Gave a call because I needed the state testing for renewal of registration. They weren't able to help that day but let me know it was a walk in service and they had time the next day. Dropped in mid-day not sure how the process worked. An associate headed our way to let us know we could drive around back. Three cars were ahead of us. They told us what they needed to do the testing and how to leave the car. They also escorted us to the waiting area. While not fancy it had unisex bathrooms and water available. The Jiffy TV had tips and tricks for your car playing and there were magazines for reading. In need of wipers? They have you. New tires? They have that too! The staff worked diligently and quickly to get us in and out and the charge was nominal. I'd recommend this Jiffy Lube for anyone seeking this service. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE! I'm not sure what has happened to this location in the last 2 years, but they are horrible and fraudulent! I took our car in for the state inspection. They explained it would fail without new windshield wiper blades. I didn't have time to buy and install them myself so I just let them do it. Outrageous pricing, but my fault that I didn't have time. So $40 for new windshield wiper blades and a month later I'm at the Nissan dealer for regular service and the technician tells me that the wiper blades are failing. WHAT!? I just had them replaced! This time my husband ordered and replaced them himself and GUESS WHAT he found. Jiffy Lube had only replaced ONE of the blades, but charged me for TWO! Absolutely unbelievable! In the same week, my son took his jeep there for a routine oil change and a day later realized that his truck was leaking oil. After he and my husband get under the car to check it out they realize the technician completed the oil change incorrectly, thus the leak. My son returns to complain and they redo the service without charging him but they screwed it up AGAIN. Ridiculous given this is what they do every day. We will never return to this Jiffy Lube again! read more

Technician or car greeter: tall guy, plugs hanging from his ears, glasses, try-hard hipster, had such a stick up his butt, dragging it from car to the other, just dismissing people and their concerns. Guy pulls up behind me, asks how long the wait is, the car greeter goes, "4 cars in front of you, 4 cars behind." And walks off. Like. Man. There wasn't even 4 cars behind the guy. Jiffy Lube has proven second time their incompetence. They failed my car state inspection because of the tint on the back doors. The tint is original factory installed and Toyota confirmed that the tint meets the state regulation. After this visit, I will never go back to Jiffy Lube. I went to get my truck serviced this morning before my trip and I am a very busy man managing a bar and know how to do this but just do not have the time and they have already service my truck before and told me that they cannot service it because it was too tall because they did not want to work because they are lazy. Now they have lost my service forever and now I have to spend more time out of my day doing the simplest task on a car even though I just wanted to save time because that's what Jiffy Lube's are supposed to be there for. I go pretty far out of my way to visit this Jiffy Lube location. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service rep at the desk, Nataé greets you with a smile and always makes great service suggestions. The waiting area is kept clean and there's always coffee available. Free WiFi signal is reliable and helps to get some work done. The wait is always reasonable as they work hard to take care of your needs and get you going with the rest of your day. Took my fleet car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did the oil change then pulled my car out of the bay. I ask the guy, "Did you rotate my tires?" Of course he said "No". So he pulled my car around again and rotated the tires. Here's the issue... After they rotated the tires, an employee comes to me and says that my rear brakes need replacing and are in bad shape. I ask them if they could do it then and he said no, they're too busy and come back tomorrow. I did come back the next day and they were busier than before. I ended up taking the car to NTB in Apex where they told me the pads are perfectly fine and don't need replacing and the front pads are fine as well. Thank you NTB for being HONEST and Up Front!!! Do not visit the 914 High House Road Cary, NC 27513 location! I stoped in for a routine state inspection and oil change in my work truck. Over $500 and a few hours later, I was finally able to leave. At the time I was in a rush to make it back to the office and did not have the opportunity to check the receipt thoroughly. Many services were completed without any communication whatsoever. Some of the services like cabin filter and windshield wiper replacement were completed the oil change prior and unnecessary. To top it off and the main reason for even visiting, the state inspection was not done. I did not know this at first because of the disarray I needed to clean when returning to my vehicle. Half of the contents of my glove box were emptied on the floor, papers were spread all over the dash, and my personal contents were rearranged throughout the vehicle... Do not visit this location! Not all Jiffy Lubes are bad, but this location is dishonest and likely to scam you. read more

I decided to stop here to get my oil changed. The staff was very friendly. However after getting home I realized that they had not put in a new window sticker, but had checked it off on my receipt. My brake light is on, so I don't know if they really checked the brake fluid. I will not be going back there again. Update - so I found that my brake fluid was dangerously low! I was the 2nd car in line when they opened first thing in the morning. I asked for inspection, oil change, and headlight polishing service. They pulled my car through only to find out they forgot to do the headlight polishing service. They had to drive the car back into the service bay and 3 hrs later, are still only half way done. At this rate it will be 5 hours before they finish as I watch them spend 5 minutes on my car then attend other vehicles for 20 minutes. Never EVER again will I come back. read more

I was taken care of by Colin and his customer service was exceptional, especially compared to other visits to various stores. He let me know I had a screw in my tire but he could plug it. My brakes failed on Friday May 26th. I called this jiffy lube to set an appt to go get my brakes fixed on Saturday morning May 27th. I live 45 mins away and was told by the assistant manager that they would order the parts for my car and they will arrive by the time I get there and that it would be 400 dollars total after labor and everything. I had to have my car towed, which cost me 80 dollars to the jiffy lube. When I arrived the same manager told me that he never ordered the parts but will right now and my car would be ready in 3 hours. I left and came back 3 hours later and the manager told me that he had still not ordered the parts and to come back tomorrow afternoon when my car would be ready(May 28th). I go home and call in the morning before my roommate has to drive me 45 mins to the jiffy lube to confirm that it will be done today. I was told by the same manager that yes it will be done before they close at 5pm. So, my roommate drove me the 40 mins to the shop and right before I get there he calls me and tells me that I need another part and it would delay the car "hopefully by tomorrow" and that the price would increase from 400 to "about 950". I live 40 minutes away from my work and just happen to have this weekend off so I trusted the staff to get my car fixed before I needed my car Monday morning (may 29th) I cannot afford 2, 40 minute Ubers a day until they get it fixed. And after being treated horribly by the assistant manager and being told my price would more than double is an unacceptable insult. This jiffy lube is staffed by incompetent, inept managers. I need compensation for my lost time, wasted gas and horrible treatment by the assistant manager. A more than doubling of my price is unacceptable given how much the manager dismissed my needs and my time and my money. This location is a perfect example of how not to do business. And I still don't have my vehicle because of this managers lack of empathy and inept capabilities. I'm outraged by this experience and demand fair compensation for what I have been made to deal with. read more

First they lied about not having any oil except for the premium synthetic oil so they could get me to pay more. Then they lied to my face and said I needed a new cabin air filter while I'm looking at it with them and it was barely dirty. This was 1 month after I replaced both my air filters. Went in for a state inspection and they killed my battery. The battery is less than a year old so no issues there. I got no explanation or apology for the battery, just huff and puff about jumping me. Funny thing is I passed the inspection but now my check air bag light warning is going off. While waiting for my keys an employee was saying out loud "Please don't turn in. Please don't turn in." You can really tell how committed to the job. Had an oil change with them 2 months ago. They broke the original housing then took 2 hours to install the WRONG one. Today I had to take my car to Toyota dealership to look at the oil leak. Toyota says there's no oil in the car, the engine was making grinding noise because there's no oil. Paying way over the price of a regular oil change to fix damages done by the place you thought could do one thing correctly would be oil change. I can't speak for other Jiffy Lube locations but DO NOT COME HERE!!! I have never had an issue at a Jiffy Lube location. This particular store being owned independently- is out to scam you to try to make a a quick buck. I went in for an oil change and state inspection, they used the wrong oil in my car. Upsold me products which I agreed to based on the fact that I had a coupon good for $75 and charged me $119 for the oil change and refused to honor my coupon. When I asked the clerk to explain the charges she signed the credit card machine and hit OK on my behalf- which is credit card fraud! Her response to why I was being charged almost $160?? We had our 16-year-old son go there for his first oil change and they took advantage of him and upsold him to the highest priced oil change rather than the basic service requested. They may be a little pricier than others but always recommend what it is I actually need and provide this service in a professional manner. I have met poor service at this location during my both visits to this business. In October 2015, I called up the business for a re-inspection, was assured on the phone that I would not need to repay for re-inspection, since I had paid for the inspection the first time at another location. When I got there, I found the same individual I spoke to on the phone. He admitted to talking with me on the phone, but denied saying there would be no repayment (yet that was all I asked about when I called), so I was forced to repay for the re-inspection all over again. He I lost $23.75. This week, I (unwisely) went there again to have my other car inspected. I found the same manager-African American dude. He had the same belligerent attitude as the previous time-looks like his daily MOO. He failed my other car's inspection as well, saying the tint was too dark despite having the car several years and inspected at various locations ever without issue. I immediately went to another store down the road and they told me that the equipment must have been faulty at the other place, because my tint was legal! Completely hidden off High House Rd but outstanding service! It is at the end of a small shopping center across from Lowes Foods at the corner of High House and NE Cary Parkway. I was greeted immediately as I pulled in. The workers were all very polite. I was offered services but not pushed, a pleasant surprise. The lobby was clean and had a vending machine.
