I stopped by here omw home to get a mich needed oil change. My light would turn on everytime I started the engine but I had been putting it off for at least a week! Thank you Jiffy Lube on W. Baseline for being quick and efficient! I did leave work about 3 hours early, so when I arrived around 2 pm, there really was no wait. They say they can get it done in 15 minutes and you don't have to get out of your car, but I actually did. I was told to wait in the lobby which was fine by me. I waited for about 20 minutes before they were done. As I sat waiting, I found an online coupon for $25 off. I also saw that they replace windshield wipers, so I asked if they could do that too, and the young man who took my car said yes. Awesome! I had purchased a replacement set already but had put that off as well. Glad I left them in the trunk so they are now installed thanks to these guys. I waited a total of around 24 minutes before they were done with everything. I was glad I was able to get the oil changed as well as the windshield wipers. They also checked a bunch of other things without an extra charge. I'd definitely come back for a quick in and out oil change! read more

Got my oil changed . The gentlemen was very helpful. Told me what else I need done including my battery. Great work!

This location and its employees were amazing. The gentlemen on staff today were Jordan, Christopher, and Joshua. I always have concerns about being taken advantage of as an older woman with very little knowledge of cars. And because of my financial situation, vehicle maintenance is not always a top priority. But I was having issues and I was panicking. They were super helpful and pointed me toward the services that I needed. The price was very reasonable and they told me how I could locate a coupon. They were very fast and efficient. I did not feel judged and my car felt amazing on the way home so I highly recommend this location and these gentlemen if they are available. read more

I went to a Jiffy Lube on Arizona Avenue and the 60 there were three cars there only one was in a bay. They were working on some kind of a vacuum. The lady walked over to me and said your weight will be an hour and a half and I said in a jiffy lube and she pointed at the three cars she didn't offer for me to go to another store that was close by which there are many Matter fact, I could care less if you come here or not I brought it up on my phone to. I was greeted by an individual with no personality and also could've cared less. If I was there he said lobby pulled my car in. I watch the people working on it when he came to talk to me, it was just matter fact there was no CustomerService at all and what I've been paying $90 for they charge me 123 because I use the best oil because I get my UC out of a car. I usually make it to 300 to 400,000 miles in 2021 with 250,000 miles on it I've always gone to monkey they close the one by me there I got impeccable service. I was treated like royalty from the very first time. I went there until they closed they hustled I was in and out in every time I went unless we had to change a bunch of air filters and stuff, and ten to 12 minutes. Gonna be looking for someplace better to get my oil changed where people actually care and want my business and the one store that I went into I believe it was on baseline very very disappointed all the way around and they could've made a customer for life because I needed a new place to go. I went to their stores and they're both the same terrible read more

Jiffy Lube - Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I'm really pleased with today's exchange at Jiffy Lube today. I brought my Buick in for a Oil change and had such a pleasant experience dealing with Jake. Jake was very helpful and had a kind and warm demeanor. I'd say the change was completed within 30 minutes along with a vacuum, window cleaning, tire pressure check and Jake even checked the transmission fluid and various gauges. I'm very pleased with the price. I was able to get $7 off using a coupon from online and I'm especially pleased with the customer service from the staff. I will be using this specific Jiffy Lube in future, despite it not being as close to home as others. Definitely recommend. read more

The last time I went to this Jiffy Lube they did not put on my filter cover correctly and I kept stalling and had to return. Turns out they didn't put the filter cover back on. I decided to give them a second chance two days ago and returned. I balked at the charges but went forward since I was there. This trip I was cautious and afterward drove around the parking lot. The vehicle kept gasping and couldn't hold idle so I returned to the garage. They opened the hood and I heard them say the cover was on properly. Then they simply closed the hood. I insisted something was wrong! They opened it back up, opened the filter cover and found the new filter I had paid for had not even been put in. They got a new one and then found the hose in the back of the filter was not attached. I couldn't believe they were going to close the hood and send me on my way and then to find they didn't even put in the new filter I had paid for? Fool me twice shame on me! read more

I've gone here for my oil changes for probably three years now and have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness... these guys are AWESOME!!!! read more

DO NOT take your car there for service, EVER! Unless you want to have your car get messed up later and pay the repairs for their lack of honesty and service. Long story short, I recently had my car serviced for an oil change a few weeks back then my check engine light came on and smoke was coming from the engine. Took it to my mechanic and he stated that O2 sensor needs to be replaced and repairs needs to be done due to overfill on oil from the oil change from whoever did the oil change last. I immediately called this place up since they were the ones who recently serviced it. Manager calls back stated that they didn't serviced my car it was the other jiffylube on baseline and country club. WRONG, I told him no because I have the invoice copy of my oil change that was done by them. If this is how you treat your veterans then I definitely will not be using your services ever again. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. read more

Wouldn't do an oil change because i had a noisy lifter. I did the oil change myself and the noise is gone. Told me I had to get all my valves adjusted. "Go to the dealer and have them take off your valve cover and adjust your valves. Then you can come back and we can do the oil change." Nope. I wouldn't give them 1 star for this, but the we pulled up and a guy without any sort of ID or badge or even uniform told us to come back in an hour. We came back and were then turned away. Sorry guys, bad stuff. read more

Came to this jiffy lube after being treated like crap and talk down to at another location...and william(what it said on the paperwork, idk if thats his first or last name) was very nice. Very accommodating and respectful. I appreciate his info, and help. Not sure who the guy was in the pit but they both did a great job. Thank you for restoring my faith in jiffy lube again! read more

Not the friendliest people I've ever met, but I guess I wouldn't be that pleasant either after working outside all day in the summer heat. The lobby is cool and clean with a selection of men only related magazines. Convenient location and fair pricing. read more

Didn't even give this place a chance they open at 8 a.m. I got there at 8:15 a.m. And they just let me sit there for 15 minutes while they did nothing. I don't mind the waiting but they could have been professional enough to give me a "sorry we got a late start" or something along those lines. read more

I came in at 8:18 and was told "we open at 9" by a man smoking in his truck. I looked at the door that read "mon-fri 8:00-5:00pm". Oh well I'll just go to the one down the street. read more

Quick service, super friendly! The waiting room is clean and fully stocked with coffee and current magazines. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! They took me as I desperately pulled in 3 minutes before closing. I was about to embark on a big road trip the next day and they made sure I was going to be 100% safe at a price my college student wallet could be happy with! They worked with me and explained everything in detail and showed me ways to take care of my car myself on the road! Soooo great! Will always come back to this location! read more

Went in for an oil change and was in and out in 20 min which was impressive since they had to go get the right fuel filter for my car. They also did an excellent job cleaning up my messy interior. I really liked the fact that they weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary. I'll definitely go back read more

My partner took our car to Jiffy Lube instead of our usual honest mechanic. They showed him a "dirty" cabin air filter, and a clean engine air filter. They talked him into a new cabin filter for $37.00. The thing is, the two filters had been changed at the same time, two months earlier! If one was clean, the other was clean. This was a totally unneeded part. More money for Jiffy Lube. Especially when you consider the filter cost only $13.88. This place is expensive and dishonest. read more

Lol these guys tried to steal my credit card info. I paid for my oil change on a credit card I NEVER use, and then hours later someone tries to make a fraudulent charge. Pretty obvious it was them. Don't go here. To the employee who tried stealing my card info, enjoy your time in jail read more

Service was pretty quick. I was surprised they charged almost 50% more than the dealership does so it's likely I won't return.

Only took them 25 min for mid day oil change on a Friday. Very quick service. A little pricey but coupons are online if you are bored in the waiting room. read more

Rude customer service. I would hate to think they treated me stupid just because I am a girl. I had done my research and was well aware of what I was looking for regarding mileage on synthetic oil changes. After the phone call I Went ahead and did more research on the subject just Incase I was wrong. No. The customer service rep just straight up lied to me. read more

I have to say these guys will take care of you. my sister was driving in the area and noticed her tire was very low . She wasn't familiar with the area so she stopped in and they filled her tires and were exceptionally kind and helpful right away. The manager was very caring. Thank you guys for being awesome! My whole family and I will be giving you our business here on out. I recommend this place to everyone read more

40 minutes for an oil change and then a hard up sell at the end. At least they vacuumed my carpets.

My daughter went for an oil change, 2004 Chevy Trailblazer, charged her $41.00 for a $15.00 job. Then proceeded to tell her that the serpentine belt was so bad she shouldn't drive more than 10 miles on it. They would gladly change it for her for $100. I got a Dayco belt at Autozone and changed it in five minutes at a cost of $35. They were looking at up to more than $65 for labor. (that calculates to $780 an hour for labor) and you know they get Jobber price on the belt so pay less than I did. read more

Terrible customer service. Rude and generally unfriendly. Definitely would not go back to this location. The oil change has been okay in the past but customer service is important to me. I want to feel at least a little bit welcome when I receive a service like this. read more
