Friendly staff hence the 2 stars. My issue here is I feel there's corrupt activity occurring with one or more service members. This is the 3rd time after getting my tires rotated over the past 4 years that I've left with a slow leak in 1-2 tires. When I took my vehicle back all 3 times they said there was a nail in my tire. This 3rd time I refused to pay for repair or a new tire and they agreed to no charge. Time will tell if it's actually repaired or they added nails to a few other tires. I want to support this business but this is awfully suspicious and I encourage management to address this corrupt activity. Please, and you'll have happy repeat customers. Complete clown show over here, stay away. Tire rack had shipped Firestone 4 new tires, and I had an appointment set for 9AM. I showed up 15 mins early and the tall, skinny manager was immediately combative, saying they had received any tires. He acted like I was out of my mind and told me to call Tire Rack. That is, until I showed him the paperwork proving they had received the tires a week prior. He went in the back and found them in less than 3 minutes. Why argue with me before you even actually check? At this point I sat and waited...and waited...and waited. By 11AM I had listened to a new guy over charge several customers (thankfully his manager was looking over his shoulder and kept catching the errors). After over two hours my car hadn't even moved from where I parked it. What's the point of me making an appointment if you're not even going to look at the car for several hours? The Discount Tire I typically go to has me in and out in 1.5 hours, sometimes even less! I finally called my wife to pick me up. It ended up taking over 6 hours for them to mount a set of tires! When I finally picked the car up after 3PM, there was mounting grease all over the tires (see photos). At this point I was over the entire experience. I'll give them an extra star because the manager took a few minutes to explain how to pair the TPMS sensors to my car, and when I checked tire pressure the next day, the PSI was at least in the ballpark across all 4 wheels. read more

I went in for a simple fix--just needed a nail removed from my tire. When I got to the garage, I noticed they had my hood open, which was already strange. Eventually, when they got around to looking at my tire, they took it to the back and ended up breaking the tire sensor. Then they had the nerve to try and charge me $275 for the sensor they broke. I went back and forth with the so-called "manager," who insisted the sensor was already broken when I came in--even though it was working perfectly before. After they finally replaced it, they didn't even bother to program the new sensor, so I had a bunch of warning lights on my dashboard. I ended up going to Walmart, where they programmed it for free--problem solved. And to top it all off, when I asked for a paper receipt from Firestone, they said it would be emailed to me. It's been days and I still haven't received anything. This place will damage your car and then try to make you pay for it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. It feels like their whole business model is built on getting you to come back for more issues they created. Total scam. read more

Deceptive, high priced and poor value: I bought 3 sets of tires from them. One of the sets was a high grade off road tire around $400 each. They offered me "road hazard protection/warranty" on the tires and I added. A few months after buying them one of the tires blew out. I called to make sure it was under warranty and was told I was covered. Fast forward to my car being towed to Firestone and I get a call telling me the coverage isn't full, and I will be paying just under $300 for one tire to be replaced! The tire that blew out basically still looked brand new. PSA don't buy any additional coverage on their products and I'd highly recommend not using them in general. I went online and made an appoint for a state inspection. When I arrived at my appointed time, I was informers that state inspections can't be scheduled. No issue right? So Casey told me he could get me asap. He estimated it would take 30-45 mins if ai wanted to wait, so I told them to go ahead. While waiting I watched older gentleman question the time it was taking to get his state inspection done. Casey was very rude and unprofessional with the customer. When the customer started to get upset, Casey took the stance, if if you some like it you can take your keys and leave. As the customer was about to leave the assistant manager Mike stepped in and defused the situation. He called the customer and helped get the work back on track. Casey in my option is in the wrong line of business, he is abrasive and should never talk to customer the way that. DO NOT GO TO THIS!!! I went there today for a State Inspection was told that it would take around 1 - 1.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, it was still not done and I asked customer service to check. They said they are backup up and are trying their best and it will be done in 30 minutes. Around 3 hours a technician tells me that their "Instrument is not working on Ford". What an absolute waste for 3 hours of wait. When I asked, why wasn't I told of this when I came in, they said, they couldn't before trying although yesterday it did not work on a Ford. I ordered tires from Tire Rack, and chose this Firestone shop as my installer, because they were on the recommended list. They were staggered sizes, and shipped from 2 different warehouses, so they were delivered separately. Tracking showed one set delivered on 2/11, and the other on 2/14. I scheduled my installation for Saturday 2/19. When I arrived, Brandon told me that he couldn't find one of the sets of tires. These were Firestone tires. He openly blamed me for not showing up until the 19th for installation, saying that was too long after delivery. Obviously that's nonsense. They either lost my tires, or sold them out from under me. Luckily the shop had a set in the same size, so Brandon told me installation would be done in "about an hour." 2.5 hours later, the work wasn't done, and the shop hadn't provided me with any updates. I started to get a little perturbed at this point, and asked Brandon if everything was going ok with the installation. He said that it was, and that the technician doing the mount and balance was "juggling a couple different cars." As far as I can tell, mounting and balancing tires isn't the type of job you normally "juggle" with something else. I pointed out that it was now pushing 3 hours since they took my car in. Brandon told me "I said it would be done in about an hour. It's a busy Saturday. Three hours is the same as about an hour." Apparently Brandon isn't any better at math than he is customer service. Three hours is 3x longer than "an hour." He claimed it was normal for them to juggle doing a tire mount and balance with other projects. How can it be normal to make a 1 to 1.5 hour process take 3 hours, when you know the customer made an appointment in advance, and is waiting in the shop? At this point, I got the distinct impression that Brandon had put me at the bottom of their list of priorities, since I didn't buy my tires from them. This is the worst experience I've ever had getting such a basic service done to one of my cars. I reported it to Tire Rack. Hopefully Brandon gets his attitude adjusted, and his shop starts treating customers properly. read more

I went with my daughter to help her get the correct battery in her vehicle after she started having problems with the one they put in. Two other places told us it was the wrong battery. They refused to replace it and said it was correct in their system. Please do not waste any money here because they will not help you. DISHONEST and I will never visit this location again. On a Friday, this shop performed 4 services: car care package (basically a multipoint inspection), tire rotation, coolant exchange, and state inspection. They called later that day and reported that the car failed the state inspection because tire tread was too low (less than 2/32"). I declined the immediate tire replacement they offered so I could shop around. The car care package included a battery test, which passed. Over the weekend, I consulted written notes regarding defects on each wheel and realized the tires had not been rotated. I measured the tread depth myself at 3/32" and 4/32". On Monday, I had a different shop inspect the tread depth, and they also measured 3 or 4. I returned to this Firestone to hold them accountable for completing the rotation. They did so, but they also called to recommend a car care package (the same service they performed 3 days before) and a battery replacement (suddenly failing, even though it tested fine on Friday). The last straw was when they suggested new tires as a preventive maintenance step because they were "currently measuring at 5/32-6/32" of tread depth." The way I see it, they basically lied about tread depth on Friday to coerce me into buying new tires, and they recommended services I didn't need. Absolutely dishonest. read more

When the Firestone I'd driven across town for years to patronize disappointed me a couple times, I decided to try this one. Long story short, after planning my week off around appointments, and telling them when scheduling that I would have to wait for my car, I was told that they couldn't accommodate my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, once a couple hours before and the other as I was en route, so I missed a window of opportunity in getting my repairs done while off work. I brought my car for inspection, so they also took payment for changing the cabin air filter in my Prius, slipped me a dirty filter, as it was my filter and I ended up paying $ 56 for changing the filter, at the moment when the filter itself costs $ 7 only and even a child can make a replacement. Avoid at all costs!! Extremely bad service and try to upsell a lot. I was the first one to walk in for the state inspection at 8am. At 8.45 they failed the inspection saying wipers need to be replaced. and new wipers would cost $56!! Also they recommended new tires (I had new tires put in just 4 months back) Since I had already spent so much time, I reluctantly agreed for the wipers. However even after 40 mins the wipers were still not installed. They kept saying 10 more mins even though I had clearly told them I had a kids Dr appointment to get to. How long does it take to install new wipers? After being there for almost 1.5 hrs I had enough and asked for my keys back which took another 5 mins since the mgr was busy smoking in the back. TLDR failed state inspection due to wipers and ruined my morning. Avoid Firestone and especially this location. read more

when i called early morning, i spoke to brandon on the phone. he was super helpful and told me he could get me in that day for a state inspection. i came in within a half an hour and was met by the loveliest dan at the counter. he was very sweet and got me set up. i did have to wait quite some time for them to finish up the inspection and i also had a back tail light out and needed windshield wipers replaced. full transparency: i waited around three hours for it, but the workers there were nice and they were slammed with cars. they also fixed everything i needed to to get my inspection passed on site! read more

I want to give this place a review but I really in good conscience cannot. I came in for an oil change and inspection and while I understand that there is a shortage on workers everywhere, they were not transparent whatsoever on the amount of time it would take. I even made sure to schedule an appointment in advance. Even after all of this, it took 3 hours and 15 minutes to get my car done. I asked several times how long the process would take so that I could get a ride if necessary and could not even be told that. My problem is not with how much time it was going to take, but the fact that they couldn't give me an answer on how long it would take so I could planning accordingly. The sad part is that I came here last year and the service was great but that was not the case this time. Called in today for five new tires on a company truck, with a Firestone corporate account, and was met with the most unprofessional service adviser (Marcus) ever. Didn't listen to a word I said, repeated the wrong tire model and size multiple times, wouldn't order the tires until I brought the company vehicle in for service, and hung-up on me twice lying about a dropped call. Will never do business with any Firestone location again. All my company business will be through Discount Tire and Goodyear from here on out. read more

Just had my windshield wipers replaced by them two weeks ago. I have driven my car 2-3 times since then and drove within my neighborhood. While I was on the freeway, my windshield wipers broke in half while it was raining. I came to Firestone today to request a refund for having to come all the way back here and for the fact that the wipers they gave me were defective which caused me a significant amount of stress. Two of the employees could not help with a discount, did not apologize at all for the defective problem or me having to come all the way back here again which shouldn't have been the case if their product had been "new" and worked correctly in the first place. They did replace the wipers which is the least they could have done without getting reported to the Better Business Bureau. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service. My coworker even took the quote they gave me for my car to her mechanic and it was also significantly cheaper. Not only are the prices here inflated, but no customer service. Lastly, they recommended we replace the spark plugs, do engine tune up and other items we just had done a few months ago. This place is a SCAM. No ethics or customer service. don't do it... I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday to took my SVT raptor serviced. I knew exactly what it needed; tires, and break pads. I even requested a full inspection for good measure. missed expectation: i delivered the truck on Saturday 12pm and was orginally it should be done by 4pm. after some back and forth and tire selection I was asked to come back on Monday so they could complete the full service, including new tires. I did one better I decided to leave the truck with them the entire weekend so they could hit it first thing Monda.... fast forward to Monday afternoon. I called at 5PM and was told they would get started on it now and they were pulling it into the shop and it would be done by 6pm( I remind them they had the truck for nearly three days at this point)... i decided drive to the shop, I arrived at 6pm, and guess what the truck was still sitting in the parkIng lot exactly where I left it on Saturday. Final result: Not only was the truck not done ; they didn't do anything I asked for ( except new tires). this truck needed break pads in A bad way.... Completely worn down... instead of replacing the pads the put the old ones back on and sent me packing. That's not all; these guys charged me for shit I didn't ask for ( like $56 for roadside assistance) --- imwas so ready to get the hell away from this place I didn't even care. DON'T DO IT! They will bait and switch you on the time. I walked in and was told 1 hour on a tire repair. I asked if that was a good number or optimistic. I was promised it was good number. He had "open bays". He was "all caught up". He "didn't mind doing it himself if he had to". They sound earnest. The seem personable and nice. They aren't. Almost 2 hours later I am leaving with, you guessed it, no tire repair. In fact, my truck never moved and now there are people ahead of me that he "can't just bypass". I just watched someone right before me get the exact same speech after the exact same issue. Brandon kept telling him that he "couldn't bypass the people in front of him" all while studiously ignoring the guy trying to tell him that the issue isn't bypassing anyone, it's quoting BS times. Brandon was an A-hole to the guy. During my time in the waiting area, I listened to at least an half dozen phone calls with the same theme - your car will not be ready when we promised it would be. They began talking about this key story after trying to figure out whose key they had left on the counter because they didn't tag it properly. If I can give 0 star I would definitely do so. Made an appointment for 1/12/2021 at 9am (because I was not sure if it was a flat tire or just needed some air so I made it anyways just to be safe). Got there at 9am and they told me it is leaking somewhere so they needed me to drop it off and get it check up. I was told by Kenny (very rude guy) that it will take a couple hours and they will give me a call when it's done and due to covid, I am not allowed to wait in the store (which I totally understand). I waited EIGHT hours and no one had call me, so I called them around 5 o'clock and no response, so then I had my friend dropped me off at the location so I can ask them in person, the lady that helped me said she can not find any of my information on file which I was like what? She mentioned something about power went off so they lost the information therefore they could not find my name but she somehow knows that I needed a tire replacement?? EIGHT hours was wasted and nothing was done, if I didn't go in to check on my car in person, who knows what is going to happen??? Very irresponsible and unprofessional and Kenny is just very rude and not helpful at all. I have been a loyal customer to this location for about 3 years, oil change, service check up and even bought total of 8 tires from this location but after today, NO THANK YOU!
