Polite and knowledgeable staff. Quicker than expected service. There's a small seating area to use while you wait with a TC and complementary water. read more

My wife came home today with a screw in her tire. I had used the Firestone Complete Auto Care shop on Whitestone in Cedar Park previously and always had a good experience, so I took the car in this afternoon. They offered a friendly greeting and indicated they would have someone get working on my car immediately and that it shouldn't be more than 40 minutes. About 20 minutes later, they came to me with the keys and a bottle of water. The job was done and there was NO CHARGE for removing the screw and fixing the tire. It was awesome service and I hadn't expected it to be free. Just saying, it was a GREAT experience. I've had good experiences with several Firestone Complete Auto Care shops over the years, but this was such a good experience that I wanted to give them a shout out. Good people, friendly service, and they fix flats for FREE! read more

Always get amazing service, professional expertise, and quality well valued work. This is my go to automotive shop.

I arrived past the time they do inspections and Johnny was quick to offer to stay longer make sure I got my inspection done today. It was awesome and much appreciated, Thank you! read more

I've gotten my annual state inspection done here for a few years now and it's been a quick and efficient process. The front desk staff have always been kind and helpful. The complementary water bottles is a thoughtful touch. Nice that they are open Sundays when many other auto places are closed! read more

This Firestone location has become my go-to for state inspection services. They are always fast and efficient, their employees are super friendly, and the location is great as there is a coffee and beer place right next door so you can chill while they are doing their thing. read more

Hands down the best tire shop I have been to!! I was working in Austin and my car got a flat tire - I thought my day was shot as I also had to drive back to San Antonio later in the day - but this place turned my day around. They were very busy and told me expect 2/3 hours but took the car back immediately to check it out. I called an Uber but before the Uber could arrive / the tire was repaired!! The service was amazing and as my team all drive company cars - I immediately recommended this shop to them all as it was such a great experience! I was able to make all my appointments and make it home in time! Thank you Firestone !! read more

TRUST is a firm belief in reliability, and it's not developed in a moment, but it's built through ups/downs over time. I have 4 cars that have had some issues. I'm thankful for another solid experience recently (with my Camry engine). JUSTIN is a guy who has bent over backwards to communicate what, why and how when needed in service to my fam and our fleet of vehicles in a way that I can't even fathom the thought of taking our cars anywhere else for anything auto related. *Teams are extensions of the leader, which is probably why this team rocks as they are in lockstep with Justin. The Sigler family is committed and, as an Iraqi Combat Medic, I not only thank you guys for valuing veterans through your offering a military discount, but above all..... I thank "YOU" for "YOUR" service. read more

Went Firestone to get an oil change at 6:15pm. the guy working the bay told me to pull around and go inside and I'd be taken care, there was a couple cars in the bays but no one waiting it was a complete ghost town, so I get to the counter as a paying customer... I was met by a preppy looking 20 something kid, who tells me that they aren't taking anymore cars today, I'd have to come back in the mornings or on Monday morning... felt a bit prejudice to me, I definitely won't be spending money with Firestone and I'll friends and family know to avoid them as well. read more

A great Firestone location! They were quick and reasonable. Honest and reliable at this location.

I highly recommend this Firestone Store. The reception staff was friendly and knowledgeable, he helped explain all the issues with my car. The wait area was clean and comfortable, I was offered bottled water and coffee. The mechanics were responsible, efficient and dependable. My service time was very reasonable and everything that needed to be done was accomplished. I think this store is one of the best. read more

I had a great experience here! I made an appointment one day prior and came in for an oil change and state inspection. The staff was kind, and applied an online discount that I had missed out on by calling, without me asking! My two services took about an hour, and the waiting room was comfortable and had good wifi. They weren't pushy on additional upgrades. read more

Just left Firestone-very disappointed. I'm a frequent customer-I've been going to this Firestone location for several years-other locations for even longer-(I'm loyal). I even wrote a glowing review not too long ago. Today I took my wife's car to get an oil change and inspection. I was told about the amazing special on full synthetic (usually just get the standard or blend) but $25 for a full synthetic oil change was too good to pass up! I asked a couple times to confirm-must've been a misunderstanding and poor communication b/c I was charged over $100! The young lady helping me was very nice and recognized the error-so she spoke to her supervisor to see if there was a discount (I didn't ask) to make it right. The supervisor refused and offered nothing. Any discount would have been appreciated-not how I would treat a very long term customer. read more

Justin and his team really care to make the difference and do the right work the first time around! I've been having his team service my vehicles these past 5 years and cannot thank his team enough for their hard work and dedication to their jobs. Thank you Justin and Team for all y'all have done again, yall have really kept me up and running in the road the years so thank you! read more

I had an issue with one of my tires today, 4/8/25. I called them up and spoke to Enrique. He was pleasant and professional. I told him my issue and despite being full with appointments, I was allowed to bring my vehicle in to be serviced. Thankfully, it was a fix instead of a replacement. My positive review is not solely based on service of my vehicle, but the overall experience starting with the first phone call. I expressed how grateful I was when I went to pick up my car and the person behind the counter (I wish I knew his name!), spoke highly of management. Thank you again Firestone in Cedar Park!!! read more

Everyone was extremely kind and professional. Worth the drive there, services were immaculate. Matt was an amazing person able to provide any type of assistance I needed. read more

Just left Firestone to pick up my vehicle after an incredibly detailed and well cared for service. I would recommend Joe to anyone that needs a guy so impressed and pleased by the level of customer service that he provided me with today when I came into the shop this morning, I had a tire that was plugged a 24 hour service last night that was dangerously done and thank God I followed my gut and brought it in! Great and quick service will absolutely be back! read more

Joe helped me out when I had a sudden puncture in my tire due to a nail. Although they were busy on a Saturday he was able to help me right away. Joe and his team were able to assess the problem and replace the tire quickly out of necessity without any pressure/upsell of additional services. Thank you so much for your prompt care and great customer service overall! Would highly recommend them for any car services needed. read more

I would highly recommend this store for your automotive needs. They are super busy, but there is a reason. No bull, just 100% great work. Pure honesty and hard workers. I had a bad experience elsewhere, but this shop is a flagship of how customer service should be done. Make an appointment, get there early and they will take care of your needs! Great service. read more

I am writing with compliments for Priscilla. We recently had our car brought in as it would not start. As the Firestone staff dug into it more and more issues were discovered to the extent that we just could not afford to pay for it and buy a new car which was obviously what we needed to do. Priscilla worked with us, was patient, understanding and personable throughout the process. I've taken my cars to Firestone since the 90s and as a couple we've done so since the early 2000s. It is because of people like Priscilla and others there that make us come back through the years and moves. Thank you Firestone and Priscilla for understanding and treating us like humans. We'll see you again once our cars need more service. read more

Set an appointment, thinking it would help with scheduling, NO! It's been three hours and going. Will not return!

Great first service at this location! Joe at Firestone Auto was kind enough to share the coupons and deals available for the day I wasn't aware of. Also gave me a coupon for future use! I showed up to my appointment early but they still let me start ahead of time. My oil change and state inspection was fast and very helpful service. There's also a coffee shop you can walk to while you wait. I will come back again for future needs! read more

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1:00pm, arrived 5 minutes early, and was told that they are starting on my car just now at 1:45pm. I understand it's not any one workers fault in particular or anything, but it is frustrating when there's a scheduling process that is clearly overbooked, if I wanted them to start on my car at 1:45 I would've just come in at 1:45. read more

Drive from south Austin to this location due to always having a problem at other locations. Mr Joe helped me out set up my appt for Friday on my day off. Got in got out very happy and pleased!! Thanks guys see y'all soon at next oil change read more

Can't say enough good things about Justin and this store. He has always taken care of our family and he's a straight shooter. Great value and service. You should take your vehicles here. read more

I really like the manager here. He seems honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I've gone with and without an appointment and was taken care of efficiently each time. It also helps that Red Horn is in the same parking lot so waiting there with a coffee/beer makes the experience quite enjoyable and stress free! Even the bill seems to be fair, so it's perfect! read more

I could not have been happier with the service and the quality of the alignment. Right from the first phone call to the completion of the job the staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained the different options, provided good advice, and post job, reviewed with me the modifications made to bring my truck into alignment. Although my truck was almost new, with less than 9,000 miles on it, the difference in handling was noticeable and I feel that it will definitely increase tire life and safety. I very much recommend this shop for any alignment needs you may have. read more

Firestone Complete Auto Care - Auto Repair Near Me - Cedar Park, Texas

I got an oil change. I should have asked for the quote before I left after dropping off my car. That's on me. But when I was given the price I was fairly shocked by how much it was. When I went to pick up my car, I believe it was the manager, helped drop the rate down. It sounded like it was a misunderstanding of synthetic blend or not a blend. I know nothing about cars so I wasn't even aware that was a thing. I just needed an oil change! I appreciate the manager being understanding of where I was coming from, because my card would have certainly declined at the first rate. Next time I will need to make sure everything is on the same page before I leave my car. Thank you to the manager. Also, Joe at the front is very kind. read more

Justin and the crew at this Firestone location go above and beyond. They're never condescending. They always do their best to explain what's happening, what needs to be done and why. They're always honest about what needs to be done ASAP and what should be done within the next couple months. No scare tactics. This team is always sure to tell you what promotions are going on, as well. We live closer to another Firestone location but drive the extra miles to come here any way. read more

Went in to have my front tires replaced. They explained thing well, and gave me my options. Solid experience.

I've been using Firestone service centers for several years and have had mixed experiences. I started coming to this shop about two years ago once the one near my office shut down. I've been completely satisfied with the service here. Clean shop, things get done quickly, up-selling is at a minimum, and the team seems honest and fair. No complaints. Justin and the rest of the team there run an honest shop! read more

My tire had low pressure. Brought it in, was told no issues with the tire. I told them repeatedly it was down right flat and I had to fill air. But they disagreed. Now I am back because the tire went flat as soon as I got home. Staff was nice upon my first visit. But this time around the same guy was extremely rude; slamming paper work, etc. Began to charge me for the tire, I told him I have warranty, he goes "what are you even talking about". I informed him I had purchased warranty, this should be covered, he checked the system and boom. He got annoyed further, goes "well you will have to wait for a very long time". Now I understand I came 45 mins prior to closing but I was asked to come in at anytime since the replacement tire was there from the warehouse. read more

It's a fairly new auto place behind goodwill. I had a flat tire on Sunday. Most auto place was closed on Sunday. I know Firestone opens every day. So I gave them the flat tire and don't know how much will cost me. Surprised to me, they only charged me $20 to fix the tire and also put it back on my car. Even remember to put more air to my spare tire without me asking them. Most auto place tried to trick female customers. They could say I need a new tire. But Firestone didn't trick me. I will go back to this location again. read more

Staff and technicians are transparent with work they are performing on vehicles, quick to answer calls and questions, and have applied coupons for me that I didn't know were available. I rarely make appointments due to my crazy work schedule but usually they are able to squeeze me in and have me out the door under 2 hours. Easy waiting since there's a great coffee house/brewery next door. I always recommend this Firestone! read more

I just want to give a huge shout out to Justin for recognizing the problem with my vehicle and making things right. I had some previous work down by then that left my car driving a tad differently. I brought back into them and Justin identified the problem and fixed and made things right! I highly recommend them and go see Justin he was phenomenal all the way around in helping, customer service, helping me understand what was going on, and overall making things right and easy for me. read more

I came in early in the morning under a tight schedule for an oil change. The guys were very accommodating and got right to it and had me on the way in no time. Very much appreciate the prompt service. read more

Firestone is usually a bit pricey in comparison from my previous experience. Usually not significant, but in general I have found that and is primarily what has kept me away in the past. However, the service I received today was so outstanding that price is not really on my mind. Team got my service issues resolved fully and timely. The store manage also took care of me on price and I really appreciate that gesture. He knew nothing of my previous experience or price concerns. They were fast and thorough. No up sales. No high pressure. Just efficient and helpful. I would recommend to others for sure. read more

Went in recently for the annual inspection. The men working the desk were very nice and got us all set in the system. They also suggested we go to Red Horn nearby while we wait. They gave us a call reasonably quick to let us know the cars were ready to go. We also thought pricing was reasonable (also got an oil change). The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the check out process. The man who checked me out walked me through part of the inspection in relation to my tires. He started rattling off tire measurement numbers which meant nothing to me because I know NOTHING when it comes to cars. When I asked him if he could please explain to me he just said 'I guess just keep an eye on your tires'. Keep an eye on what about them!? I had to call my dad and have him tell me it was the tread wearing thin and how to tell when I needed new tires. Seemed like something the man could've easily explained to me? read more
