she is not going to work is just not right in my book. Two employees standing around and customers standing around waiting for this manager to open up is unacceptable. I really don't know if I will ever go to Jiffy Lube again. This is a very poor way to run a business if I could I would have given this business - 5 stars. I hope this manager Whiteney Butler gets reprimanded in some way if I ran this business she would be looking for a new job read more

I was told that several of my running lights were burned out. When I asked to see which lights were burned out, the employee paused for a moment then announced he was mistaken and it was someone else's car that had the lights burned out. That being said, my oil was changed. read more

I took my sisters car to this location to check the battery and was told by the employee that the battery was fine and her alternator was broken. He gave specific voltage amounts and seemed to know what he was talking about. We trusted his word and changed the alternator. $500 later, the problem was still there. My sister took the car back in to Jiffy Lube to test the alternator again and was told that they don't offer that service. What??? She spoke to the manager who said the employee wasn't qualified to give us that information and we should have never listened to him. I realize now we should have taken it to a real mechanic but I think they should do something to compensate us because we now found out, it was the battery all along. I really feel like the customer service at this branch should be looked into. Please think twice before taking your vehicle to this location! read more

Arrived 5 minutes after they were supposed to be open and the place was locked up tight. Went to get a cup of coffee and came back 20 minutes later, still not open. Ran a errand and came back 15 minutes later. Finally open so pull up and step out of my car. 3 employees wandering around and no one comes out to check me in. I finally walk into the Bay Area to get their attention. Person working the computer asked me if I was "Andre" and I say no and she walks away. Stood there for 10 minutes and still no one engages.
