Between school and the brisk air... but anyways, they've gotten a lot better about calling consistently (in my opinion), and I still appreciate those coupons. I do wish there was some way (architecturally I don't think it's possible) to get more parking designated for the garage versus dealing with the gas station. Happy day, happy car!…read more I had a muffler work done on my car from a different shop and was misinformed about the affects it would have on my car. Did some research, read about Kevin the manager and the shop and decided to take a 30 min drive to go see him. Got there at 8:10AM and was told Kevin wasn't around yet. So I waited about 20 minutes for him instead of talking to someone else. And I'm glad I did! Let me start by saying I'm really picky and super ocd. I do not trust mechanic shops bc there's a lot of shady ones out there. I like to watch the work being done and watch the process. Because I want to make sure they're doing what they say they will do. Kevin is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly he was kind. That type of personality just plays such a huge role in managing a business and retaining loyal customers. He gave me some options, fair pricing, and a fair return policy if I didn't like the work. I never felt pressured into anything and was able to do things the way I wanted to. He supervised the work being done and jumped in to help when he was needed. I watched as he did it with other mechanics during this time too. This place is HUGE. They have a lot of mufflers and exhaust options and Kevin will definitely work with you. Alfredo who was working with him was nice too. Kevin provided exemplary service and my car turned out how I wanted it to be! They offer a myriad of services from exhaust to repairs to tinting and I am planning to come back to see Kevin for some more work when I am ready. I would suggest for everyone to give this shop a try, talk to Kevin- he's honestly the man to go to!!!!

I returned my car to Pugh Garage after 8 months regarding tire rod replacement. Another mechanic…read morenoticed an inconsistency when looking at the receipt for work done at Pugh in February vs the parts on my actual car. Pugh was the ONLY shop I used for this repair. I also have documentation showing that I purchased specific Mevotech tie-rod ends (MS86633 and MS86634) for my vehicle and provided them for installation. However, the tie rods currently on my vehicle do not appear to match the parts I purchased and provided to Pugh. When I brought this concern back to Pugh, they blamed other mechanics rather than taking accountability. The other shop did NOT perform any tie-rod work, and I provided receipts to confirm this upon Pugh Garage's request. I understand 8 months is a long time but I would not know there are mismatched parts on my vehicle until having to bring my car for other repairs to a new shop. I wasted time and gas just to leave without a resolution. My advice is to take pictures of the parts you provide and have the work independently checked afterward. It seems as thought they expected me to have seen they did not complete their work prior to now as if I would have had reason to go looking under my car like a mechanic when that is not my profession.

The shop kept giving me quotes over the phone until I asked for a quote breakdown for what endurance was covering and what my responsibility would be. They come back and said by the way there are additional parts that Endurance is not covering so therefore you're gonna have to pay for them out-of-pocket the overall total was almost $2000 and Endurance was paying an additional $1035 they added additional work that didn't have anything to do with the P0411 code. I asked Andrew the Service Writer that I was dealing with up front how much would the diagnosed will cost me if Endurance declined the claim, he quoted $175. After the back-and-forth with him and he told me that he called me back regarding the HVAC issue (he never called me back) I had to go all the way over to the shop because he said he couldn't diagnose the issue and the pricing kept changing, I did not trust them working on my car. In the breakdown document the diagnostic was $93. Andrew said since I am not getting the work done I had to pay $355. When I got there to pickup my car he charged $310 for 2 hours to diagnose.

I arrived at the shop 20-30 min after that phone call and found that the car would not start when I arrived. As mentioned previously the car was running and was driven to their shop and had to be towed out. The owner states they would like to handle this offline. As stated they will not return my calls and in the time it took to write that response he could have called me but did not. They did not charge me (I would hope not after damaging my car and performing unauthorized work) but it cost me $1200 to just to repair the damage they caused. The receipt is attached. I don't want anything from them at this point beyond admitting their mistakes and an apology for damaging my car and lying to me about it. But I know that's not going to happen so I just want to warn others to beware of this shop. Use their services at your own risk.
