I went in today because my oil was low, which was concerning since it really shouldn't have been. Saijan and Cameron were incredibly helpful and took the time to check my vehicle for a possible leak before simply topping off the oil. They also topped it off completely free of charge--they offer complimentary oil top-offs of up to 2 quarts as a special service. I really appreciated that they didn't just add oil and send me on my way; they actually took the time to investigate what might be going on and told me where I could find the leak when I was ready to fix it! Great customer service, genuinely helpful people, and a business that clearly cares about taking care of its customers. Thank you, Saijan and Cameron!!! read more

Pulled in and the manager was telling the tech how she should have charged previous customer for something he didn't get because "he probably wouldn't have even have checked his receipt" Then they tried to scare me into all kinds of upsells. Scam artist read more

customer service was excellent!!! Larry, Linda and Sage were the technicians that assisted me. all 3 were friendly, with good communication skills. I would like to give Larry and Sage a GOLD star as they both demonstrates leadership skills. With all that said I only gave four stars because I had to wait 35 minutes while oil was delivered. Why do you not stoke oil for diesel autos? read more

Turns out they messed up my oil change and I needed to take my car elsewhere (left something loose causing an oil leak) HOWEVER when I went back in, the guy made it right and was decent to deal with. Mistakes happen right? Gotta credit them for that and they did seem genuinely sorry aside from refunding. read more

After a crappy, time wasting, unproductive experience at 10 minute oil change, I came here and it's almost like the universe knew I didn't need another hassle getting an oil change because it went perfectly. I pulled right into a bay, they changed the oil and I was out of there in 15 minutes or so. Nice folks too. read more

Great and quick service with a friendly attitude! Highly recommended! I'm glad I made the time to stop by this jiffy lube location!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit for an oil change. (THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE HIGH PRICE AND A BIT MORE THEN THE RAM) The staff members I interacted with were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They efficiently addressed all my concerns and ensured the process was smooth and timely. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor throughout the entire experience. This level of customer care significantly contributed to my satisfaction. I look forward to continuing to utilize your services in the future. read more

Went to have my vehicle inspection done. Pulled into the line of cars at 9:30am and because there was only 1 male named Troy that was work on all the inspections and each vehicle takes about 15mins. I had to wait in line until 10:15am when it was my turn. Due to the wait time and i strongly believe that it takes Teamwork to be successful is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Troy was excellent. Fast with the inspection. Communication was prefect. I would highly recommend this location for inspections with Mr. TROY!! read more

Went in for a full service oil change. Changed the oil, didn't check the tires, didn't check the cabin filter, did check the air filter, didn't fill the washer Fluid, didn't do half of the things that were said were done on the receipt. Save some time and money by going somewhere else read more

Had been waiting in line for at least 25 minutes, and the car behind me pulled up about 2 minutes ago. Tell me why the guy working decided to go talk to them and bring them up into the bay, then after doing so got in his honda and drove off so now there's one less person working and I'm getting cut. Still nobody has spoken to me, but the car behind me got instant service and I'm still waiting. I'm about to just go somewhere else, this is ridiculous. There are several other options just on Williams Drive. As annoying as it is my main issue isn't necessarily that they jumped me, because maybe they do different services in different bays or something, but it's the fact I've been sitting here for half an hour with nobody talking to me to see why I'm here while they had someone coming up to their window within just a couple minutes. Just lazy customer service. UPDATE: Just happened again! As soon as another car pulled up someone came out and brought them into a bay. As I was leaving I talked the guy and I asked him why nobody spoke to me and almost 40 minutes. He told me that I was in the wrong place that that's not true. There was a line of cars one in front of me and then both of the two that I mentioned lined up behind me it was a direct line of cars. Both of those two cars were spoken to immediately and nobody came up to me even one time, so it makes no sense for them to blame it on me when they didn't even come and talk to me. He also said with regards to the second guy that he kind of shouted at him and got his attention. How are you gonna use that against me when you're too lazy to come up and just talk to your customer? Dude looked like he was high lmao read more

Crystalline was an absolute blessing! After 4 fails due to needing to reset drive computer, she explained what she was looking at on her computer. She also checked to make sure it would pass before running the re-inspection report. My husband was getting very frustrated and she was very patient and explained and physically showed me what she was seeing on her computer. We finally passed on his 2016 Toyota! She's the best!! read more

HORRENDOUS experience. I pulled in around 10:10ish. There was no existing line, 2 of the 4 bays had one vehicle in them being serviced. I waited for an attendant to tell me where to go, and was instructed to wait behind the vehicle in Bay 2 (I therefore assumed Bay was closed for some good reason, and Bay 4 typically reserved for inspections). In addition to not being busy, there are at several more employees than I've ever seen there on duty before. Nevertheless, nobody was doing anything productive. There was talking, eating, walking around, talking on the phone, going in-and-out of the office but little to no work. When there was visible work it was one quick thing and then walk away, everyone moved like filled with lead. After I had been there for 10 minutes another car arrived and lined up behind Bay 1. After I had been waiting about 20 minutes that car got moved up (ahead of me) and another car arrived that was immediately put in Bay 3. After about 30 minutes waiting behind one vehicle that was already in service before I got there, I was finally moved up. The 15-minute oil change took 35 minutes with long periods of nobody around or doing anything. Two cars got inspected while I was getting my oil changed. No explanations or apologies were ever given. It was far from over-staffed or particularly busy. Beyond the oil change, none of the other fluids, filters, wiper blades, battery, etc. were ever checked. When I left and stopped at a car wash I checked myself and all of the fluids were very much in need of top-offs that I paid for and they did not receive . To make matters worse, I was there ahead of a 3000+ mile road trip that I am still unprepared for due to this negligence. I and my family WERE regular cus Update: Management did promptly reach out to make things right. read more

Poor service. I tried the Jiffy Lube in Georgetown twice. Both times, they provided poor service. Today, the three staff were talking and laughing for 5+ minutes and didn't even approach my car to determine the service needed or tell me which bay to go to. Other cars which arrived 10 minutes after me we're served before I even made it in a bay. VERY DISAPPOINTING! read more

I waited almost 2 hours to get an emissions test. First the guy was a lunch but would be back in a "few minutes". 45 minutes later he showed up and kept the truck in front of me about 1 hour. Never seen the tech work on the car. Absolutely the worse car experience I have had in 20 years. Asked one tech WTF and his answer was pretty much "duh". There are more professional places to get the very complex (ha) emissions test. Find them instead. read more

Crystallyn Bell provided great information and quick service. inspections and information for long term care.

Arrived at 8am and asked for an emissions test. Just before 9 I was informed inspections don't start until 10. Spoke to the manager who had seen me since my arrival. New to the area I was hoping to find a reliable oil change place - they lost my business. read more

I appreciate the prompt and professional service by Troy in Georgetown, TX, to comply with the state annual car inspection requirements.

Extremely professional. The attendant knew his business. The wait was minimal. I was in and out quickly

They were so quick with my inspection!! Finished in not even 10 minutes. I will be going back!!

The inspector for the State tag was awesome. He was fast and professional. I will use them again for oil change and inspection.

I went to attempt to get my inspection done today at this location. I was told that I will fail inspection because of my front lights are foggy. I asked the guy if this was a new rule or law because I've never failed inspection for my headlights and I've had my car since 2017. He then said "I can show you my manual." I called around and did some research to find out this is false. As long as my headlights are visible to others on the road they are fine. A friend of mine went here to get her car inspected and they did the same thing to her and she did end up having to pay the extra money for the headlight cleaning. If you have a little side business going on I'm fine with supporting it, however don't blatantly lie to me in order to try and trick me into spending more money. Don't go here. read more

D. Performed my vehicle's inspection quickly without any upselling or wasted time. This is much better than other places that try to insist on windshield wipers needing replacing or other such scams. At $11.50 it cannot be beat. read more

I was there for an hr and 10 mins, and they missed 2 items I requested. I simply requested an oil change, change the air filter, and rotate tires. It shouldn't take as long as it did. The front desk lady went to lunch and she came back and said, "wow still here?"z. They didn't seem organized at all, and when I walked in, there was another person dealing with an issue with his service. Sorry, but I won't be coming back. read more
