Went in for a simple inspection and got a show. All of the employees I interacted with were exceptionally professional--especially Troy, Matthew, and most notably, JR. Before assisting me, JR handled a particularly difficult and disrespectful customer. I witnessed the entire interaction, and I can confidently say that no one at Jiffy Lube did anything wrong. Despite the customer's behavior being completely out of line, JR remained calm, composed, and courteous throughout. I was genuinely impressed by how he managed the situation. Charged $98 for light bulb change they couldn't even change in 30 minutes. I came with my own headlight bulb I needed to be changed and they didn't put it in right and said it was wiring when they couldn't make it come on. I checked it myself later to learn everything was fine and the light works. Honestly, the service was great and quick. Did I mention quick? After a whole long list of things I needed to do just to get a new ID in Texas, I came to Jiffy Lube as soon as they opened as I was told I needed an inspection (despite my lease being up in a few days). This place has improved so much the past year! The staff is friendly and speedy. Took my car in for oil change and was in and out in less than 15min! The only complaint is Jiffy Lube has gotten rid of their online coupon for Conventional Oil Changes in the past few months when I was there last and only has coupons on website for and email for Signature Oil Change. My family have been taking all our cars for decades to only Jiffy Lube and appreciated that we could at least get a $10 off coupon online. read more

They were friendly and nice, not an issue. I looked at my receipt and it said they checked a variety of things on my truck. I asked the guy when he finished with my truck if he checked the transmission fluid, he had to ask someone else if they even did that. The person in charge came over and helped then tried to sell me a transmission fluid change. I asked this new person if they checked my washer fluid or my brake fluid or my brakes, basically all the things listed on my receipt other than just changing the oil. He then checked my brake fluid and washer fluid and said they were okay (I know the brake fluid was low). He then glanced at my rear wheels and said they now did brake and it looks like I need rear brake and did I want to have them done. I know how to change my brakes and I know you can't just look at the tire and tell I need brakes. They hurried to change the oil and didn't do any of the other checks they claim they do. I've had issues there in the past with state inspections so no longer let them do that for me. Now the oil changes are half-assed. I'm done with this shop. I am only talking about the FM620 location, I've not had issues at other Jiffy Lubes. read more

Was my first time and will never go back again... Two things about this location: 1) I came back to my office and realized that they did't put my wheel anti theft lock key back in the car after the tire rotation. I gave them a call and they were acting like nobody cares. I had to drive back to the store and pick it up. It was not my fault but the way they handled it was so annoying. 2) I had pre-paid service certificates which I presented there. The guy in charge was acting rude and weird after seeing them. He asked "what are you expecting from this certificate?" in a mean way. The way he talked to me that I felt like he was drunk. I don't recommend this location...Go to Leander one instead where they are so nice, kind and caring. read more

Went for a emission inspection - but failed because all the monitors in OBDII system were not ready because of recent code reset. The tech was extremely helpful in explaining the issue and suggested to just drive around for a week so that all the systems are internally tested and recorded in the OBDII computer (it's also known as "full drive cycle"). Did that and passed the test a week later with no additional charge. read more

I have been going here for years and have enjoyed the service experience. I bought a new to me truck and took it in for an oil change. My account has my military discount on it but this truck needed to be added to my account. I reminded two different people three different times about applying my military discount. After waiting in my vehicle for them to process payment I was informed that they forgot to apply the discount and "hit him up next time and he will hook me up with a free air filter." I would never drive back there and warn everyone not to go there as they simply took full payment for the service I requested, made me wait at the lobby and did nothing with my car, but I was assured that everything was completed. I was there on December, 28th, 2024 to have transmission fluid changed. So the made me wait for some time at there lobby while they were supposed to be changing it, and after that billed me 180 dollars for it, so I left being sure that everything was fine with my car and serviced. But thanks God I had a soon (500 miles later) repair needed with my car (it needed front cv axles to be replaced). So while replacing the front cv axles at the other shop, it was found out that no transmission fluid change had been performed to my car (the transmission fluid appeared to be dark brown instead of being pink as it had to be after change), so I paid 250 dollars more to have it finally changed. Thanks to this issue I wouldn't have to replace my Camry transmission in the nearest future, as it is much more expensive than those 180 dollars they billed me for doing nothing. read more

I have given this location two tries over the last two months and both experiences have been frustrating. The first time I was there for an hour and a half to only find that I heard new noises in my car but had no more free time to go back that day to find out what it was. The second time I went, which was today, all I needed was an inspection, pulled in and there were 3 cars ahead of me parked in the garages. Usually someone will come to the door to see what you need worked on. This day I sat and waited for 10-15 minutes and watched as these guys walked around at the pace of sloths seeing the car line build. I finally got out of the car to ask how long it would take to get an inspection to only find out they don't do inspections at this location. This place will waste your time. read more

Too 3 cars to get oil changed. So fast. On the last one, my battery wouldn't start. The manager got his car to jump my battery. Didn't work but he let me keep my car in the bay while I got a ride to get a battery ( he said it would probably be much cheaper elsewhere). Then he put the battery in for me in about 5 minutes. So nice. Wasn't pushy about my wipers or filters needing replacing either, like I experience at Firestone or Lambs. read more
