Rommel is full of promises but short on results. He either doesn't know what he's doing or simply doesn't care--and I'm honestly not sure which is worse. When he had the audacity to ask me to bring my car in a FOURTH TIME (seriously?), I instead asked him for a refund of the $604 I had initially paid him. He refused, claiming, "That wouldn't be fair." I'D LOVE TO KNOW WHAT'S FAIR ABOUT A 74-YEAR-OLD WOMAN HAVING TO CLEAN SOLID BLACK BRAKE DUST OFF HER FRONT WHEELS (WEEKLY!)
