Power control module. I have no idea what the heck that is, but it was under $200 total and it fixed a variety of other issues "Old Faithful" had been exhibiting. Fast. Seemed honest. A few years ago we had to move to Washington due being relocated due to work. I've had my SUV for 22 years, it's in good condition and runs well. On this model the vacuum hose can get knocked out of place easily which can cause air to blow on my feet constantly which drives me nuts. Usually I have had to take more time off work to go in and get this fixed because they did not listen to me when I explained about the hose during the initial drop off, but THEY listened and I got it back without any problems at all. They were also able to get me in the next week to fix those other items, one of which was a big repair. I never felt overcharged either as my services ended up being a little less than the estimate. I'm really happy that I found such a great place because even though my SUV is pretty old at this point, I really love it and want to keep it running as long as possible. I'm excited about getting all the new tech perks that come with a new vehicle, but this is my first vehicle that I bought for me, and I still love it and am not ready to let go just yet, and with this place, I know we're in good hands.

I made an appointment to get two new tires and an alignment and even dropped my car off a day…read moreearly. Asked them to check the TPMS light and replace any bad sensors. Picked it up the next day and they had put 4 new tires. So I though well maybe they all needed to be replaced and paid almost$1500 for the job. My wife drove the car home and after she got home she said the TPMS light was still on. I looked at the receipt and they claimed I had refused to replace the sensors. I did not get a call from anyone to approve the work or decline it. Also, they did not provide a data sheet for the alignment and the receipt said that there was nothing wrong with the alignment. The reason I had to replace a right front tire was due to an alignment issue. the tire had worn to the point that cords where showing on the inside tread resulting in a tire failure so there had to be a alignment problem. they had all 4 tires changed and they could have changed the sensors at that time and be done with it. But instead they recommend that I spend additional $266.00 to diag. and dismount every tire to install sensors that could have been done with the tire job. They want more money and my time to fix a problem that I asked to be fixed in the first place. Bottom line is I don't trust them and will no longer be using this store for my tire needs in the future. I'll either go to another Firestone location or a Different tire vendor.

I gave it grace. "Maybe new brakes squeak during break-in." Six months later? Still screaming. So I bring it back. And I'm told I just need to "use my brakes more." Sir. I live in America. I use my brakes every single day. That is literally how driving works. Fast forward ONE YEAR!!!! and the squeal is now louder than my patience.
