After discussion with management for the prior issue (discussed in my last review), I finally had a chance to visit the location for an oil change. I think it went rather well. I noticed that the employees handle their specific job/duties in a "regimental/military style" method. This made things very efficient, and insured that they did not miss a certain step or item that needed to be evaluated.
