Had low tire pressure on a run flat on a BMW. They determined that tire just needed air but 2 other tires were badly worn on the inside due to poor alignment. (This is my son's vehicle.) They recommended 2 new tires and an alignment so we proceeded. It took a long time because someone had stripped the lug nuts on one of the wheels but they still didn't charge much for labor. Unfortunately, that evening the tire pressure was low according to the sensor but I didn't believe it until it became very low. I called and they said to bring it in immediately and moved us to the front of the line to get another new tire. They showed us the problems each step of the way and explained the options and made things right, even though it became very complicated. The outside is rough looking, but they clearly are very skilled and give great customer service. read more

My car has been sitting there for more than a month for transmission issue first they had no mechanic then they replaced transmission and kept the car for 2 days to test drive it and when I picked up the car could not even drive it more than 3 miles took the car back and since had been waiting for the care get fixed they may be a good place for tire but definitely not reliable for anything else! read more

I notice that I was having a slow leak in my tire so I knew I had to go to Quick Tires. So I got my tires fix it was so fast I was literally in & out with in thirty minutes. I have had my tires plugged & I've purchase tires from here they are lower in price then the other guys that's around. I been going to Quick tires for a while now I have never been disappointed with the service. That I have received this is there new location the old space was literally a walk down the sidewalk. The mechanics are so very knowledgeable about the different tires or anything that's deals with cars. And that is so helpful to someone that's not knowledgeable. You can wait while you car is service they have a waiting area cash or credit card payment is available. I highly recommend Quick Tires read more

Honest mechanics great prices. Hard getting in and out of the lot due tight traffic in the area. But the service is worth the hassle.

My coworker asked me to join her on a quick tire plug. After trying to find a location nearby two other coworkers recommended Quick Tires. With the location right off Randolph Road, it was slightly hard to find... Keep your eyes open and you'll be sure to see a small sign. My coworker called ahead to get a price quote and was informed that a patch/plug is about $15 per tire. This price quote seemed in line with others in the area. Once we arrived it was a little hard to figure out what door we were supposed to enter through. My recommendation would be to put up a sign. Once inside there is a small waiting room with limited drinks for purchase. Check in was easy and the car was brought back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately my coworkers tires could not be repaired and she needed to buy new ones. The front desk representative offered my coworker a set of nice used tires for $80 each. $10 off the normal price. I really enjoyed that the representative took us out to the tires and explained why new tires were needed. This did not feel like a shop that was trying to gouge every penny out of you. If you're in need of new tires, or a quick plug I would recommend checking this place out. They were fast and friendly! read more

Very good service. The owner worked on my F150. Didn't give up until he found the source of the noise. Pricing was very responsible. Nice guys there. I highly recommend this place. Hanan. read more

My partner and I were driving and our tire pressure light came on. We filled the tires with air and noticed there was something in the tread of our practically brand new tires. We pulled up to Quick tires, they took our car immediately, pulled the tire off, water tested to find something that resembled a nail or plug. They gave us the options and prices to put in a plug or a patch. We decided to get the more expensive (only by about $15 more) option of the patch for longevity. They patched it and had us in and out in less than half an hour and our bill was $35. I've had mechanics quote me over $500 for a new tire for something similar but this place is honest and gives a great deal for their work. We've driven with the patch for 2 days so far and have had no issues! I would make the drive for an honest mechanic and this place is it! Also great for Spanish or Portuguese speakers as the receptionist and mechanics are multilingual! read more

I had tirelessly (pun intended) looked for a new tire over the weekend after getting a flat tire on Friday. Everyone had to order my tire in, which was leaving me out of commission for the weekend. I mean, how fast can you drive on a donut anyway? As I was headed home, I saw the flag waving through the wind. I turned in for the heck of it, just to see if by some miracle I would find the answer to my problem. A kind lady and her cute little dog greeted me warmly. She had a tire for my vehicle, $99 new, installed! They also sell used tires for less but I opted for a new one. The wait was short, about 30 minutes. The gentlemen changing my tire were very kind and even found a nail in my other tire upon testing of the tire for any leak since it was really low on air pressure. Overall, excellent customer service, no hassling, I got what I wanted at a great price and fast. Definitely coming back to get three more new tires soon! read more

Great business. Can't get any better service. Thank you for helping me with my tire!!

The day before coming to Quick Tires I went to NTB for the worst tire experience of my life. My visit here was amazing, and the complete opposite of NTB. Quick Tires has great customer service, reasonable prices, works in a timely manner, and most importantly gets your order correct. I will be coming here in the future for any tires needs I have. Truly a great experience! read more

I left my car there to fix the clock spring at 10:00 am. My car was there all day. At 7:00 pm when I went there pick it up, they didn't fix anything because they ordered a wrong part from the junk yard. So, my car was there all day, they didn't fix it, they order the wrong part, and I had to pay $80.00 for labor fee. That's ridiculous . How come they charged labor fee if they didn't fix anything? Anyways I will never go back there . read more

I was quoted a price that changed once it was time for me to pay. I asked to lady at the desk why did the price go up. She responded with " Your tires are heavy." Which should have been mentioned during the quote. They also made it seem like I was causing a problem due to there misquote. They eventually charge me the price they originally quoted me. Also, I felt very left out of the conversation about the service that was needed for my car. There is no problem speaking your native language. But you must be able to communicate what is needed to the customer so they understand. I felt like everyone was talking around me about me car. The level of costumer service was sub pare, and everyone had an attitude with me because of their misquote. read more

They were very upfront with the issue and how much it cost. Able get in quickly and repaired done in timely fashion.

I needed a flat tire repaired ASAP, I searched yelp and found this place. On yelp and their website it says they close at 7pm. I pulled up at 6:30, hours posted on their door also say they close at 7pm. There's also a giant neon sign that says "Come in, we're open!" I go to the front desk only to be told they close at 6:30 and they can't help me. When I say..."all of your signs say 7pm" I was just met with a blank stare. Thanks for wasting my time! I'll keep going to Quality discount tires, much better service. read more

This shop was great. The people were friendly and my tire was patched quickly and at a fair price. I will be going back again the next time I need tires. read more

Price was good, but a promised 30 minute oil change and wiper replacement took over two hours even though there were only a couple of other customers being helped at the time. I understand things can come up, but they were steadfastly uncommunicative about what the hold up was. read more

I won't go anywhere else. Have used them several times when in a jam and they were extremely reasonable price wise and fast

Noticed that the psi on the front two tires I replaced with Quick Tires are 50 and 41. Manufacturer recommendation is 41. C'mon. I just paid you guys $450. Also, 4 days after getting my car, my rear tire blew out. What a cowinkidink. I took it to another shop and they told me that the tire needs to be replaced due to a gash on the inside tire wall and that the other rear tire will probably blow out in a month. Interesting that Quick tires never informed me of this. read more

We googled tire store when we were in Rockville. We had to adjust rotation of tires because of vibration at high speed on highway. Quick Tires, LLC was near by and had good google reviews. They were friendly and the young lady who did the job was wonderful. She told us one tire is worn out and we could buy an used good one. Happy to find this store! read more

I come here often for my tires and mechanical services all the time they are friendly and give best prices I have seen around.

Excellent service! I was surprised to get my car back so quickly. They repaired my leaky tire in no time at all. Very kind! They even left my car in the garage while I paid so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain. I will definitely be back! It was a little hard to find the place in the rain. They're on the North side of Randolph road, directly across the street from "Rockville Interiors". read more

They had a matching tire for my car which is a speciality brand tire that no one had in the area. They didn't even over sell me. Great price too! read more

After coming here for almost 2 years for repairs, they lost vital engine parts that is causing my vehicle to throw error codes and remain almost undriveable for 2 weeks now. They avoid calling back now and whenever they get pigeonholed on the phone, they claim that they're looking into it. A shady and dishonest place, I would avoid going here unless you really only need a simple tire patch which they're fantastic at. read more

Thank you, Yelp! Yet another screw in a tire meant yet another tire shop visit. This place was open on a Saturday, and they were able to help me. The tire was patched, I paid $25, and was happy to keep motoring. They seem to have quite a few regulars, and service was friendly. I waited not quite an hour, and the waiting area was not exactly glamorous - but if you wanted/needed, you could walk to Mom's or Second Story or even Target or Starbucks or Barnes & Noble. read more

My wife and I ran into a curb while running errands in Rockville resulting in a flat just down the street from Quick Tires so we decided to pop in and try our luck. They were able to help us and mount a new tire right away, and they happened to have a used tire in perfect condition that was an exact match to our other tires. They were friendly, helpful, and the prices were absolutely rock bottom; we will be coming here in the future when necessary and highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace a tire. I have seen a negative review about them "never having the right tire," so if you have the luxury of planning your trip, which we did not, just call ahead of time! read more

I am not too impressed about this and place... They never have the right tire I am looking for. On top of that, when I found my tire and still wanted to give them my business, they want to charge me double. $35 to mount a single tire is absolutely unacceptable. read more

Good service friendly.. and they are honest:) they take care your car well specially your tire I highly recommend this shop

I read the reviews. Then I went there because I ran over a nail. I walked in, told them I had a slow leak, they asked me to show them to my car, I handed over the keys, and less than five minutes later they asked me to come to the car. They showed me where the nail was in my tire. They said they would plug it. I sat in the waiting room for about ten minutes and it was over. In and out in under 20 minutes on a Monday morning and paid a VERY REASONABLE price ($15) for this tremendous service. I am their customer for life! read more
