This Jiffy Lube was a complete scam. I paid for a tire rotation, along with an oil change and filter changes, but I do not believe they rotated my tires. They also don't have a working tire gauge and I left the Jiffy Lube with low tire pressure. They told me to go across the street to the fire stone tire store to have them fill up my tire. Came in around 8:30 am on a Thursday morning since they claim to open at 8 am. Open sign was on. Sat in my car for a few min until a worker pulled up and said that no one is there yet and to go to a different location... I guess she was the first worker to arrive that day. I think I found the Jiffy Lube location for me. I didn't even know what I was missing until I came here. Many things seem standard for an oil change, but the customer service seems a notch above here. -Someone greeted me as I pulled behind the shop. -There were magazines and coffee (yes!) in the waiting room -The mechanic was really nice about explaining a broken part he found near the engine. And replaced it for really cheap. -JL vacuums the interior with an oil change? Wha?? I've been jipped all these years... -They turned off my annoying "maintenance light" that I've had on for months (even after getting the car serviced). How they won my loyalty? They did it without even mentioning it. -Receptionist was really friendly and quickly applied my coupon. -All the mechanics said bye as I was leaving. That was pretty awesome. I finally found a reliable place I can take my car for regular maintenance. I visited around 5:30 pm on a Wednesday expecting to wait with other people taking their car in after work. When I arrived, there was only one vehicle in front of me and I was brought into the office to wait. The technician who assisted me was extremely professional - he opened the door, told me about all the amenities available (three different daily newspapers, magazines, television, fresh hot coffee, free wifi, etc.) and confirmed that I needed an oil change and not an emissions report. After servicing my car (which was done efficiently in about 15 minutes) he showed me the diagnostics report that had been run and took me through my wiper blade condition, cabin air filters, tire rotations, fluid levels, tire pressure, etc, He gave me recommendations for the future but assured me that my car did not need anything else at the time and did not try to sell me or upcharge any items. I had a coupon I could use to get $10 off and after seeing it was close to the expiration date he provided me with a new coupon book so I could get a discount the next time as well. After checking me out he walked me out of the office, held my car door open, and wished me well. Another great detail is that they vacuumed out my car mats and wiped down the interior so my car looked great. I will definitely be visiting this location again because it is clear that they do great work, care about their level of customer service, and make it a clean, comfortable environment while you wait. I went to this Jiffy Lube and expected to sit there for at least 30-45 minutes for a work van to be serviced. Twenty minutes later, I was driving away with a fully serviced vehicle. Not only was it extremely fast, but the service was superb. The man working on the vehicles there made me seem like an extremely valuable customer and acted like a very professional man. He made sure I was happy and wanted to know if there was anything that he could do to improve his service. With the service I received, I said no because it was super. I need to get an oil change in my car right now and I fully plan on bringing it to this place. I'm also going to make sure my wife uses this service for her car, also. Under no circumstances would I recommend this Jiffy Lube-- following an oil change they did not re-attach the skid guard correctly and after going over 2 speed bumps @ approximately 3-5 mph ( had just been at stop) it was hanging on by 1 bolt. Clearly, there would have been a different outcome if I would have been on the highway! In return, the mgr offered 50% another oil change?? I went here this morning based on the previous Yelp review, on my way to work and had $10 off coupon. I was equally impressed as Steve R. They came right up to my car - asked if I was here for an oil change - and said they would have me in and out of there in no time. They ushered me to their waiting room, explaining TV, Wifi and magazines were at my disposal and asking me to make myself at home. They reccommended I get the high mileage oil as my car has over 176K. They checked my tire pressure and I saw them vaccuum my car too! They apologized for taking so long - they were shortstaffed. It only took them 15 minutes tops!!! They always held the door for me - and had my car door open ready to go when finished. With my coupon and onsite discount for $20 off - it ended up being $40 total with the high mileage oil. I highly reccommend this place!!! I will come back here for my oil changes. read more

Terrible service. I called ahead to ensure someone would be there to change my oil and even rearranged my schedule so I could make the appointment in time. They said to arrive 30 minutes before closing, so I arrived 40 minutes before closing (10 extra minutes early), and they said they didn't have anyone there to change my oil. They said they went home early and the remaining people there only "kind of" knew how to change oil. They were just choosing to be lazy and forced me to take my business elsewhere. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube location for an oil change. I purchased the highest value Groupon which is more than I usually pay for an oil change becausse it also included a few other checks. When I registered they took the Groupon and said that I might need to pay some sales tax. It took an hour or more for the oil change and then they wanted me to pay another $50+. They said it was for more oil than the Groupon value. I know what oil costs for my car and this was outrageous. With the price of the Groupon and the additional amount they wanted, I could go any where. They called the police and said they are pressing charges. Manager Chris is the best!! My sister and I went in an hour before closing with an issue. We left our car and came back to realize it still hadn't been looked at. Though he had definitely had a long day and likely wanted to get to closing up, Chris looked at and fixed the issue himself and even filled a tire that was low. He knew my sister was driving from Atlanta to Nashville the next day and wanted her to be safe. Then- at the end of it all, he didn't even charge us! I will visit this jiffy lube again! I came in for an unexpected oil change because I should have been able to drive 1,500 more miles according to the sticker that Mavis Tire put on my Jeep window. Mavis Tire obviously did not use the synthetic oil that should have given me 5,000 miles since my oil light came on so soon. Pablo and Mario checked the oil and it was definitely low but instead of doing an oil change they suggested they just top the oil off enough so I could safely drive back to Mavis Tire and let them know they did not use the more expensive synthetic oil I paid for at my last visit. I offered to pay Pablo & Mario for the small amount of oil they used but they would not take any money. As a female that hates getting any car service done because I fear being taken advantage of since I'm not car "savvy" I was very appreciative of their kindness. I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change w/ tire rotation and window treatment, and chose to redeem it here because of the great reviews. Everyone was super nice, but not exactly on top of their game even though I was the only customer at the time. They changed my oil, advised me that I didn't need the tire rotation (and offered to give me a voucher to redeem in the future for the rotation, but I didn't realize until later that they forgot to actually deliver on that). While checking out, the person went through the checklist of services with me. I asked her if she checked my tire pressure since it was checked off on the sheet, and she paused and then said "yes, it was fine". The low pressure light was still on when I got in the car, but since I had to get back to work I just decided I'd deal with it on my own. Later, I measured the pressure in the tires to see if maybe my light was just miscalibrated or something (it was not, and the pressure was low). It's not a big deal for me to fix my tire pressure, but it really rubs me the wrong way that the people here just lied and said they took care of it. There was a random guy rolling around in the grass, screaming and telling the grass to get off of him. Then this lady comes in and wants an oil change. While they are looking for her information to pull up her cars history, she offers 4 aliases. As the technician is asking her questions the lady keeps telling the tech to "shhhhhh!!!! I think the in person customer service during my service was outstanding and exceeded expectations. Hence, the additional star. However, after my oil change, I noticed my car resisting. After I broke down on the side of the road (gratefully as soon as I got off of 285), it was determined that the screw that holds the filter in place was not tightened at all. This was removed as part of their inspection. Though very irritating, inconvenient and honestly scary, I do give leeway for human error. Mickey said she was the manager until I explained my problem, she then said I needed to speak with someone else and complete a ?QVC. I have never received a return call from the multiple messages nor been able to contact this person. The one time I went back in person, he was not in. I'm not requesting anything unreasonable however I feel the situation should be made right. I lost work and had to pay for someone to come look at my car. Literally awful. I called to see if they were busy at the time as I was on my lunch break and needed a standard oil change but wanted to make it back to the office ASAP. They said come on in, we'll get you in and out.. half of that was true. I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. I specifically asked them to tell me the price before the oil was changed and they told me to just sit in the waiting room. Guy comes in and tries to say it'll be $79! I said no way, I will go somewhere else and he told me they had already put the oil in my car when I explicitly asked to be told the price before the labor was completed. He said he could do $46, and I told him I saw $20 online. He told me he would give me a $10 off coupon since I was a first (and last) time customer so it would be $36. Okay, fine. Guy takes 20 minutes to peck at the keyboard and insert me into the system, lost a customer because he took so long, and then said my total was $48 after tax! No? I don't care about the money, it's the principle. That's bad business. He told me he would give me "synthetic oil for the conventional oil price," so my total was around $25 after all the back-and-forth. Ridiculous. I never imagined i would experience such good customer service at a Jiffy Lube but i did at this location this past Saturday. I brought my dog with me and everyone was gushing over her like she was their own pet. They were genuinely friendly....not just being friendly because its their job. They made me feel like a very valued customer and not just some guy that wanted an oil change. They suggested some things i might want to do to the car but were not in any way high pressure about it. When i left they opened the front door for me, walked me to my car, opened my car door for me and smiled and said have a good day.
