I've used QT now for about a year to do general maintenance and unfortunately replace a transmission. Could not be more happy with the workmanship and the professionalism of the entire team along with the service that is always provided at the front desk. Pricing and turnaround seem better than average, but the workmanship and service you receive easily compensate. Highly recommend. read more

Very knowledgeable team and service agents at reason costs don't try to rip you off like several other auto repair places hard to get to on frontage south of crystal falls but worth the visit you might wait a little they're very popular too! read more

These guys do great work at great prices. I wish I had found them years ago. They have saved me thousands over the shops i used to go to.

After I couldn't start my car this morning, I went online to make an appointment. Jon helped me out immediately and said I could drive over right then. I didn't double check and went to our regular spot ...then noticed I got the appointment at the wrong location. Ooops. Just wanted to share like other Qualtech locations, the staff here are quick and eager to respond, exactly what we need when there's an automobile issue! And to clarify, there are three locations so make sure you pick the right one. Don't be like me and cause problems lol read more

Always great work and on time They have worked on all of our vehicles . Highly recommend this company and glad they are in Leander now ! read more

Last time i was here they pulled my hood lever out of my car and tried to charge me full price to fix it and then barely fixed the a/c issue i came for. A/c ended up going out a few days later. Now i come back. Don't know why i did. But they tried to charge me almost $200 just to look at my car?? Don't know what's going on here. How do they stay in business. read more

Brought my Chevy Equoinx in for a loud noise Ended on being my front brakes were telling me they needed attention. Needed Disc Brake Pads and Rotors. Like to Thank all the Technicans that worked on my car And Ty the Service Advisor You guys Rock Will always come back read more

Qualtech just tried to scam us out of not only $12k but an entire vehicle. These people tried to take advantage of us. Why? Who knows, but can only speculate. We trusted Qualtech. How did they did they repay us? By sitting on their thumbs for 4 months. They couldn't work with our warranty either. The incompetence of Josh, can not be unde stated here. He even offered to buy our car. We have a friend that mentioned it might be the flywheel, and we told them that. Not only did they completely disregard that statement, they cut our compressor belt (incompetence) and quoted us $12,000 to replace the entire engine when that wasn't even the problem. Damn you guys suck! read more

Took my truck in today to have a diagnostic and oil change done. John was awesome and extremely helpful through the day. They just got both the cars in this household. read more

Quick awesome inspection - really nice people and quality work. Always a good experience at QualTech Automotive

BEST Mechanic Shop EVA! They never over charge and never do unnecessary work!! I've used automobile mechanics for 40 years and in many different states, and QualTech, hands down, is the best shop I've ever used. From their accurate quotes, to their prices, to their customer service, to their quality of work, no other shop comes close. I should've written a review sooner as I've been using them for several years; however, I've always referred them to friends, family and co-workers, and everyone has always been completely satisfied. I love that I can confidently refer QualTech to anyone looking for the best mechanic shop around!! Thanks for all the good work you've done so far on mine and my daughter's vehicles. I look forward to using your shop for many years to come, and since I'll be getting married soon and will have an extended family, they'll all be going here as well. read more

The team are better trained and ASE certified compared to 80% of the other mechanics in the area....including the big dealerships! Ritchie & Kyle set examples and tone for honesty. Each of the technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. I've done business with them mulitiple occasions, they diagnosed a problem, carefully disassembled parts and discovered the initial problem was different. They did not charge me labor ($355) for the lost time on the wrong problem. They quickly discovered the root problem and fixed it with no problems since! read more

This is the only place I take my vehicle. It started with how they treated my wife during the process and then the quality of the service. They really accommodated and look out for the client. read more

Required a 175 diagnostic fee that does not go into the fix so I walked out. There are a lot of repair shops that will put it into the fix. For what it's worth it looked very busy and well maintained read more

I had a battery changed on my Ford Escape by a roadside company which wrecked my Soundsystem. Qualtech to the rescue. But the first part that they replaced -- from Ford -- was faulty. So they tracked down another part and changed it again. Same problem with the component. The Qualtech crew didn't give up on the fix. And reported the issues to their supplier etc. Then they got the third fix in and it is working perfectly. All this was under warranty and they handled each situation with professionalism and a dash of humor. Love this place and the people who work there are fantastic. They give 100% to their customers and more. Highly recommend! read more

Bob @ Qual-Tech will take care of your auto repair needs. Friendly, affordable, and honest. I got a set of brakes for my wife's car, and after 90 days they were still squeeling a bit... Bob warrantied and replaced at no charge. read more

Took my car there for the first time. Great communication and care of my older car. High integrity during repairs.

First time getting my vehicle serviced there was a great experience. Everything was done on time and there were no hidden charges. Friendly and informative staff made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was in good hands and I wasn't being overly charged for anything. Will be returning for future services as needed with our vehicles and should something change for the better or worse I'll update my review. read more

Great experience with QualTech Leander! The guys were very professional and helpful. They wouldn't give up until they figured out what was really wrong. read more

Went in for state car inspection. Service was very quick. Staff was very friendly. Waiting area very clean.

Got some work done in their clean, comfortable waiting room (that doesn't smell like a garage) while I got an oil change and inspection. Richie is super nice, friendly, and helpful! Their shop also seems far away (I'm in North Austin), but being right off the highway makes it so fast and easy to get there. read more

they have good people, they listen to you as not just a customer but as to what is going on and do there best to help, they communicate about the process and make the whole thing smooth from start to finish, they also have a ride service in the case you need to get somewhere or have to leave the car over time, i recommend this place to anyone for car needs read more

Had. great experience my first time with the leander location. However this time was far from the best experience. we had to wait on parts and then when they got the actual parts surprise surprise they were more then what the quoted us. so we ended up paying more then what they quoted us. it took almost a week to repair some wiring to the fuel pump. read more

My vehicle was towed here because of me reading all the great 5star reviews. The team here was very helpful and kept me in the loop with what was going on. They called the warranty company and figured all the ends out on warranty's end. You guys rock and take pride in your work which is very hard to find these days. I'll continue to bring my vehicles to you guys from now on. Thank you. read more

Just got my car done here. Solid service. They Let me know the things I needed but didn't shove it down my throat like most mechanics. I'd highly recommend the spot from inspections to completely changing out the motor. They are $20 more than competitors around them for inspections but it's worth every penny. read more

Kyle is an honest man who is eager to bring new customers to the QualTech location in Leander. I brought in a 2008 Tundra that needed several thousand dollars in parts replaced. The original Toyota dealership I took the Tundra to was way over priced! I worked with Kyle over the phone and he ended up saving me over $1000. QualTech will now be the auto-shop of choice for my Tundra as well as my 2018 Ford F150! Thank you Kyle. read more

Richie is the best! He's honest and knowledgeable. If you know anything about this company, they built it on honesty and it shows. They have multiple ASE Master Techs in their shops whereas many shops don't have any. read more

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY! Watch out for these people. They are very slick. Charged me for a new radiator when the old one tested just fine later with my regular mechanic, and it still overheats because they didn't change the fan clutch, which was the original problem. (I'm so glad I made them give me the old radiator.) I've spent hundreds of dollars trying to correct the problems they caused. The engine runs rough, dies on acceleration and has almost gotten me killed in Austin traffic, my new transmission still drives like it's in low gear because of the sloppy work, or intentional problems they caused. My A/C is intermittent now, I have an exhaust leak into the cab of the truck, and the fumes are toxic. I dealt with them when they were on 620 N. I've never had such a horrible experience a mechanic in my life, and the bill was incredibly high. They charged me for a new thermostat and housing which I didn't need and he said it would be free. It wasn't. It cost double what it would've cost anywhere else and all I got was a shrug of his shoulders. I've never felt so cheated. Beware! read more

I had a great experience with QualTech (Leander) and I'm excited about finding a repair shop that I can trust. I brought in my 2005 F150 and asked Kyle to fix a "clunking" noise in the front suspension and to do a complete brake job if needed. They identified the source of the noise as a pair of missing bushings. And they said my brakes did not need to be replaced. And, they found a leaking seal on the rear differential. The fixed everything in just a few hours and for less that I thought I'd be spending on my old truck! Thanks! read more

I'm happy to say that I've finally found my mechanic for life. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
