Ok, I have never had a bad experience at this location. And today wasn't "bad" just lacking. I popped in for an oil change. One car was ahead of me in the bay, I wasn't in a hurry, didn't mind waiting a bit. The service was quick and efficient as usual. However, when I was checking out, she handed me my windshield mileage sticker to put in the car myself. They usually put it on the windshield. Then when I went out to my car I see they left the dirty paper floor mat inside. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful they take care to use them, but please remember to take them out when you're done. Then I start my car and see they didn't reset my "maintenance required" message that always has to be reset when I am due for my oil change. I know this happens probably a lot of places but it's part of doing business. Showed up at this Jiffy Lube about 5 minutes before they were going to close. Apparently they would had already turned off everything in anticipation of leaving. If you're open till 6:00 you serve customers till 6:00. And this is from somebody who's worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years. It's happened to me a different places I'm more than one occasion but it's not right and you lose business and they lost mine. read more

I arrived at this location a little after 8am on a Monday morning for an oil change. The manager took very good care of me. They didn't have my engine air filter in stock, so he ordered it quickly and completed the rest of the agreed tasks. I left and ran some errands until the filter was delivered, and then he replaced it lickity split. I stopped by here to have my oil checked and and tires inflated after the recent drop in temperatures. During the process a new fellow was being trained and my dip stick separated from its handle. Corey stepped in and said he'd seen this happen in Chrysler's many times. He knew what to do and sent me to the parts store for a new stick. I returned and he patiently retrieved the stick. I was on my way in no time. Corey was amazing because he calmly and professionally was able to diffuse a potential customer service situation and resolve the matter. I have been to many Jiffy Lubes over the years and this was the best experience I have ever had and it really could have been the worst. This fellow saved the day while also showing and demonstrating to his coworkers what to do. He really ought to be made a manager at least! If not at JuffyLube I think any business could benefit from his demeanor and willingness to take responsibility while "growing his fellow workers". A true leader and team player. read more

Listening to the tech talk to a coworker about beats audio and his other job.... Instead of working on my car... Was very frustrating as I had already been waiting in line for an hour. zero sense of urgency & Slow moving staff was EXCRUCIATING. I've been using jiffy lube for most of my adult life and this location was by far the most frustrating I've ever been to. Usually, if you've been here the longest, you'd be next in line. Not so in my case. I watched while the giant truck after me rolled through and I was stuck with a car in front of me and a car behind me. Now a SECOND CAR HAS PASSED ME. Disappointed especially because I'd found a new JL by my work but unfortunately I will not be coming back here. Maybe they're short staffed? I asked and the guy didn't give me an answer and told me I could just leave. I don't feel cared about here, at all. Also seemingly the guy doing my oil change doesn't know what he's doing you should have seen him trying to pour oil- I had to listen to his training while everyone goes by me. Dumb luck? Sadface. If I could give 0 zero stars I would. Went in for a routine oil change on a 2016 Toyota Camry se. Wanted full synthetic oil. They said they had that oil. They emptied all of my oil out and then proceed to put a subpar oil in my. They put 5w 20 instead of 0W 20 in my car so now I'm at another shop getting another oil change because Jiffy lube has no clue what they are doing when it comes to cars at all. what a joke. Will not be going back again ever. Nor will I recommended Jiffy Lube to anyone unless they want their car to break down on the side of the road. Such a joke. read more

Overall very friendly techs who got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. They cleaned my windows and aired up my tires in addition to changing the oil. I had my dog Henry with me. This is the first time I've taken him with me getting oil changed while we stay in the car. I had the window rolled down because ofc his favorite thing is hanging his head out the window. I wasn't sure how he would do because sometimes he's scared of loud noises, but he seems to have felt safe because with the exception of the first few minutes while adjusting he was as happy as could be. Every single one of the hard working lube techs came over to give him pets and say hi. I guess when you're like me and your dog is a big part of your life how people treat your dog goes a long way. I know these guys have a very stressful job because working with the public is more and more challenging these days. I witnessed a couple of customers being especially difficult for no reason other than they don't know how to respect hardworking people just doing their job. The fact that these guys can still be friendly to me and my dog in spite of all they have to deal with is truly admirable. Kudos to the whole team there! read more

Let me start out by saying that these folks were friendly and attentive, BUT I waited in line for an hour, second in line, and after an hour I was still second in line. The car in the bay turned out to have a serious issues, and they needed a tow truck to come get it. Um, so why not just push it off, and service the people in line? Oh, they said, we're not allowed to do that! I will add that Jiffy Lubes don't take appointments, so you're pretty much stuck waiting. I bailed on them after 80 minutes of waiting, and sped up to the nearby Jiffy Lube on Spicewood Springs. Oh, they said, we don't to brake flushes! What I see here is a BIG BIG business plan failure. You absolutely need to have appointments to do even half-serious work on your car. There is NOTHING Jiffy about Jiffy Lube, that's for sure. I will never go back. I will add that this was my second visit. The first visit, first thing in the morning, would have put me fourth in line. I asked how long it would be. Oh, maybe 45 minutes, they said. Do not go here for a Texas Vehicle Inspection! I was told I had to get a $70 headlight polish in order to pass inspection. I have never had a vehicle not pass inspection before. I have definitely had older cars with foggier headlights pass. I have never heard of anyone failing an inspection because of this and when I looked online, it says they simply have to be functioning. First - their systems don't talk so technically they would've had to charge me again. Second - I came at lunch which is a busy time as most know. HEROES! I bolted out of the jiffy lube lobby after seeing my old boss inside. I caught the manager's attention and explained why i preferred to wait outside in the shade under the tree. Within minutes, I had three techs working on my car, one of them stating "we get it!" I asked if i could pay outside and noticed that my car was already serviced and ready to go. when i commented on the speedy service, one team member said "we're trying to get you out of here before she comes out!" and then physically shielded me from her view when she eventually exited the shop. I was able to pay without being noticed and drove away feeling so supported and cared for. Employee called me a "fucking moron" upon arrival. I stopped by the Anderson Jiffy Lube today because Spicewood Springs was busy. When I pulled up there were three guys standing around, so not busy at the moment. I was friendly and asked for an oil change and inspection. The guy stared at me like I was an idiot and then walked off without saying anything. The other guy started motioning me forward and pointed to the left because I wasn't quite straight. As I was sitting up and leaning over to correct my angle he gave me the signal to stop and then asked me to back up. I started to back up and he yelled it again with frustration for some reason. Update from the 1 star review: The district manager came out within an hour or so and personally replaced my blinker switch. The only reason I can't give more stars is because of the way I was completely lied to and disrespected by the other staff. Came to get my inspection, left with my blinker switch replaced but no inspection.. Maybe next time? Bizarre experience. These people broke my blinker switch and denied it immediately. 2 managers on duty. No one doing a thing or even seem concerned that my blinker is broken. Inspector said, "it's a Ford!" These guys are AMAZING- I've done my last 2 inspections there!!! As well has have my oil changed. It's conveniently located close to where I live. They are very respectful and wear masks for inspections. You dont even have to get out of your car. There were 2 cars in front of me - I had to wait about 10 mins and then POOF I was in and out in less than 10 mins. D. Baily did a bang-up job for me - and even checked and aired up my tires for free!! I would have happily paid a small fee for this service, since its hard to find a station with a working air pump now days...
