I recently went in for an oil change and to fix my AC/heater blower, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joseph was the one who helped me, and he was extremely honest and knowledgeable from start to finish. He didn't try to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs. Update has been a year and there was never a solution to my problem, ended up selling the car because whatever oil changes they have done to my car had messed it up, I always did my own but they had discounts and I said why not and ever since I went there 2 times or so, the car felt sluggish after and lost oil too fast then normal. Took to another jiffy lube in Fontana and they said this shop used the same plug and added teflon tape. All this shop and jiffy lube could offer me was a free oil change... the damage was already done and I needed repairs for my vehicle but ended up trading it in since jiffy lube wasn't able to offer assistance. read more

Came in for flat tire, I already took it off from my other car. New wheel, no scratches. 1. This place scratched my wheel(outside, more scratches inside of the wheel) when put it on the tire machine. 2. Used silicone lub spray instead of soap water for installation 3. Of course denied their fault of damaging my wheel In my opinion, this place may be good at something else(nothing i notice this moment), but definitely not a proper place for tire service read more

Extremely disappointed with their services. Had a brake fluid April 2024 for the first time. Only drove it 5000 miles & had to have another done today. Customer service was poor. The staff wasn't welcoming. When I spoke to a representative she wasn't helpful, she looked at the cameras and of course was going to defend her team. Extremely disappointed. read more

Went in for Transmission service had a 20% off , so I thought give jiffy lube a try. $300 dollars later and my car was ready. Transmission service is only siphon out old old and fill. I called amco for the same 200 they service the trans. Which manual states should remove pan and drain swapp filter. None of which was included in my service. Full synthetic oil change. I went in with my oil life at 41% and left in the same condition. what kind of service is this . In my 25 years of driving and getting oil changes, has this ever happened to me.
