From the very beginning, Kendall was upfront, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Before I even brought the vehicle in, he took the time to explain in detail what might be going on and what the potential repair process would look like. He also quoted me a very fair market price for the work. When the rebuild was completed, Kendall walked me through everything that was done. He upgraded the internals from aluminum components to stronger steel parts and even showed me all the broken pieces when I picked it up. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare.
