Every visit I'm treated well. They even vacuumed my floor boards. They had both my cabin air and engine air filters in stock. They charged reasonable prices to do the work, and showed me the old filters. I trust these folks, and they haven't let me down yet. read more

The staff is very efficient, pleasant and professional. As an added value, they give the floorboards a quick vacuum and wash the windshield. Great experience every time read more

Came for a quick oil change, they vacuumed cleaned my windows and were so friendly. I come here everytime, never disspoints.

Went for a routine pile change. They provided Quick service, friendly staff and quality work.

They try to scam you and include things that you didn't ask for so be sure to ask for a receipt and they treat their workers like shit. do not recommend. read more

A lot of bs took my car in the guy said I had a small oil leak nothing to worry about! Two weeks later my car overheated took it back to Jiffy lube they said it looks like a water pump issue so had it towed to WITTMEIER need to be said I won't be taking my car back to jiffy lube read more

Always polite, attentive service that's why I only go here! Great team! Been going here for years!

Extremely disappointed, came in for an oil change, and a tire rotation was told to park in a particular lane. The gentleman told me that it was going to take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, I told him I was going to grab a cup of coffee across the street and give him my number to contact me when the vehicle was ready. Receive the phone call in between that time asking if I wanted to change the air filter, which I agreed. Came back after and they told me the car was ready when I asked if they rotated the tires they said no they tried to get a hold of me and they could not? Obviously, I spoke to them regarding the air filter so that was a lie. I asked again how long will it take for the tires to be rotated? The Man then said up to two hours, and if I wanted, I could take it to a tire shop. And instead of leaving my car in the line, they parked it and took several other cars ahead of me, saying they could not express my vehicle sooner I would have to go back at the end of the line. Needless to stay, I was extremely disappointed, frustrated and just downright upset. Definitely don't recommend going to this Jiffy Lube if you are a female! read more

Came in for an oil change and was very satisfied with the service. I used a coupon from the website which saved me $15!

The service at this location is really great BUT yesterday while I was waiting in the lobby area I noticed a person behind the counter who was wearing disposable gloves came out into the lobby and proceeded to make another pot of coffee, still with the same gloves on. He then wiped down the counter with a rag, took out the trash, went into the bathroom to tidy it up and left the bathroom with some Clorox cleaner. Never once changing his gloves. Upon checking out I noticed he type MGR into computer so I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I explained that I worked in the foodservice industry and noticed everything that he touched and never once did he change his gloves. This is how people get sick as I explained..... basic hand washing is essential to keeping customers safe. Needless to say he didn't escort me to my vehicle. read more

I have found a new company for oil change. The Jiffy Lube on Mangrove in Chico is excellent. The entire staff were delightful, clear in explanation, efficient and amazingly fast. I appreciated their attention to detail. The team like atmosphere made the experience enjoyable. I will return to this trusted organization. read more

Service was great! I pulled up to have my oil changed. They had me in within 10 minutes. They also topped off my oil, my coolant and my steering fluid. Very friendly very kind highly recommend. read more

I went there to get an oil change. My favorite employees Jerry and Pedro were no longer there. They were efficient and very nice. I will not be going back. read more

Worst service ever. They literally broke my car, and couldn't move it. I had to have it towed and cost hundreds to repair. Never go here. Update: Franchise owner was unreasonable and insulting when I asked him to do the right thing and fix the damage they caused. If you care about your vehicle, never go here. read more

everyone was super friendly and on top of things! they got my oil change done very quick!

I had been going to this location for a few years with no issues. This last time and I do mean LAST time, after checking my vehicle in, the attendant told me "unfortunately there is no oil in your car at all". I replied that was odd since I checks it right before I left home to see how clear/dirty the oil was. Full. Completely full. He asked if I was sure I had checked the correct side of the dip stick. Really. All because he wanted to sell me an additive. Maybe he assumed bc I'm a senior woman that I have zero experience with cars. Rookie mistake. Cannot recommend this location at all. Won't be going back. read more

every thing was great until I tried to clean my windshield. very fast great crew seem to be knowledgeable

It's convenient. As far as anything else...eh. $220 for a coolant...but it's an oil change place not a mechanic. Watch out when they try to get you on $40.00 windshield wiper blades. read more

The rain absolutely ripped my skid plate off from my car right before I had to head out for a 3 hour drive. Jiffy lube fixed it in a matter of 3 minutes at no cost. SAVED ME! I'm so grateful. They're amazing! read more

Lazy and liars. Went in to get my Driver Side vent troubleshot due to no air blowing. Requested they check my air filter to see if that'll fix the issue. They said some BS about "we don't have the tools to get to this filter because of the way it was manufactured" which translated too "we don't want to do the work because it's tricky to get to". Went right down the street to Pep Boys and they got it out in under 3min. They also said something about my service sheet calls for my coolant to be replaced. I agreed and then they came back saying that it's a "hard cap" so they can't get it off. Sounds like the tech here just want to do basic Oil Changes and nothing else. Save your time and money, go to Pep Boys right down the street. read more

I pulled up to the Jiffy Lube on Mangrove Ave around 5pm on a Tuesday. I was greeted by Ellis who excelled at customer service. I was next greeted by Andrew, the Assistant Manager who was equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Pete did a wonderful job servicing my car and was courteous, kind and exhibited wonderful customer service skills. I'll be back! A very satisfied customer! read more

I've used this Jiffy Lube multiple times and had adequate (not stellar) service. This time takes the cake! Worst customer service ever! Why would you leave a customer sitting in their car in 80 degree weather for over 30 minutes when they've asked you multiple times if you can service the AC? Blatantly ignored when the girl checking us in knew they couldn't accommodate the request. With a little communication and caring, you wouldn't have lost a customer. If it were my business, I'd be looking for a new employee. Zero stars if possible. read more

Jiffy Lube - Service pricing - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Chico, California

When I lived in Chico, this was my go to place for an oil change and fluid exchange. I was in Chico for some business and decided to take my car to the Jiffy Lube since I was overdue. I pulled up and it was very busy. The guy up front looked like he was a deer in headlights as I pulled up. He asked me if I needed an oil change, I said yes. I also needed a brake flush as well. Well, they don't do those in this particular Jiffy Lube even though it says it on the website. I was also going to get other things done there as well, but I'm just going to wait until I go back home and spend my money there. read more

So, I enjoy coming to this jiffy lube because they're always friendly and do the job pretty quickly. My only note is; I find it funny that they don't think of rolling the driver window up when they clean all the other windows and carpets. I mean... lol come on guys read more

Jiffy Lube - Driver window dirty.. windshield and others nice and clean ‍ - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Chico, California

I have been taking all of my vehicles to this location for many years., and have been very happy with the service. Today was my last visit. I go for an oil change - not anything else they offer, but it makes me wonder the quality of the actual oil change when: 1) They inflate two of my tires to 40psi, one to 39psi, and one to 36psi, while cheerfully informing me that they were all inflated to 35psi. Yes, I checked with two different gauges. Additional bonus: lost two valve stem caps 2) They did a terrible job of washing the exterior of my windows, but most amazing was the complete lack of cleaning of the driver window as it had been rolled down. I guess if the window isn't visible, it doesn't exist. 3) Great job vacuuming, but like I said, I'm there for an oil change. Now here's the problem: Will there be oil in my driveway tomorrow due to a cross threaded drain plug or oil filter? Did the actually use the specified synthetic that I paid for? When corners are cut and a lack of a attention to basic details are evident, they just can't be trusted to perform an oil change. All of the employees were very nice, but nice alone will not bring me back for an oil change at this Jiffy Lube. read more

First time at Jiffy Lube in Chico and I was extremely satisfied! Quick, efficient plus they vacuumed my car and washed the windows! Great value! I've been to many Jiffys but never had my car vacuumed! Nice treat!!! read more

They were really nice and fast. I think they did a great job. It was $73 when all was said and done because I topped off fluid and got a high mileage partially synthetic oil change. That is a little pricier than some places. The only thing I wish they'd change, was due to covid they've closed their lobby area. I understand that but I wish they had a picnic table or something for us to sit on. I sat on the curb but it was cold on the ground. read more

Fast speedy professional service here at the jiffy lube, definitely would recommend coming back, just like all other lube and go places they try to sell you an cabin air filter for $39.99, don't fall for that pitch, but as far as coming in for your annual oil and filter change, it's a good place. Air conditioned waiting room, nice and clean, complementary coffee, and restrooms available. read more

This was my second time at this location and they really do customer service right! My back passenger brake light was out (which I had no idea) and they replaced it at a fair price. They also had appropriately spaced seating outside in the shade so I felt safe. My car was done quickly, and the on line $7.00 coupon is always a nice touch. read more

I have been going to Jiffy for years and I really like this one since I moved here. I got off work after closing and when I pulled in I saw this guy give the look of dread that any closer does. I looked at the time and realized they close in 8 mins... I was the asshole of the day and felt so bad so I was going to leave and come back in the morning. One of the guys told me it's okay they'll knock it out. These guys kicked ass!!!!!!!!! I was out of there by 6:05 if that and on with my day. Thank you so much to ANDREW, ZACK, LUKE, ED, AND MATT!!!! You guys are awesome and sorry for being the asshole of the night. I appreciate you all very much! I recently went here to get an oil change and had a great experience. I hate going to car places alone as they intimidate me, but jiffy lube on mangrove earned 5 stars from me! As a plus, a young man named Pallo was exceptional. I needed air in my tires and rather than putting air in one tire he put them in all FOUR- how kind. Great service from him; he was practically dripping in oil from all his hard work. He deserves a raise. Thank you jiffy lube mangrove; I will be coming back for all my car needs. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. The people that work here at the Chico, CA location are lazy piece of shits that want to get paid for doing nothing. They told me that they could not change my oil because I had a stripped bolt on the underside of my vehicle. I checked all the bolts and none of them were stripped. I went to the location in Oroville, CA and they had no problems changing my oil. The people at the Chico location are just lazy and didn't want to take the time to remove a few extra bolts on my trail rated Jeep. I will never go to the Chico location again. read more
