Went to my usual Jiffy Lube on 2222 for an Emissions Inspection and Oil change, but was told they no longer do inspections at this location (should probably stop listing that as a service on the website). So they told me to go other Jiffy Lube's nearby, this is the one i chose first. 6 miles early afternoon traffic later finally pull into a not-too-busy locations only to be told that their one and only Emissions tester is out that day. What is the point of offering services if you lack the ability to perform them? This led me to a third Jiffy Lube where their Tester was also out. In short, i have literally nothing but hard evidence that Jiffy Lube, as a company, simply is incapable of providing basic services like State Mandated Emissions testing due to their incompetency with staffing personnel. 81 minutes, 32 miles, ZERO services done by 3 different brands of the same chain. read more

This was my GO TO Jiffy Lube but they just really tried to play me. Friday I noticed my left headlight was out. I bought a new bulb but every place I went, was having trouble getting the old bulb out. My 3rd stop was this Jiffy Lube today. One of the male employees tried to get the bulb out but he was unsuccessful. He said his hands were too big. He called his female coworker over for help but she was also unsuccessful. She then scanned my car and went to asked the manager (I think she said he was the manager) for help. I asked if she was scanning my car to figure out how to get the bulb out and her reply was, basically. After speaking with the manager, she came back and told me they'd be able to change my headlight but because of the type of car I have they'd have to hook it up to some machine and that would cost me $60.......I did mention I had my own bulb right? ......Oh and I drive a 2018 Ford EcoSport. Nothing fancy, nothing special, nothing advanced enough to have to be placed on a machine to change a headlight. I went up the street to Lambs. They came out to my car and changed the bulb in less than 5 minutes FOR FREE. GO UP THE STREET TO LAMBS AND SEE CRAIG AND KEVIN FOR YOUR CAR NEEDS. The drudgery that is car inspection is fixed at this place! Went first to a non-jiffy location and was standing outside (sunburn style) for about 20 minutes before someone else in line noticed this place! Hop in car and drive over to be amazed by their kindness and efficiency with accurate results in less than 20 minutes and no high-pressure upsales for any other service (even though captive customers would be an excellent mark). Also, while you're there, check out the impressive basement level below where all the recycled oil goes but watch your step and stay safe! Will return to get my headlamps repaired soon since they are both faded out and don't want to sandpaper or shellac on own with help from YouTube. Peace out in a Jiffy and keep up the kind and careful work. This might be a thankless job, but y'all save the day for us non-mechanic doobs every dang day so don't forget it!!!! read more

Lunch time, in a bit of a hurry. Only 2 employees. 1st employee asked me to pull into bay 2. About 1/2 way in, I suppose the other employee, below, told him to have me pull behind the vehicle in bay 1. The 1st employee told at least 2 other people there is a long wait, someone is on break. Those people left. After 15 minutes, 2nd employee asked me to pull into bay 2. Then he asked me what kind of oil. I advised him the sticker is in the car. He came to the waiting area to tell me "you're not really due for an oil change". I don't drive much, so I only change it about every 5-6k miles. I said, it's close, less than 1000 miles to my next recommnded change. Do you want my business? Then he got snotty about what kind of oil. This is the worst jiffy lube I've ever been to. I definitely won't use this one again. The whole process took 1 hour!!! Ridiculous! Lastly, the employee who "helped" me barely acknowledged me. Walked outside while I was paying. So I went to my car. He yelled from below a bay, I need to give you a receipt. I went back in & said thank you. His only response was, you're welcome. read more

I really like this location. My wife and I take our cars here for oil changes and inspections. They value military service with their discounts - are friendly- and do not push unneeded upcharges. I went there yesterday and this morning I noticed oil on the floor of my garage. I was nervous about driving it so I called. Jonathan, one of the managers gave me his personal cell phone and had me call him when it was convienent to me. He then drove out to my house to look and found that oil had pooled and dripped during the change - but all in all seemed fine. Just in case he had me drive to the shop where he took a more thorough look at my vehicle to ensure all was fine. That is great service ! Yesterday, my Mom was ready to drive 300 miles back to S. Texas and noticed her oil light flashed on then off. She is due to get service and an inspection with her local mechanic on her return. I checked her oil and it looked low. So we went to my local (and fav) Jiffy Lube @620 near Anderson Mill. I've always had customer friendly and professional service at this Jiffy Lube. And yesterday was no exception. Ryan, the tech that helped us, checked and Mom's car and found it was about 1.5 qts low. We let him know my Mom had a long drive ahead and I wanted her to be safe on the road. He checked car fluids as well as topping up her oil the 1.5 qts. Just brought my 2021 Dodge Durango for a quick oil change because I didn't have all day to wait at the dealership. This location gets 5 stars today because they were quick, courteous, clean, and they didn't try to sell me anything but the oil change and inspection I asked for. When I pointed out that it was only 5:34 PM, his next excuse was that they had already shut down the computers and it would take too long to reboot.
