So I ended up with a flat tire one day and someone convinced me to take my tire to this place to get it patched up instead of purchasing a new tire. Well they told me this after I had already purchased a new tire. Since I did not know this place very well, I was a bit hesitant to take my car here. One of my family members said the words "They work on tires all day" so they will know what to do. Because of that is why I decided to take my car there and I am glad that I did. They took one quick look at my flat (which was in my car) and informed me that it could not be patched and gave me the reason why (it made sense). Luckily for me, I had my new tire with me and they were able to put it on my car. The cost was affordable and the service was quick. I know I need to learn how to put a tire on my own car, but that will be for the next time. read more

I love coming here, yeah the tires are used but they also have new tires for a cheap price. This is the one place I'll go whenever I need tires because why spend $200 on each tire when I can go here and spend $200 for all 4 tires or even less! And the tires lasts a while at least for me and I'm a crazy driver to say the least. I defiantly recommend. read more

I had my Vehicle Door misaligned as the door escaped from my grasp due to a very strong March Wind. I went to 2-3 other Auto Body Business' that failed to correct it which was the original way this Vehicle Door was originally manufactured. My wife got a nail in her tire that wasn't noticed until it was parked in the garage over the weekend. After replacing damaged tire with the spare, I looked for reviews for tire places for a patch. These guys came highly recommended and I agree with the reviews. I called them 1st thing Monday morning and said come on in - they do not take appointments. Thankfully they were very quick and professional - tire was patched, placed back on the car, and spare put back within 30 minutes for only $30. Great, friendly service. read more

Bought used tires, they installed them just fine, the employees failed to mention upfront that there would be a labor charge until after they ran my credit card, the tire disposal fee was expected but also not mentioned up front. They use black tire paint to paint their used tires which is a shady practice because it can cover up the true condition of a tire. Upon coming home after the tire change I looked up the model of tires I got and realized they charged me more for the used tires than the tires would have cost new. In short, they got the work done but I left with a bad impression due to their shady business practices. read more

I went to tire express plus because my rear tires were worn down and practically slicks. Upon arriving one of the employees guided me into a storage container full of tires and showed me the ones that were for my car. I picked out 2 run flat Goodyear tires (exactly the same tire) they were used but had little to no wear on them. The first one that i picked out had a sticker price of $90 which is fair. I assumed the one he grabbed was the same price as it was exactly the same tire. The mounting and balancing process was fine, the came the installation. The guy i was originally working with put the wheel up to the hub and hand tightened the lugs, then he torqued them with an impact gun. He let someone else take over for the drivers side, he had a lot of trouble getting the lugs into the holes. And he was not able to get them all in. He brought a 3rd person who informed me that the "previous" person who did my brake job ( which was myself) had stripped the hub. It couldnt have been me, as i always hand tighten all my lugs before torquing them. I heard him telling the other guy "next time make sure you hand tighten" and also "if you feel like its too hard, stop" so basically he was covering him for stripping my hub. He proceeded to tell me that he was sending me off with 3 lugs. Upon going to pay, the original guy was charging me well over the $90 per tire. He explained that there was a mounting and balancing fee about $8 if i remember correctly, also he said one of the tires was $100 not $90. Which would be fine if the tires weren't already patched. And he was even charging a "disposal" fee. I was only replacing with used tires because i plan on changing the wheels anyway. But now i have an entire hub to change due to the incompetence! A new hub is more expensive than the tires themselves. I would have appreciated if they owned up to the mistake, but instead they lied and covered their mistake. Moral of the story: if you like to get ripped off, this is the place to go! read more

I had an emergency because I was supposed to drive for four hours. I found a "bubble" on my tire. On Sunday, there were only two places open. One said to come by in the afternoon and I'd have to wait two to three hours. When I called Tire Express Plus, they said to just come by any time before 2 PM. They were very nice, helpful and quick. It took a total of 30 minutes from my arrival to departure. Great experience for me. read more
