My wife and I were looking to try a new place, the waterfront views are great but it stops there. My wife ordered scallop risotto which was overpowering with peas and bland. I ordered fish and chips(more chips than fish) was decent but expected more fish for the price. I ordered what the menu said real fruit lemonade but seemingly came from the fountain. My boyfriend and I enjoyed an early Christmas lunch here today. It turned out to be a nice, albeit slightly overpriced, meal. He ordered the Indigo burger and a Caesar salad; I went with the club sandwich with garlic fries. Of course I tasted everything and I can say with authority that the burger was the best thing in the table. The Caesar dressing was a tad too lemony for my taste, but the freshly shaved Parmesan was wow! The club was solid; freshly baked bread turned it up a notch. And the garlic fries? Yes. Bartender and - manager I think... chatted with me ... part of the convo led to some comments about not playing sports on tv and having something chill instead. Then... they both talked about how people only stay here for one reason- and alluded to that reason being ... a reason to not sleep with all of the bedding and to bring flip flops. Accommodated a party of nine so they are already winning. Service was swift, efficient and congenial. Masks worn and safe distances practiced between patrons. Sanitizer everywhere. Appetizers ordered were the Beef Poutine, which were generous tender chunks of beef smothered in a gooey fontina-esque cheese over mounds of fries. Canadians would be proud of the spin. Mounds of Balsamic glazed fried Brussel sprouts with crisp pork belly (lardons) and sprinkled pepitas. Good amount piled high, which could not all be eaten at once. Calamari breaded with a hint of panko, seasoned well and a decent white pickled dipping sauce similar to a tarter. Salmon Chowder bread bowls. Chowder was full of salmon but a little on the watery side, should be a bit thicker for a chowder but delicious nonetheless. Also, had fish tacos that ate more like an entree. Three large tacos. Should have grilled the flour tortillas a bit more but benevolent in the amount. Entrees included a number of ordered fish and chips. Fish was beer battered haddock or cod. Three hearty amounts. Couldve been breaded better and fried less, as each plate was a bit on the well done side. Did not scorch the flavor but a tad off putting, as we eat with our eyes first. Side of fries were crisp on the outside and soft inside and seasoned well without being too salty. Scalloped Risotto was a creamy bowl full of heaven, topped with large charred sweet scallops. Could have buried your face into the bowl. Would definitely return for the good food, drinks and you cannot beat the waterfront view. read more

This restaurant is serving take out orders and they are offering outside dining. We were staying at the hotel and ordered pick up dinner last night and breakfast this morning. They had food ready really quick. We had fish and chips for dinner with the salmon chowder. Fish was great! I didn't like the salmon chowder but my husband did. It was more just chunks of the potatoes, and salmon. No sauce. (I guess you call it roux). Which is what I like about chowder. It should be creamy soup...not goulash. But flavor was good. Like I said...husband loved it. Breakfast croissant sandwich was delicious! Loved the spread they had on it. Bacon, cheese, egg. Really gooey! Good job in assimilating to the times. Finally had the chance to try this place after a long day on the sound. The inside is super nice and still smells new but we saw outside on the next patio. There were 7 of us and the service was still great, Mario was very polite. Can't beat the location and glad there is something new in that area as the other restaurants aren't the best quality down that turn. I had the grilled chicken sandwich that had bacon and avocado, delish. Ordered garlic fries which didn't end up being garlic but didn't mind the fries were super crispy and tasty. My other half had the salmon sliders and I tried a bite, also super good. He opted for sweet potato fries as there are several options. Our drinks and beers were fresh too. I was debating to eat here for Mother's Day brunch due to mixed Yelp reviews, but it definitely surpassed all my expectations! First of all, this restaurant is a good size and tables are spaced out very well, especially with a pandemic happening right now. We felt comfortable in our tall booth & didn't feel claustrophobic at all. Service was top notch, even if he was training someone. He was so friendly & funny. We didn't feel rush ordering and they made sure our coffee & water were always topped off. Food was outstanding and great portions. I got the burrata salad with chicken and it tasted fresh & light. My sister got the fish & chips and it came out great. We even ordered the Cadet's breakfast from the kids menu for my toddler and it was such a huge dish for only $8. We were very impressed. We were pleasantly surprised by our dinner at the Jetty Bar & Grille that exceeded our expectations of a hotel affiliated restaurant. The food was great and the views of the marina created a beautiful ambience. We started with a delicious smoked salmon chowder and clam steamers that were served with a unique sauce (one of the best I've ever had). For our main course we had the 8oz filet mignon and the pan roasted wild caught salmon, both were cooked to perfection. Afterwards we enjoyed a nice walk of the waterfront park and marina. But def got what i paid for. the avacado toast consisted of a large, cold piece of bread with half an avacado mashed in the center lol. arugula stems covered the top, but clearly nothing spread on half the bare bread-toast. chewy, no flavor. i also got a bagel and lox, and it was the same deal- cold bread with a lb of arugula stems dumped on top. out of my three entrees, i took one bite of each, and threw it down laughing. they weren't even busy or anything, but seemed flustered. the hostess was nice, but idk what is going on in the kitchen. thanks for helping me keep my diet lol. i owe you one. read more

Restaurants like these are analogous to the downfall of our country the past few years. Everything cost more and you get less quantity and less quality. Ambience is nice but echos from the terazzo floor make it sound like a cafeteria. Small portions at high prices. I would only recommend the burger. For 20 bucks it is a very good wagyu Burger with choice of sweet potato fries, regular seasoned fries, or tots. read more

I have to say this still feels like a hotel restaurant, and it is but I was expecting something a little more restaurant atmosphere. The pancakes were pretty good with the flavors that reminds me of Fall but the texture was not my favorite. The poke was somewhat bland and the fish seemed chewy. The calamari was a bit oily and undercooked probably the oil temp was just a bit low. The service was very nice and attentive. I do not think this is a destination restaurant but might work if you are in the area. read more

Disclaimer I still haven't eaten here because there's 1 billion restaurants in Everett. I walked past today I saw a group of 3 get seated. One of them was an elderly man with a cane. While they were still getting settled a waiter walked up and pulled out the seat for the man. That's a gentleman move for sure. Doesn't match up with what I've read here at all. Looking through the windows the staff looked fairly active. So I want to cancel out some of the reviews on here that I think are kind of petty complaints and give this man 5 stars. I'll be bumping you up on my list but the food reviews are meh so I'm nervous. read more

Went here for breakfast, always look to try something new. Service was as good as could be with only one person working other than the cooks. I got the crab cake Benedict and a mimosa my husband got the shrimp and grits and a bloody Mary extra spicy. Our waitress did amazing on the bloody Mary, he's never pleased except for this time. The Benedict was rough because they do a white wine sauce (bolognese) instead of a hollandaise but the crab cake itself was a ton of crab and very flavorful. We do all we can to support local restaurants. Today we made our second attempt to have lunch at the Jetty Bar & Grille. We walked in ... two bartenders were chatting at the bar - no customers in the bar. No one was attending the check in station. After 5 minutes a stone faced young lady said she was going to seat a couple in front of us and would be back to seat us. We waited another 10 minutes ... during this time the restaurant manager walked by, looked at us stopped at the check in area, but never asked if we had been helped or if he could assist us. We watched as the hostess put 5 umbrellas up at table not occupied, assess her fingernails, return to the hostess desk, checked her computer tablet and finally turned to us ... at that point we walked out. This is VERY SAD because all of the other waterfront restaurants are packed ... we should have known because they had PLENTY of tables available. We will not return and will let all of our dining friends know about our very poor experiences. read more

Went around 2 pm on a Friday with restaurant being near empty yet no manager nor extra wait staff thus was placed on a text page notification and was never notified. Went for a walk and came back and we asked why we weren't seated and hostess states " too busy to text" and " no manager to help" . Waiter was good when finally seated and food was meh. I absolutely love the Jetty bar and grille! I came here opening night with my family for some drinks and to check it out. Very clean, upbeat and social place to hang out. Came back last night with my co workers for some food and drinks, and still very nice in the bar. Haven't sat in the restaurant part yet, maybe one day I'll make my way over there lol. The bartenders were really nice and friendly, and did great at keeping our drinks full and got our food in quickly. The food is reasonably priced and the drinks are fresh (I had a virgin Bloody Mary spicy, pregnancy cravings y'all lol) and everything came out amazing. I'll definitely be coming back and next thing I need to do is try their brunch! read more

We wanted to check out the weekend breakfast at the new Jetty Bar and Grille. First impression.... we were wondering why they were playing loud rock music that was perfect for "Happy Hour" but not Saturday morning breakfast... We could hear it bellowing down the hotel hallway before we even saw the restaurant. Secondly... There was no one at the front reception area.. the place was completely empty an hour after they had opened.. We had to practically yell into the kitchen to tell the staff that we were there. We asked the manager if she could turn down the music volume and she replied with a sorry, there's nothing she can do about it. We stayed anyway to check out the menu. There was a great variety of delicious items on the menu. Our breakfast was delicious, but expensive. They charged $6 for one pancake. Pretty surprising and pricey. The restaurant itself is pretty big and has kind of an industrial contemporary design. Our waitress was very kind and engaging. They have great potential... We'll probably come back in a couple of months and see if they get the kinks worked out. read more

The setting is lovely, but there are much better food options for less money. The Jetty is Seattle prices without Seattle-quality food. Waitstaff, while very friendly, was terribly slow. From sitting down, it was 35-ish minutes before we had three cups of soup. And another 25 minutes before she came back to take entrée orders. We took my hubby for Father's Day yesterday, they were very busy and we didn't make reservations but they still found us a great seat outside with an amazing view! Our server was awesome he was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. They said food might be a while because it was busy but in less than 20 minutes we had everything. The Peach salads with added grilled chicken were amazing! Our daughter has an iced latte (they have a full espresso setup) my husband enjoyed the clam chowder and watermelon salad. I had hot mint tea with a an extra tea kettle of water and three extra Tazo tea bags!! My husband and daughter got a berry cheesecake to share and loved it! We had one of their surf and turf prefixed menus and the food was delicious and the portions were generous. Despite the mixed reviews, I'm always excited when a new place opens in the Everett area so we decided to give it a try for brunch. Atmosphere was nice - a little hotelly/sterile, but comfortable with pretty views of the docks. Service was fantastic. We were greeted, sat, and served quickly with just the right amount of attention. Food was delicious. Seriously one of the best, if not the best, biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Biscuits were flaky with some light delicious seasoning, and the mushroom gravy was amazing. The seafood salad was also tasty with lots of crab and prawns (bowl choice was odd, but no big deal). And their house sparkling for mimosas is Chateau Ste Michelle brut - nothing fancy, but a better choice than most for lower end sparkling. Was really excited to finally try this place. Started with a dozen oysters and those were fresh and really good. For dinner I ordered the French onion soup and Caesar salad with shrimp. The soup had a different taste, definitely not traditional and also had a bunch of oil. Couldn't finish it. They said the salad was a whole head of romaine so I ordered a half and it was laughable. Really wish I took a pic because the romaine was about four inches long with about eight really small leaves. There was more shrimp then salad. My partner had the scallops and risotto. Came with three scallops and a good amount of risotto. The scallops were cooked well but he was definitely expecting more then three. Unfortunately the risotto was way too greasy. It was totally swimming in butter. For the prices they charge we were pretty disappointed. read more

Staying in the adjoining hotel for 2020 New Year's Eve, ordered lunch for take away. Not really impressed. We shared a French Onion Soup and the Wild Alaska Cod & Chips. The French Onion Soup is not traditional. Not really sure how it's made but it's a red broth. It came with a slick of oil on the top. We had a few bites but found the oil made it inedible. The Fish & Chips are a good size, with 3 pieces, but it was mostly batter that was too crispy on the outside and mushy gooey on the inside. I was really looking forward to having a nice dinner for the New Year with my husband, but after lunch, I'm not looking forward to dinner. The hotel is really nice, though. Dinner update: Ordered lobster Mac and cheese, Indigo Burger, two Bloody Marys. Lobster Mac and cheese was a small portion, so I was still hungry after eating. Generous portion of lobster, and the whole dish was ok. Hubby thought the burger was just ok. No dessert offered (and on New Years Eve?). The best thing about dinner was the Bloody Mary. Very good! Dessert was licorice and peanut butter cups from the takeaway store by the front desk at the hotel. Disappointed. read more
