Real honest, direct me to where I need to go to fix my car a great place! From out of town

Went in today to get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. I've been changing it there since I lived in Idaho seven years ago one time this year on Clark Road the people that were there in the shop. The last time I went in were pleasant today I ended up with a jerk, older guy nasty disposition, smart ass I left won't be back. You can thank him for that. read more

when I arrived I informed the man that we had our own oil, he said ok no proble, jump out and I will bring your car around to the bay, I said oh no that's ok I can do it, when I drove around I heard him yell to his friend there F... that lady. Employees definitely need to learn customer service skills. They are wonderful in Chico at the Notre Dame location. Thought I'd give Paradise a try since I live up here. What a mistake! One other car there and yet more than a half dozen employees couldn't seem to get things going. Unprofessional chatter they thought I couldn't hear, but I did. When they rotated the tires, they didn't pressurize them or reset the car warnings. The one guy who helped me process the service, was the most confident. Forgot his name, but I don't think at this point it really matters. Do not recommend and I won't be back. read more

They served my vehicle and later discovered my handicap had been taken. It was in my console and was taken by someone that had been in my vehicle. Noone knows anything about it even though and it was in my console and they were in my truck. My wife was at the facility and did not see any strangers near my vehicle read more

I'm normally a fan of jiffy lube. I have been going for years. This last visit was... let's just say an adventure. Something went wrong... some employee forgot to screw some can on... I at first was very upset... I was on my way to edc and my car broke down ... I was in the middle of nowhere... fortunately they took responsibility. The paid my way even drove 5 hours to get my car. I am very impressed..I would recommend them anytime and anywhere read more

My experience of this Jiffy Lube on Clark Rd. I've never at service done at this shop before, always used the dealership, however today I thought I'd give these guys a shot, because I thought it would be cheaper than the dealership..Nope..Just a plain (semi-synth) oil change no extra add-on's and it was just as expensive, plus I didn't get my tires rotated like I would've at the dealership. Now for my issues (other than the price) I watched the full service through the window in the lobby. I thought it was odd that the guy came in and said my tires were brought up to 35psi. I didn't see anybody touch the tires. So when I came home I checked the pressure, every tire was different from 29.5-33psi. So obviously he lied. then I watched as one guy washed the windshield with a sponge and squeegee, then a few minutes late the older gentleman came by and washed the window again, but made a mess of the window, while the sponge was dripping on my hood (I had just washed the car before coming to get my oil changed) They suggested I have them change my cabin air filter, I pointed out that I had just changed it 3 months ago, and the date I changed it was written on the side of the filter. I then saw that both cars (mine and somebody else's car) were finished with their service, but apparently the three guys in the shop (don't know about the guy or guys down below) all take their smoke break at the same time, so after the guy that runs the register came back from his smoke he completed the check out then pulled my car out of the bay. He asked me at what interval I would like to have the oil changed at, I told him I just use the service computer on the car, when the oil life get to about 35% then I get it changed. When I got home I checked the service computer and they had not reset it. So basically it breaks down to overpriced, service not completed as stated, no communication between crew members, lack luster customer service. Buyer beware, I see in other reviews of people saying that the crew explains stuff and is friendly, while that is kind of true, you need to be sure that they actually do what they say they are doing...They did not bring the tire pressure up like they said. They wanted to sell me a filter that was not needed. But yes, they were friendly enough while doing that.... read more

I visit this location on and off throughout the year. Each time the staff has been very professional and friendly. The shop is clean and service completed quickly. Need your oil changed and don't want to wonder if it's being done right? Head to this Jiffy Lube, located across the street from the Safeway Plaza (yeah, I know it's a relatively "new" location for them). Three service technicians meant I didn't have to wait at all (this was just at 5 pm, after my work day). I was greeted with true friendliness, they opened the door of my car as well as the office (I *like* that kind of hospitality) and I was invited to sit inside and enjoy the air conditioned waiting area. There was fresh coffee, cold water, plenty of seating, clean magazines (it may sound petty, but I *hate* it when a waiting room has torn/dirty magazines as reading material--it just leaves me with the feeling that they'll be sloppy about the job they're doing, too) and a small flat-screen tv to watch. After about five minutes, a technician gave me the results of their quick evaluation and offered suggestions, in addition to the oil change I'd come in for. I declined them all and it was definitely *not* a hard sell situation. He smiled, asked what kind of oil I wanted (gee, I didn't know I could choose from a menu!) and then told me to take a seat again. Within 25 minutes of pulling in the Jiffy Lube driveway, I was back in my car--heading home with a clean windshield, vacuumed floor, fresh oil change, new oil filter, refilled window cleaner fluid tank and a smile. This is a friendly and reliable oil change place. They are efficiently run and explain everything they are doing and the details of what they are offering you. There is minimal turnover of employees because I see the same hard workers every time. Over the past couple years I have seen them add more services. I tried a new one today, the headlight service. The headlights on my car have been cloudy for years. I decided to try this service, $19.99 per headlight, and I was amazed. It looks like a newer car! If you are selling your car this might be an inexpensive way to spruce it up. read more

I never realized, until I read one of your reviews from another Customer, that it even DOES means a lot to me also, that your location is very clean, down to Vinyl Magazine Covers. I wouldn't take my Head of Hair to a Stylist with Crappy Hair Herself, so why would I take my Car to a Filthy location?! I also really appreciate that an Employee comes out quickly to let you know They are aware You're waiting. It makes a Customer feel appreciated! The impressive part is I've been here twice and both times the Mgr Marc (I asked,) jumps in and has opened the Door for me, or greeted me with a smile! $90 for a "Radiator Service", which consists of swapping your existing coolant for something called "AMP re-manufactured coolant" is by no means a bargain. I checked with several mechanics and auto parts stores and it looks like "re-manufactured coolant" consists of someone else's used coolant that gets filtered, a few drops of PH balancer added, and then resold to Jiffy Lube customers. Not good. I now can't help but wonder how many other products they sell, (oil, for instance...), is actually bulk or recycled. I won't be back. I just can't trust them.. read more
