They convinced me to do a recharge though I knew there was blockage. They didn't even bother to visually inspect the filter or valves after they reclaimed the freon, just told me I "had to replace the compressor" because they couldn't inspect the oil without a full replacement. Sham.

I know next to nothing about cars and Travis and his colleague were so patient with my amateurish questions about engine oil and transparent about costs, even gave me tips on what to pay attention to with my car. I used to go exclusively to the dealership to get my car serviced due to the number of recalls I had to deal with simultaneously but will now see about going to these guys for regular maintenance.

They fixed the exhaust and a told me they did a diagnostic and found what was wrong and claimed to fix it, but they had said if the check engine light came back on to bring it back in. We paid for 3 hours of work, but it was done in a hour. The $766.19 included a $225 diagnostic fee. The light came back on, so I took it back in like they said and was told that it would be another $225 to run a diagnostic. I told them I already paid for that last week and they said they fixed the problem. They talked to me like I was stupid and belittled me in front of another customer. I left and went to O'really auto parts and had them run a free diagnostic and the code was the same as they claimed to fix last week and tried to charge me another $225 for. I used to recommend Meineke, but now I caution anybody thinking about getting work done through them. I am disabled and can't do the work myself and my parents are the same, so shame on them for taking advantage of people. Don't go here and don't trust that fixed your vehicles issue because they more than likely cleared the code so you have to keep coming back.

Luis is the face of their Customer service, He was personable, and easy going. I flew from Seattle to take my son's classic Bronco in for an easy steering box replacement. They also upsold me, recommended an alignment. I'm not sure why, the steering box doesn't affect the toe in/ toe out or alignment of the frontend. I arrived a little before 9 am, was told I would be put in queue. I waited in the waiting area...At 10:45AM I asked if there was any update.on my position in the queue. I was told I would have to reschedule for another day.. I also had already procured a new 1966 steering box. Wished I had read more of the poor service reviews here before booking the 1st appointment and wasting 3 hours of my Saturday. Thank you for saving me the pain of a poor service experience! I only paid for labor because I brought in my own Mobil 1 full synthetic oil and oil filter, which I bought across the street at Wal-Mart. It's much cheaper to bring in your own materials as long as you buy the right parts. At first, I brought in synthetic oil that they said was specific to cold weathers rather than all-season. So they gave me the opportunity to no have their oil poured in, but rather, go buy the right type of oil (all-season) since they knew I wanted that. That was a great gesture of them and I appreciate their honesty. The customer service was top notch and they didn't mind me watching them work on my car by standing outside the work zone. There's also a waiting area inside the shop with coffee and TV. I would recommend anyone to get their car fixed here because they don't nickel and dime you, but rather, tell you the straight facts about your car's issue and let you decide what to do before working on your car.
