It's really "easy" to come here and get an oil change. That is it. If you come here for anything else you won't get it. I've been here 5-6 times and asked about tire rotations, fluid changes. They divert you to get you out of the shop. read more

Not recommended at this location. Trying to get oil change service at Poway location. Only 3 cars in service before my car but I was told that my wait time will be at least 1:30 hr. Greeters doesn't look welcome at all and his face seems very convincing and satisfying of how the service is and always will be at Jiffy Lube. I was told to come back at 8:15 when store opening for faster service. So, I decided to leave. I haven't use Jiffy's service for a long time and probably will not again in the near future. I took my car to Valvoline next to Costco right after. It's easy to recognize different energy of the crew and how they respect your time also striving for Customer Satisfaction. I noticed the great teamwork here and great communication on each crew. There's about same amount of car and technicians at the moment but somehow they manage to get me in and out with no pressure to sell additional service within 15 minutes. read more

Just stopped in for an oil change, I've used jiffy lube for years but never this location. I told the tech I paid 20$ less last time. He chalked it up to taxes. No problem I said. I asked about labor only for changing my fuel filter, I was quoted 60$ from another jiffy lube last week, and paid a little less the time before. He said 120$, I told him the other store quoted me 60$. He said where? I said not here. He then proceeded to open my truck hood, looked at me and said "F##ing weirdo.." under his breath towards me. I am appalled, how contemptible!! I immediately told him to take his hands off my truck and said "I heard what you called me just now, Unbelievable!" He said, "Oh Yeah!?...have a great day!" and I couldn't leave fast enough. I didn't catch his name but I have a work order with the order number on it. If management thinks they would like to do the right thing and reprimand him. He was a Tall thin man with a black hat, black rimmed safety glasses and long blond fascial hair. read more

Larry is the Manager here and was the one who helped me the day I got the signature oil change. I had an active coupon that didn't work, but he was able to still give me a discount. My second visit without getting service. I saw the "15 minute oil change" sign and the "no appointment necessary" sign and thought I would try to get an oil change during my lunch break. First the very UNmotivated UNwelcoming kid tells me it'll be at least 45 minutes, then rings up my oil change at 107! I went down the street the Evans tires and it was $59. Disappointed in my service here this time around. Sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere. Reasons why...He tried to sell me new air filters I had already bought here last time I was here. He argued with me that it was my first time at this location and I stated that I was positive I had been here before. I know the difference between their Miramar location and this one. He didn't input my mileage and wouldn't update my mailing address for coupons. I guess they are short staff cause they have a now hiring in the windows. In addition I felt the commercial vehicles had priority as I waited while 3 of them were serviced before me. Which wouldn't have been bad but I was here before them. I would have left sooner had there been someone available above ground to listen to my concerns. read more
