I have been to this Jiffy Lube a couple of times, and I don't know why I don't just go there every time. The employees are SO NICE, they are really quick, and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. I knew I needed new wipers, but Tony came in and told me, "Your wipers will need to be replaced soon, you might keep that in mind." I wanted to replace the wipers anyway, but I love that he didn't come into the office with a huge list of things that I "Had to replace right away or my car would veer off the road." So many other places (Firestone) do that, and it just makes me never want to do business with them again. I have never had a bad experience with this Jiffy Lube, and will just always bring my car there from here on out. read more

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Jaylon got me in and got me started asap for my brakes! Explained what i needed and went far and beyond with assistance. I need to get my cash and was assisted to the nearest gas station. No hesitation, no repayment (currently almost 8 months preggo!) I allowed my brakes to get prettyyy bad but thanks to the crew that worked today, i'm leaving safely with some new brakes! HIGHLY recommend this location. This location in particular is my favorite. Tony was my service tech. He was very professional and also pointed out a major issue with my vehicle that could have ruined my car. I came back the next day to get it replaced. Now my car drives A1. Even Mrs. Lisa in the office was very courteous and professional. This location is fully staffed and have 3 bays. Dropped in at the end of the day, but that didn't matter, they were happy to change my oil. I usually go to another place around the corner, but they closed at 6:00. The people were very friendly and explained everything to me. I will definitely go back for my next oil change. I plan on going back before then to have my tires rotated and my filters change. Great service, very helpful in coming to our aid at the carwash next door. Our car's battery went dead after my husband pulled in so we called our ins. for roadside assistance & were left on hold. The manager at Jiffy Lube was on his way home stopped to help us by jumping off our car. He went out of his way to help us so we could leave. Kudos to him!! read more
