I dropped my vehicle off and immediately received a text with a list of "issues" that needed to be fixed. I agreed for them to do the work although my main concern was the check engine light. I left my vehicle at the shop for 2 days. When I picked my vehicle up, I paid over $2.5K and was assured that in addition to the other "issues", the check engine light issue was resolved. A week later, the check engine light came back on. I took the vehicle back and left it for a day. I was again assured that the issue was resolved and was "only" charged for a part that was replaced, but not labor. Great! Today, the check engine light is back on. Unfortunately , I will not be contacting this shop to "fix" it for a THIRD time. The staff is fairly friendly so they'd likely be willing to look at it again; however, I cannot trust that they will finally fix the issue nor can I continue to spend my time and $ there. I have gotten the vehicle scanned elsewhere and it is giving the SAME CODE as the original and that the shop claimed they fixed TWICE. I was also told by another mechanic that this should have been a fairly easy and minor fix had it been diagnosed properly the first time around. Very unfortunate that I can no longer recommend this shop due to lack of reliability and/or expertise.

I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.

I drove out only paying 40 dollars! WHAT?!? Nowhere will you find a car shop who charges only 40 dollars for a tire rotation, diagnosis, given future plan...( if my issue is not fixed from rotation) and a car wash with interior vacuuming!!! From customer service from Michael and Rachel to the technician JoJo who worked on my car.... I am beyond thrilled to have found this shop! How am I supposed to trust a $40,000 Car to person to shows up? It says give me your car. I took a picture of a drivers license and add her my Car Keys I received a text about 1115 in the morning to take my car had arrived at the Shop 1230. No update 130. No update, so I called the Shop and they said it was in the key to be worked on. 230. No update. No response from the road to Shop. I caught an Uber to the Shop which had my expenses. $14.75. When I arrived at the Shop, there was five guys in the lobby. Just seen around. I think they were employees. And when I asked her about my car they gave me this. Oh shit look and he said oh, they're about to pull it in. The time was now three that day and they asked me if I wanted the Service after all. And I said hell. No it took you four hours not to do an oil change. That's upsurd . Give me my Keys. I fed a complaint on the road to app. I received your text and someone was gonna reach out to me. Today is Wednesday, February 11 and no one has ever reached out to me. I will never use a Service again. Worse Customer Service experience I've experienced ever, and I will badmouth this Company on social media to all my coworkers to all my acquaintance to everybody. I coordinated with Serkan at PQ to bring it in and he offered good advice to try to start it and diagnosing the problem. In the end, it still would not start and I used Lift Towing and Recovery to extract it and bring it in, a very complicated job. Serkan was transparent about pricing, we selected the part together from three different offers from various suppliers and he then gave me a ride to Panera. The car was fixed the same day and the total cost was $440, which is very reasonable for this kind of job. Plus he saved me $30-40 in Uber costs by dropping me off to (and picking me up from) Rockville town center. Overall, a great experience and I am very happy to have found trustworthy mechanics like Serkan and his people at PQ.

I gave him the run down of what the dealer said. He said bring him the car and let him do his own investigations on my vehicle and get back to me. same day in about 3 hours the pictures you see is what he found to be some of the problems. I thought I needed a new transmission but I needed a transmission assby, expansion hoses, transmission cooler, fluids, new radiator, radiator cap and 5 to 8 upper and lower hose to engine and radiator. Keith did everything for $4,881. 40. I was leaving to go out of town and got my car back before time to leave. If you want the best take your car to the best. Keith is my new mechanic he saved me a fortune. It's good to know I won't be stuck on the side of the road due to shabby work. Thanks again.
