Friendly service, honest work, and efficient speed. I came here for a tire rotation and oil change on a Saturday morning before lunch and was helped immediately. Kristopher did a great job and was very informative and friendly in keeping me informed about my vehicle's service. He topped off my windshield wipers, notified me my engine coolant needed refilling, and just did a great job overall with service. The military discount definitely helped me save a few dollars. They provided me with some additional information on options for my transmission pan and how I might wanna go about fixing that and it was very helpful. I had only went in for an oil change and when I was taken into my bay they had found more problems than I anticipated. They were so patient with me and had no issue with explaining and answering every question I had. This was the best experience I've had at a Jiffy Lube. Jiffy lube forgot to put my radiator cap back on after service... fried my engine to the tune of $7k. Trying to get a hold of anyone has been impossible and corporate has been no help. I'm now going on a week without a car, having to miss work and can't even get the consideration of a call. On a human level, this is pitiful what you're putting me through. DO NOT COME HERE. Went here to get my oil changed and I noticed a few days later that my oil leaked all over the ground. Went back again and asked them to fix it. Manager and employee there claimed something was't tightened down all the way and that they had fixed it. Noticed not two days after that oil was still leaking under my car. I will never come to this particular Jiffy lube location and I hope it goes out of business. Terrible customer service as well. read more

Long story short, I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Well once they were done, the young lady working slammed my hood shut with the hood support still up and locked into the hood!! I got home and inspected the hood and support to see that the hood support is bent and the support insert is missing.......... After driving 4k miles in 4 weeks i finally made it back to this location for another oil change and to inform them of the issue. They had actually been waiting for me to come back since originally posting the review. They were able to get the hood support issue fixed and ordered a new part from the dealer. Overall, despite the initial issue, this location is great and has some great customer service. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube on 620 N. for an oil change and Joe and Denise went way out of their way to take care of me and make sure I was happy. While they were changing my oil, they pulled out my air filter and showed me how dirty it was (I've been baffled as to what has smelled mildewy in my car for so long) they finished the oil change, wrote down the two filters I needed to replace, sent me to AutoZone to purchase, and I brought them back, and they installed them with no charge, and a smile on their faces. Really really great service.!!! read more

I tried this place after Round Rock Hyundai were cruelly unethical and uncaring. All I wanted was an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment, for which Round Rock Hyundai wanted to charge me upwards of $360 and take 2 days to do it. Instead I went to Jiffy lube on 620, and loved the work and the experience. Paul and Rick were experienced, knowledgeable, honest, professional, forthright and helpful. They and the team did everything needed, and much more, for less than half the price Hyundai quoted, in just 40 minutes. Jiffy lube did an oil change, rotated my tires, replaced the air and oil filters, vacuumed the car and gave me a discount on the price. I highly recommend them and Jiffy lube. read more

Tried getting an inspection, but was awkwardly informed that they're no longer performing inspections today and that they might be picking back up tomorrow. So, I proceeded to leave and asked if I could drive through the bay, since their driveway in is only one way and all exits lead through bays. The neck-beard looked at me and just said "I'm sorry." So, I asked again and made sure he wanted me to exit via the driveway and just looked at me with a blank stare and said "no" in a louder tone. Don't need to be a prick, pal. Also, have more than one inspector since your location down the street doesn't bother to have one either. read more

D'ya think one could have called the other, and, oh, I don't know, something silly like transfer a filter...or transfer an employee... Went here and the place was dead. Two guys standing around. Another two came out of the woodwork. Took about 10 minutes before my car was even in the bay. When lunch came they all stopped to eat. If my friends were working on my car I wouldn't care, but I dropped $100 to change some fluids that I brought in. Waited about 1 hour while they worked on it. Don't know how long I waited after my car was finished because they didn't tell me right away. Car had a big glob of grease on the door frame. The guys were nice but I'm paying for speed and accuracy - don't care if they're nice. Next time I'll go to one of the 10 other places around there that charge half as much and provide faster service. read more
