The only downside was that they didn't see the oil change sticker on the front of our glove box (we had oil changed Just over a month ago at a different business). The other business also screwed up on what they did and it was found when we took car in for repairs. We didn't know that they did an oil change until we got home and were looking at the final invoice. In any event, we will go to Automotive Experts for all future lube and oil changes and other needed repairs/service.

They even went above and beyond by sending pictures of a few things that they found that needed repairs. They really built trust with me quickly. A few years ago we had to move to Washington due being relocated due to work. I've had my SUV for 22 years, it's in good condition and runs well. On this model the vacuum hose can get knocked out of place easily which can cause air to blow on my feet constantly which drives me nuts. Usually I have had to take more time off work to go in and get this fixed because they did not listen to me when I explained about the hose during the initial drop off, but THEY listened and I got it back without any problems at all. They were also able to get me in the next week to fix those other items, one of which was a big repair. I never felt overcharged either as my services ended up being a little less than the estimate. I'm really happy that I found such a great place because even though my SUV is pretty old at this point, I really love it and want to keep it running as long as possible. I'm excited about getting all the new tech perks that come with a new vehicle, but this is my first vehicle that I bought for me, and I still love it and am not ready to let go just yet, and with this place, I know we're in good hands.

    Made an online appointment for an oil change. We've used Firestone in two other states for…read moremaintenance on the vehicle and all the records are available in their system. We parked in the lot by the bay doors and checked in with the service underwriter. He verified some info, asked if we were going to wait. When we said we would get some lunch and return he made a few suggestions of restaurants in walking distance. Very cordial and friendly. After we returned the vehicle was on the lift and we had a seat in their waiting area. We chatted a bit more with the staff who made some recommendations of things to do in the area. These guys were really great. There are many bays in this building. The waiting area is pretty small compared to the number of bays so I guess most people do not wait. There are many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The mechanic seems very knowledgable, made some recommendations, finished up and we were out in fairly good time. We would definitely return to this location when in the area again.

    Believe the 2-star ratings…read more They were soft launching scamming right in front of my face and were not listening to me when I expressed to them I did not want any work done, and I am assuming the reason they take forever to get to anyone's car is because they are doing unnecessary and UNWARRANTED work on fixing things on people's vehicles that they didn't ask for. I scheduled a free inspection for 5 PM and specifically mentioned that one of my concerns was the motor mount. The employee helping me said they would "start working on it first thing in the morning" so they could order parts if needed. I immediately clarified again that I only wanted an inspection and that if I decided to do any repairs, it would be on a different day. She said okay and I left the keys. That's when I left and looked through the reviews and there's a common theme of them consistently doing work on cars that the customer didn't ask for. That made me uncomfortable, so I went back to get my car and told them I'd bring it in first thing the next morning instead, so then I'd have time to think about it. Then the same lady I told that I didn't wanna any work done goes "are you sure? if there's something wrong with your motor mount you shouldn't be driving it." Like yes? If I wasn't sure I wouldn't be asking for my keys back. At that point, it felt like they were trying to pressure me into leaving the car there for repairs I didn't want. So, I repeated again that I only wanted the inspection and was not authorizing any work. On top of all of this I wasn't greeted until 10 minutes after walking in. I don't know where the disconnect is or why they can't listen, but overall poor customer service. Just Don't go here unless you want to wait only to get scammed out of your money.

When I got there he was honest and very friendly. While the oil change was being done he came to speak to me about removing some of my plastic undercarriage that was bent and scraping the floor while I drive. He told me his tech would be removing all necessary broken pieces, a service I was not expecting. When the work was done I received a text with a service report, including pictures of the bent undercarriage that was removed. Was not expecting the report so I was very pleasantly surprised. Overall - 100%. Definitely recommend. Had a synthetic oil change coupon which had me $55 out the door.

    LADIES - PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS…read more I came in because my brakes sounded like rocks were living in there rent-free. I was told I needed all new brakes and rotors. Cool. Safety first. I paid nearly $2,000 for what I was assured were "premium, high-quality" parts. Premium where??? Less than a month later, my brakes started squealing like I was driving a city bus from 1987. I gave it grace. "Maybe new brakes squeak during break-in." Six months later? Still screaming. So I bring it back. And I'm told I just need to "use my brakes more." Sir. I live in America. I use my brakes every single day. That is literally how driving works. Fast forward ONE YEAR!!!! and the squeal is now louder than my patience. For $2,000, I did not expect: * A recurring soundtrack * A masterclass in being dismissed * Or an explanation that makes less sense than the original problem If you are a woman walking into this shop alone, please ask questions. Get a second opinion. Bring ya mans. Bring Google. Because I paid for premium brakes and got a year-long audition for a horror film sound effect instead. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.
