I went here after I found out I was dangerously low on oil. Mike diagnosed the problem and took care of my situation in a professional, timely manner, going the extra mile to make sure he gave me the best service possible. He took my case with genuine care and concern for me and my vehicle. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the staff at this location. read more

Had both my radiator and ac serviced here. Amazing. Now my car is ready for summer. Thanks read more

These people are the ultimate worst!!!! First off, they stripped my drain plug and caused damage to my vehicle. I took it to the dealer who discovered it. They denied the damage and would not return a call or voicemail. The person who was supposed to handle it was Richard Cortez, this guy didn't even have the decency to call and communicate, he rather just ignore the issue and deny all responsibility. NEVER GO HERE!!! Now, I have to sue them in small claims court for a $233, thats how they handle their business. You've been warned!!! read more

These guys have always been accommodating in what I need for my car. Mike has helped me out many times and has a lot of knowledge about the way my car burns oil. They have fast service and I trust they are doing a good job and advising me to do what's best for my car. read more

I called to see if they were busy and Larry said come on in. I have never done a drive through oil change before so I did not know what to expect! This is going to be my new go to! I believe his name is Mike not positive sorry! He said I needed my air filter changed but I declined because I can have my husband or son replace it. He did not try to convince me he said ok. I am sure other places would have said no you should do this now. Thank you for getting my oil change done so quickly and efficiently. read more

It's really "easy" to come here and get an oil change. That is it. If you come here for anything else you won't get it. I've been here 5-6 times and asked about tire rotations, fluid changes. They divert you to get you out of the shop. read more

Had to get an UBER inspection this morning. Shelly and Larry were very friendly and helpful. Had me in and out of there in no time. And the inspection was very affordable. Will definitely bring my car back in the future! read more

I stopped in to get an oil change today. Larry was very helpful and kind. I brought a coupon but it wouldn't work at their location, so he found one that I could use. They did a great job and I'll definitely come back. read more

Not recommended at this location. Trying to get oil change service at Poway location. Only 3 cars in service before my car but I was told that my wait time will be at least 1:30 hr. Greeters doesn't look welcome at all and his face seems very convincing and satisfying of how the service is and always will be at Jiffy Lube. I was told to come back at 8:15 when store opening for faster service. So, I decided to leave. I haven't use Jiffy's service for a long time and probably will not again in the near future. I took my car to Valvoline next to Costco right after. It's easy to recognize different energy of the crew and how they respect your time also striving for Customer Satisfaction. I noticed the great teamwork here and great communication on each crew. There's about same amount of car and technicians at the moment but somehow they manage to get me in and out with no pressure to sell additional service within 15 minutes. read more

Mike and his team did a great job changing my oil in my truck. Any questions or concerns I had were answered by Mike and the service was quick and professional. Thanks read more

Wow! I have never been to a Jiffy Lube before but from now on all of the other places will have some major competition. I walked in and was acknowledged immediately with the friendliest staff. The mechanic gave me the best rate without trying to take advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about cars. Very quick car service and awesome staff! read more

Had a totally great experience when I got my oil changed this afternoon! It was a last minute errand I decided to get done on my lunch break. This location is a bit tucked away and I had only recently seen it after living here for a year (wow.) anyway, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and got the job done quickly. Affordable, too! Thank you!! read more

Faat service, all the usual top-offs and checking if everything, which I love. Great customer service. All great, as usual.

Just stopped in for an oil change, I've used jiffy lube for years but never this location. I told the tech I paid 20$ less last time. He chalked it up to taxes. No problem I said. I asked about labor only for changing my fuel filter, I was quoted 60$ from another jiffy lube last week, and paid a little less the time before. He said 120$, I told him the other store quoted me 60$. He said where? I said not here. He then proceeded to open my truck hood, looked at me and said "F##ing weirdo.." under his breath towards me. I am appalled, how contemptible!! I immediately told him to take his hands off my truck and said "I heard what you called me just now, Unbelievable!" He said, "Oh Yeah!?...have a great day!" and I couldn't leave fast enough. I didn't catch his name but I have a work order with the order number on it. If management thinks they would like to do the right thing and reprimand him. He was a Tall thin man with a black hat, black rimmed safety glasses and long blond fascial hair. read more

I just moved down here to San Diego from Long Beach, and I already found the perfect Jiffy Lube spot to go to - and it's here. Great customer service, fast and efficient. Larry is the Manager here and was the one who helped me the day I got the signature oil change. I had an active coupon that didn't work, but he was able to still give me a discount. There was no pressure or hassle for more service to be done. I was in and out, without any BS. I hope this review helped. read more

Came in and was greeted right away! The service was fast, I was there less then 15mins. They got my oils changed and everything needed for under $100b Thank you Larry and Blake! Will for sure be back! read more

My second visit without getting service. I saw the "15 minute oil change" sign and the "no appointment necessary" sign and thought I would try to get an oil change during my lunch break. First the very UNmotivated UNwelcoming kid tells me it'll be at least 45 minutes, then rings up my oil change at 107! I went down the street the Evans tires and it was $59. No thanks Jiffy Lube! read more

So quick, easy and convenient. Larry was helpful and informative! We called ahead and Alex let us know the price before hand. Always check their site for coupons! read more

Larry was amazing. I was well overdue for an oil change, and let him know, he recommended additional services that were probably necessary, but worked with my budget to do what we could without making me feel bad for not being able to do it all (as other places have done before). Will definitely be visiting them for future car care. read more

quick service, cool Ac in the waiting room. Very friendly staff with kind approach, eye contact and a feeling they cared abotu my car and me. . Elizabeth and Mario worked hard to keep my older car running well. Offered to clean my headlights with a new process--never heard of it but they were so scratched up, I agreed. The outcome was amazing--my car looks new and lights are so bright now. (helps safety and cosmetic). Will return! read more

Did not accept jiffy lube $20 off coupon for synthetic oil change . Mike told me they are not a participating location. I'll go to valvoline next time. read more

I wish I could give these guys more stars. They were absolutely awesome. I can't and won't say that enough. They took care of me, 1000%. My battery was bad and they had me in and out in :30 minutes. They knew my parents last day in town was today so they were quick. Super nice guys too. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! Great work! read more

Disappointed in my service here this time around. Sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere. Reasons why...He tried to sell me new air filters I had already bought here last time I was here. He argued with me that it was my first time at this location and I stated that I was positive I had been here before. I know the difference between their Miramar location and this one. He didn't input my mileage and wouldn't update my mailing address for coupons. I guess they are short staff cause they have a now hiring in the windows. In addition I felt the commercial vehicles had priority as I waited while 3 of them were serviced before me. Which wouldn't have been bad but I was here before them. I would have left sooner had there been someone available above ground to listen to my concerns. read more

Quick service and technicians were ready to get to work. Multiple people working on the vehicle and they pay attention to their work. Midas took 2 hours for a service that Jiffy Lube completed in 30 minutes. Will come to this shop every time from here on out. read more

Brought my fleet car in because they were 'in program.' I called ahead to check best time to come and showed up around 11am. There were no other cars in bays but the guy I interfaced with acted like he was majorly put out and my car showing up was just too much to handle. I almost thought about leaving since it was such a rough start and it seemed I might have been throwing good time after bad. I needed to get this oil change done and was already there so went on with it. I was handed off to another guy that was having problems figuring out how to process the oil change in the computer. He seemed challenged enough that I said I would go get lunch while they figured it out and to call me on my cell if they hit any problems. I came back after an hour and they hadn't started working the car yet. They were still struggling with the computer and didn't seem to make any progress until I also got involved and was trying to call into my fleet service center. Whoever was acting as manager actually seemed like a very service oriented individual and a couple of guys in the back seemed to care but there were also a couple of turds like the first guy I dealt with. They rush the car through the service but when I got in, the glove compartment fell into the main cabin. I had a guy put it back in and attached the clips that kept it from falling out. I guess they removed it to get to the air filter and then didn't completely re-install. I start to drive and the cars computer hadn't been reset and was still in some kind of maintenance mode. I figure my way through the maintenance menus and cleared the warning lights. I then noticed that the tire pressures were all over the place. I still don't know what they did to the tires but didn't want to deal with them again to find out. I took it to a different station to get all the tire pressures set. They seem to have a couple of guys that a very good which probably represents the good reviews but they've also got a couple of bad-attitude people. I won't bring my work car back there and there is NO WAY I would bring my personal car there. read more
