You can text your order in, which I have never experienced but very much enjoyed. This location is in a very busy strip mall, so plenty of parking but also tons of people. No space or seating to eat in this Jet's Pizza - it's a place to grab and go. The staff is very kind but I would discourage getting it delivered. I still believe that in my personal opinion Jet's has the best tasting pizza in the Raleigh area. However, the service here seems to be getting worse over time. I placed an order tonight at 6:40pm (through text to get the 20%). I then drove the 7 miles to their location (while making 1 stop on the way). Upon arrival I saw a sign on the door about requiring masks, but when I entering I found the none of the employees were wearing masks. I gave the guy who greeted me my name and he looked kind of lost and couldn't find my order. After about 20 minutes of my standing there waiting (watching other customers come and go) another employee asked what my order was, I told him, and they started looking for my order. The original employee said I canceled my order, the girl looked it up in the register and stated that I hadn't canceled. Apparently THEN they started making my pizza. It ended up being 51 minutes from when I placed my order until they handed it to me, with most of that time spent with me standing in their store waiting. No one said anything to me, no apology or anything. The original employee (that couldn't find my order) just handed me my pizza and turned and walked away. At this point, I'm not sure that returning to this location is worth my time or trouble. Their pizza is good, but not worth all of this trouble. I recommend avoiding this location. read more

Do not get pizza here! I used to live in Michigan where Jet's was legit. At this location, I've been ordering pizza periodically. Triple pepperoni, 8 corners. Each time, it comes out with a different amount of pepperoni. This last time, it literally looked like single pepperoni. I spoke to the manager, Brady, who told me there's nothing he can do because "different people make it". So...that does nothing to rectify a poorly made pizza. Why would you charge someone over $5 for extra toppings and then not help them fix a blatantly incorrect order? I asked him to remake the pizza. He said he wouldn't. I asked him for a refund, he said it's "out the door" even though I'm standing there outside the store picking up the order (thanks coronavirus) So that's the kind of poor service and product you can expect from Jet's Pizza in Raleigh. We've had a couple issues with Jet's: -We had pizza delivered for a party and it was over 2 hours late and the order was incorrect. The driver apologized and said he would give us a credit refunding the order that we could use on our next visit. -On our next visit we tried to use the credit but the store claimed there was none. We shrugged it off and ordered through their text to order system. We gave a $6 tip for the driver. A few minutes later we got a text that the order would be through Doordash and they were only giving him a $2 tip. This was a shock. It's not cool to rip people off for their tips. Especially in Covid-19 times where people are already struggling. Overall, the pizza is fine but the business management and customer service is sketch. Next time we'll go to Mellow Mushrooms, Lily's or anywhere else that takes better care of their customers and employees. read more

I left without my food although I had paid. I ordered online. I arrived when it said the food would be ready. When I arrived the door to the restaurant was wide open with a fan propping the door open. No AC. I'm not sure there was power bc it was really dark inside. The cook eventually came up front and asked to help. I told her I had an online order. She found it in the system and told me it would be 7 minutes bc she wanted to make it fresh. I had a Groupon that entitles me to $20 credit. That paid our bill for 2 individual pizzas, 1 was a gluten free crust, and a drink. My husband had 3 little piggies pizza. It had sausage, pepperoni and Italian meat. The crust was very good. The gluten free crust was one of the best I've had. There was enough cheese and I liked it. This is only a take out place. Jet's is definitely our favorite for delivery in the area. Speciality pizzas are unique and delicious. The chicken Alfredo pizza is to die for. We always get deep dish crust, so can't recommend other crusts. The many crust flavor options are free and all tasty. Their boneless wings were mediocre, but decent. Their turbo breads, and jets breads are delicious and fresh! The cinnamon bread could be better. They do charge for nearly any modification, even substitutes. Stopped in to pick up lunch on the way home. Facility is small and there is no seating area for dine in. The menu was kinda all over the place and was broken down in to separate boards. I ordered a JetZee (steak and cheese) and some wings since I missed the lunch specials (end at 3 pm). I love jets! Since moving to Raleigh from nyc, finding. Good pizza spot has been a lil tricky. I stumbled in one day and tried their Detroit style and OH-MA-GUH.. amazing. The crust is all buttery, the sauce is all saucy and the cheese. Its like a flavor I cant quite put my hands on. So good, me and my kids like to text our order at least once a week. All I wanted was pizza for National Pizza Day. I saw that Jet's had some specials that they were running. I signed up for the rewards program and placed my order online at 7:45 pm for a pickup from the 3004 Wake Forest Rd location at 9 pm. At 7:46 pm I received a Thank You For Placing Your Order email. Their website said they close at 11 pm. I arrived at the store at 8:26 pm and the door was locked and the open sign was not lit up. I went to the vegan restaurant next door and placed a to go order. Upon coming outside I went to take a picture of the store being closed so that I could notify their Corporate office that not only had I received no communication that I was not going to receive my order but also that they were closed early. While taking the picture, I noticed there were people in the back walking around. I knocked on the door but no one came to the door. Then I receive a call from a worker at that location at 8:59 pm. He proceeds to tell me they closed at 9 pm. I said your website says you close at 11 pm. He said my manager has not had the chance to update it yet. I said I got here at 8:26 pm and you all were closed then. I asked did ya'll not make the $43.85 order that I placed? He told me no. I asked why not. He said because we close at 9 pm and there was no reason for us to make it. I asked him why they did not send me an email to cancel my order or why didn't they call me at the time of the order to notify me. At that point, I realized, I was getting no where with the employee and I asked to speak with the manager. He put me on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I drove 40 miles round trip and they did not have the decency to let me know they were not going to make the food I ordered. I will never patronize the 3004 Wake Forest Rd location in Raleigh. Jet's Pizza may be no perfectly Chicago pie but hey, we aren't in Chicago so if it's good I'm going to eat it, and Jet's deep dish hits my qualifications - the crust was crisp outside and pleasantly chewy within, the proportion of sauce and cheese to crust was balanced, and it tasted just fine eaten cold the day after. We opted for a large and it was enough for the spouse and I to have dinner that night and lunch the next day (though I admit dipping into my lunch slices for breakfast, because cold pizza is a a way of life). While I found their website rather clunky to navigate on mobile, when we called in to place our order everything went smoothly and the pizza was hot and ready exactly as estimated. You can choose from delivery or pickup, with slices available in-store as well, with a variety of crust options from thick to thin (including flavors), plus salads, subs, wings and more - and they offer green olives as a topping, which has won my devotion for sure! Tucked away in a corner of the same shopping plaza that houses Trader Joe's, there's a Pizza Hut and a Papa John's nearby but if you're in the area I'd definitely recommend choosing Jet's over either. read more
