I've been bringing my truck here for the past 1.5 years for oil changes, trans fluid and diff fluid. Every time I come in, I specifically ask for them to hit all the grease fittings and was told it is standard procedure. I found out the hard way that they have not been greasing the front end of my truck...at all. In the past two weeks, the front end of my truck became very noisy. Took it to a mechanic and after an extensive investigation, the only issue was the lack of grease in the front end. They said the parts looked new and everything was tight, but looked like they had never been greased. For this reason I will not be servicing my truck here anymore. Never have I ever had an oil change take that long. The employees were extremely nice. However, we had one car in front of us and between their car and ours, it took over an hour to get my oil changed. Keep in mind I didn't have them vacuum my car out, which would have taken longer. I visited the Jiffy lube on Mangrove today and will never go back. I asked that along with my oil change I would like my tires rotated. I was told because I have a exterior diesel tank (which has only 20 gal in it)that my truck was gonna be to heavy for his $5000 lift. I explained the tank is brand new and only has a 160lbs fuel in it. He said doesn't matter I'm not risking my new $5000 lift and shut the door behind him. My truck is a Ford F150 not heavy to begin with. I assume they wont rotate a super duty that would be way to heavy. I feel that since there was manual labor to do they used that as an excuse not to have to work. I guess a floor jack would of been out the question. After leaving I read my receipt to see if he noted that. of course he didn't but he did check that they washed exterior windows and vacuumed floors which they did not do. read more

I WISH Yelp would let you rate a place 0 stars. I took my car to this god awful place for a simple oil change. Before even having my car worked on they mentioned that they have problems with my specific car, but they may be able to work on it. My car had no issues coming into Jiffy Lube. Eventually Larry comes back and says they can do it. They work on my car for 40 minutes and then say, " oh yeah it looks like it's leaking oil you're going to have to get it towed." In which I replied you guys broke it you have to fix it. They fixed it. I come back a day later and now my car is leaking coolant. They "fixed" that too. Next thing you know I'm driving on the freeway and my car overheated. Don't take your car to this POS place. Mark learn how to say you can't fix something if you can't fix it, plain and simple. I normally would never leave a review but this is unacceptable since I only found these problems because I did my own oil change after I got mine done at jiffy lube 3 months ago. I feel bad for the people who believe they are getting great service at this place. I have done my own oil changes my entire life but I was up in Chico for school and needed one done. I looked up places with the best reviews and found jiffy lube. While I was there it was quick and easy since I didn't even have to get out of my car but fast forward 3 months to find that jiffy lube cut corners ever where they could. I went to change my own oil today and found I am missing a few bolts on skid plate which they have to remove to change my oil filter. Once I got the skid plate off I noticed the oil filter was leaking and come to find out it was because jiffy lube skipped putting the gaskets on the filter when installing. Lastly they stripped the bolt on my oil pan which will now cost me another 70 dollars to replace on top of the ridiculous 108 they charged me to change my oil. Please for the sake of you car do not go here I am so disappointed in their work. read more

Ran into trouble this morning when my low tire pressure light came on. I turned off the freeway to the nearest gas station and looked at the air machine and realized I had no idea what I was doing. I drove down to the jiffy lube and they were so nice, accommodating, and helpful! They put air in my tires and put me at ease explaining what most likely happened to the air in my tires. I was able to make the long drive that I needed to because of them. So thank you all so much! read more

I was storing my car and needed an oil change. This is the FIRST TIME in my 50years of driiving that the price quoted DID NOT include an oil filter. I find this to be highly UNETHICAL!! I asked what the cost was b4 having it done. I was shocked to see a cost of $9.95 for an oil filter added to my bill pushing the price to even higher. I belive this to be illegal. Jiffy Lube on Mangrove is excellent. They have professional service, mechanics who at least look and talk as if they know what they are doing, and the service was pretty fast. Been there a few times already - the last time I was going to get my oil changed, I went to a different store across the street and they had a 2 hour wait!! I also just got a $10 off coupon in the mail, so I am def. going back. They always have a $5 off coupon to print off their website (chicooilchange.com) and overall I am satisfied because a lot of oil change shops in town have switched to these new machines where the mechanic just sucks your oil out from above with a hose, never going under the car. This (as I was told) leaves chances for some residue of old oil to be left behind at the bottom of your oil tank. Anywho, I trust Jiffy Lube to get the job done right. As always Pete, Larry, Mark and the Guys at Jiffy Lube got my transfer case, fruit differential, differential service in less than 45 minutes. They answered a few of my questions and showed me a few things on my car I wasn't aware of. All in all I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube for their excellent service that is crazy fast. read more

Synthetic oil change is what $60-$70 dollars so how does that make any sense for me to use your coupons and my own oil. So your making $50 dollars on 15 min on labor... When I was there you probably spent $50 on labor to your guys sitting there because your inability to flex your policy... I still will never visit your shop along with any $10 coupon. read more

The staff here at Jiffy lube is amazing they are very courteous and professional. My car's oil was overfilled and they were more than happy to drain the excess oil. Without an appointment 10 minutes before they closed and didn't even charge me for it and it wasn't even their mistake. I'll be stopping by here from now on to get my oil changed. read more

I hardly know anything about how cars work, but I took my truck here and felt at ease. I needed an oil change and a few other fixes, and the employees handled my truck with care and never pressured me. They could have laughed themselves to the bank with me, selling me higher priced products and things I didn't need because I really am clueless, but they were respectful and talked me through what they were doing, and even taught me a few things. Cheap, quick, and great service. I didn't have a regular place where I took my truck before, but I absolutely do now. read more

I needed an oil change bad! I got an oil change on Sept 20th, and it wasn't done right. They put the wrong oil in my truck! This was my first experience with Jiffy Lube, and i'm sold! I received fast and friendly service. I wasn't taken advantage of and didn't get charged for something i didn't need. I had an air filter and Jiffy Lube replaced it no problem as well. I would love this business if I hadn't met the owner today...actually, he was helping out at the register and I didn't know he was the owner. I had a simple question about the oil and he said "Larry talked with your husband". I said, "excuse me"...I take care of my own car and it was a simple question. I always come here for my oil change. They are not expensive when you get the coupon, which is always available online, as far as I know. I am always in and out quickly. They do not push me to get anything I want and are very straightforward. The biggest selling point is the excellent customer service. Everyone there, whether they help me or not, is pleasant and good-humored. read more

Estimate was for $79, bill was $110. Explanation was that a Tundra takes 7.5 quarts of oil. Ok, fine, but why doesn't the computer take that into account when creating the estimate? I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for the pass 4 years. Every 6 months I have been needing a head light replaced, which I feel is due to their technician replacing it with a faulty/used "new" lightbulb. I have all of my printed receipts showing the 24.99 halogen lamp replacement bulbs with the dates on them. When I asked the manager why my headlights were needing to be changed every 6 months (because I felt like it was excessive) he told me "if i didn't want to have to get my head lights changed every 6 months I should go somewhere else". Believe me I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. read more

I went there last week for an oil change, when I got my car back 3 out of my 4 tires were under deflated over 6psi and they also put back on a wrong valve stem cap. I went back there today to see if they happen to have my original cap and also let them know that nearly all my tires were deflated. Their response? Immediately arguing with me, calling me a liar. I explained the situation to one supervisor who said "hold on, you can argue with someone else" I wasn't even arguing, just explaining what happened. That supervisor left yelling for another "hey, (guys name) argue with this guy over here." Who then comes over to argue with me... like what in the fuck kind of customer service is that? I take my car there for convenience, but that's the last thing I received. 0/10 would never Jiffy Lube again. read more

So I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for 5 years but no longer... They were GREAT for the longest time but my last two oil changes in a row were a disaster. Two oil changes ago, they forgot to screw the oil filter all the way on causing the engine to leak oil. My engine developed an unrelated whine (lucky Jiffy otherwise I would have dragged them to court) so I had the dealer tighten the filter and refill the oil. Last time, they the wheels spin (car in drive) on the lift causing the traction control error light and check engine light to go off (its a traction control computer thing) and didn't clear it when they gave the car back. When I approached them, their solution was to pull the battery to reset the car's computer rather than reset the error codes with a scanner (or whatever you call the hand held computer thing). It was a joy to get back in my car and see that everything had been reset and I had to redo the clock, stereo, etc. read more
