I love but I rarely get a craving for a nice thick cut pizza, but the other day I did and found this place. How good was it you ask, let's just say within a week I went back again because I was craving it. I used the order via text option both times - when I went the workers were friendly and attentive. While they are to far to deliver to my home if I'm in town I will definitely text in a Detroit style crust pizza for pick-up on my way home. read more

Food is ok. But the service is terrible. It was a slightly busy weekend night. There were 3 works, but the bigger ladies were in the back talking. They were oblivious that 10 customers were waiting for their food. So bad. Do not go here. read more

Good deals and amazing pizza. Detroit style - deep dish and all corners - you can get a bbq chicken 8 piece for $21, and they are typically running a special. You can text your order in, which I have never experienced but very much enjoyed. This location is in a very busy strip mall, so plenty of parking but also tons of people. No space or seating to eat in this Jet's Pizza - it's a place to grab and go. The staff is very kind but I would discourage getting it delivered. Save yourself the money and time, just go to pick it up and enjoy. read more

I think I Jet's pizza is solid for what it is! Super inexpensive and fast pizza. I recently picked up pizza here on Super Bowl Sunday after they texted me about a $10 deal for a large pizza. They go heavy on the toppings and online ordering is super easy. The employees are friendly and the pizza is hot when you pick it up! read more

great pizza fast and fresh!! 2 slices and drink 7.99 lunch special. slices were large ny style pizza. highly recommend if in the area. Great customer service!! read more

Stopped in for a slice. It was no joke 130 degrees in the store. I can't believe the staff works in that all day. Reheated and not up to par. Jet's is always decent but this was the worst one I'd ever been in. Stick to Cary or North Raleigh read more

I love deep dish and this satisfied my cravings! I did have to wait a little longer than expected on my order, maybe that is why the pizza was so good! read more

Normally I give into anywhere with deep dish pizzas to just give them a try and so far theirs has beaten all the other restaurants & franchises around the RDU area. Not sure if other reviews steer people away or not enough people give credit when it's due, but definitely give it a try! The staff were friendly and pretty quick with the service when we placed an online order for pickup. The pizza was hot and must be eaten immediately to get the full experience. read more

Worst pizza I've ever had in my life, full stop. The tomato sauce was disgusting, I had to throw the pizza out. Horrible. I didn't know you could actually mess up a pizza that bad. read more

I still believe that in my personal opinion Jet's has the best tasting pizza in the Raleigh area. However, the service here seems to be getting worse over time. I placed an order tonight at 6:40pm (through text to get the 20%). I then drove the 7 miles to their location (while making 1 stop on the way). Upon arrival I saw a sign on the door about requiring masks, but when I entering I found the none of the employees were wearing masks. I gave the guy who greeted me my name and he looked kind of lost and couldn't find my order. After about 20 minutes of my standing there waiting (watching other customers come and go) another employee asked what my order was, I told him, and they started looking for my order. The original employee said I canceled my order, the girl looked it up in the register and stated that I hadn't canceled. Apparently THEN they started making my pizza. It ended up being 51 minutes from when I placed my order until they handed it to me, with most of that time spent with me standing in their store waiting. No one said anything to me, no apology or anything. The original employee (that couldn't find my order) just handed me my pizza and turned and walked away. At this point, I'm not sure that returning to this location is worth my time or trouble. Their pizza is good, but not worth all of this trouble. I recommend avoiding this location. read more

This is the second time I came to jets pizza. First time staff was simply not friendly. People have bad days. Today, after I paid for the pizza, sat and waited 10 minutes for the pizza, girl staff walks close to the counter and threw my pizza on the counter. Very poor customer service. I will never return. read more

Makes me sad, but this location used to be so good. Looking around I wonder when was the last time the owner was actually in there. The place is a mess. I ordered (8) wings and they gave me seven. The pizza is not nearly as good as it used to be. What a bummer. read more

Do not get pizza here! I used to live in Michigan where Jet's was legit. At this location, I've been ordering pizza periodically. Triple pepperoni, 8 corners. Each time, it comes out with a different amount of pepperoni. This last time, it literally looked like single pepperoni. I spoke to the manager, Brady, who told me there's nothing he can do because "different people make it". So...that does nothing to rectify a poorly made pizza. Why would you charge someone over $5 for extra toppings and then not help them fix a blatantly incorrect order? I asked him to remake the pizza. He said he wouldn't. I asked him for a refund, he said it's "out the door" even though I'm standing there outside the store picking up the order (thanks coronavirus) So that's the kind of poor service and product you can expect from Jet's Pizza in Raleigh. Never coming here again. read more

Jet's Pizza - the front of a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

We've had a couple issues with Jet's: -We had pizza delivered for a party and it was over 2 hours late and the order was incorrect. The driver apologized and said he would give us a credit refunding the order that we could use on our next visit. -On our next visit we tried to use the credit but the store claimed there was none. We shrugged it off and ordered through their text to order system. We gave a $6 tip for the driver. A few minutes later we got a text that the order would be through Doordash and they were only giving him a $2 tip. This was a shock. It's not cool to rip people off for their tips. Especially in Covid-19 times where people are already struggling. Overall, the pizza is fine but the business management and customer service is sketch. Next time we'll go to Mellow Mushrooms, Lily's or anywhere else that takes better care of their customers and employees. read more

Normally love Jet's Pizza but this pizza was RAW DOUGH. Light bake still means cooked, with a light crust. Do not recommend this location. Go to Cary or Creedmoor location. read more

I placed an online order at 6:30 and the confirmation was set and had pick up time at 6:49. After ordering I received a not so friendly phone call saying they closed at 7 and I needed to pick my pizza up early. So I went to pick up my pizza and arrived at 6:40. At arrival I was told my pizza wasn't even ready. The website said they closed at 7:30 to add, not 7. Just felt like this is poor service. Don't tell me to come early if it's not even going to be ready and if you do you can ask nicely. Pizza was ready on its normal time read more

I left without my food although I had paid. I ordered online. I arrived when it said the food would be ready. When I arrived the door to the restaurant was wide open with a fan propping the door open. No AC. I'm not sure there was power bc it was really dark inside. The cook eventually came up front and asked to help. I told her I had an online order. She found it in the system and told me it would be 7 minutes bc she wanted to make it fresh. Ummm I ordered it online and was on my lunch break. I had no time to wait. In addition, the cook was dripping sweat bc it was so hot in there. I didn't want the cook to drip sweat into my food. I can see why this establishment has a 91 grade. I left still hungry, with less money for a lunch I did not receive. read more

I had a Groupon that entitles me to $20 credit. That paid our bill for 2 individual pizzas, 1 was a gluten free crust, and a drink. My husband had 3 little piggies pizza. It had sausage, pepperoni and Italian meat. The crust was very good. The gluten free crust was one of the best I've had. There was enough cheese and I liked it. This is only a take out place. Order ahead. It did take a while. read more

First time at Jet's. Detroit pizza in the South...ok. It didn't disappoint. Nice crusty almost burnt edges on a thicker crust. Good sauce cradles the extraordinary amount of toppings that I received on the Jet10. I ordered a large and it will feed me for 3-4 days. I will definitely be back. read more

Great deep dish pizza - everyone really enjoyed it when I ordered it for a work lunch.

Good food, friendly service. I wish it was more open so that you could see the chefs making the pizza. Being from NY, it's just part of the experience. The owners need to consider refurbishing the locations one at a time. It's time for a fresher look. read more

Jet's is definitely our favorite for delivery in the area. Speciality pizzas are unique and delicious. The chicken Alfredo pizza is to die for. We always get deep dish crust, so can't recommend other crusts. The many crust flavor options are free and all tasty. Their boneless wings were mediocre, but decent. Their turbo breads, and jets breads are delicious and fresh! The cinnamon bread could be better. They do charge for nearly any modification, even substitutes. It's a little pricey for pizza delivery, but better than others so worth it. They always have "hot deals" online and send coupons in the North Raleigh mailers. read more

The ranch the ranch pizza is amazing! Forget marinara sauce, get ranch and you'll be addicted too

Wanted to buy lunch for my employees and everyone loves pizza so ordered 4 large hand tossed pizzas (pepperoni, sausage with mushrooms, xtra cheese and a "veggie "pizza. along with soft drinks to be delivered between 11:30 - 12 pm. The guy on the phone who took my order could not have been more helpful and even asked if I would like cups, paper plates and napkins (I would have forgot that!). Pizzas arrived at 11:45 hot and delicious and soft drinks were cold. Will definitely order again. Thanks for the great service! read more

Stopped in to pick up lunch on the way home. Facility is small and there is no seating area for dine in. The menu was kinda all over the place and was broken down in to separate boards. I ordered a JetZee (steak and cheese) and some wings since I missed the lunch specials (end at 3 pm). The food was good but I was surprised to find that even tho I ordered wings I had to pay extra for dipping sauce. No dipping sauce comes with the wings....smh. read more

I love jets! Since moving to Raleigh from nyc, finding. Good pizza spot has been a lil tricky. I stumbled in one day and tried their Detroit style and OH-MA-GUH.. amazing. The crust is all buttery, the sauce is all saucy and the cheese. Its like a flavor I cant quite put my hands on. So good, me and my kids like to text our order at least once a week. Customer service in store has always been great, friendly and courteous. They move quickly without compromising the quality of the pizza. read more

Deep dish done deliciously! Jet's Pizza may be no perfectly Chicago pie but hey, we aren't in Chicago so if it's good I'm going to eat it, and Jet's deep dish hits my qualifications - the crust was crisp outside and pleasantly chewy within, the proportion of sauce and cheese to crust was balanced, and it tasted just fine eaten cold the day after. We opted for a large and it was enough for the spouse and I to have dinner that night and lunch the next day (though I admit dipping into my lunch slices for breakfast, because cold pizza is a a way of life). While I found their website rather clunky to navigate on mobile, when we called in to place our order everything went smoothly and the pizza was hot and ready exactly as estimated. You can choose from delivery or pickup, with slices available in-store as well, with a variety of crust options from thick to thin (including flavors), plus salads, subs, wings and more - and they offer green olives as a topping, which has won my devotion for sure! Tucked away in a corner of the same shopping plaza that houses Trader Joe's, there's a Pizza Hut and a Papa John's nearby but if you're in the area I'd definitely recommend choosing Jet's over either. read more

Good pizza but seriously with delivery fee and tip....$35 for a medium thin crust pizza. Never again.

I'm in love with the 8 square pizza!!!!! I love the butter crust. They have a buy one, get one free deep dish pizza slice deal going on right now! $3.33 total for two slices of pizza and a soda. Always look for the lunch deals and coupons. They have the best sandwich's. I love how they give back to the community. You can build your own pizza and they have gluten free pizza. They also have multiple crust flavors you can choice from. They have big parking lot and I love that they are always busy and they have amazing wings. read more

All I wanted was pizza for National Pizza Day. I saw that Jet's had some specials that they were running. I signed up for the rewards program and placed my order online at 7:45 pm for a pickup from the 3004 Wake Forest Rd location at 9 pm. At 7:46 pm I received a Thank You For Placing Your Order email. Their website said they close at 11 pm. I arrived at the store at 8:26 pm and the door was locked and the open sign was not lit up. I went to the vegan restaurant next door and placed a to go order. Upon coming outside I went to take a picture of the store being closed so that I could notify their Corporate office that not only had I received no communication that I was not going to receive my order but also that they were closed early. While taking the picture, I noticed there were people in the back walking around. I knocked on the door but no one came to the door. Then I receive a call from a worker at that location at 8:59 pm. He proceeds to tell me they closed at 9 pm. I said your website says you close at 11 pm. He said my manager has not had the chance to update it yet. I said I got here at 8:26 pm and you all were closed then. I asked did ya'll not make the $43.85 order that I placed? He told me no. I asked why not. He said because we close at 9 pm and there was no reason for us to make it. I asked him why they did not send me an email to cancel my order or why didn't they call me at the time of the order to notify me. At that point, I realized, I was getting no where with the employee and I asked to speak with the manager. He put me on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I drove 40 miles round trip and they did not have the decency to let me know they were not going to make the food I ordered. I will never patronize the 3004 Wake Forest Rd location in Raleigh. No customer should ever have to experience what I did. read more

This place used to be great, but something has changed recently. We ordered online, got confirmation, and as I type this it's two hours later and we still have no food.
