This is my new favorite pizza spot! The food is amazing, so much so that it tastes like how classic pizza was back when I was a kid. Additionally, the service and staff are incredible. I had a less than perfect experience. The first time I was there, but when Matt called me and told me that he would make it all good it's exactly what he did. I visited the Peoria location on a Friday. I ordered a large three topping Detroit style pizza. I picked all three toppings to be pepperoni. I did not check the pizza at the location. I got home and I was disappointed on the amount of pepperoni for being triple pepperoni. The pizza was good, but the extra pepperoni cost $2 to $3 dollars more. I went to the location on Monday to complain. Manager on duty says that the complaint should've been done on Friday, then they would have remade the pizza. I told her I did not want another pizza on Friday. She ended up calling the owner and he said that he personally made the pizza and that was the correct amount of pepperoni for being triple pepperoni, and if he was to remake it, it would look the same and too bad so sad. I showed them a picture of the pizza and it looked like the picture on the menu with one topping of pepperoni. Nothing was offered for my complaint and I kind of felt that they didn't care that I was not happy with my order. Very poor customer service. The pizza was good, but there are other players in town and I will not be going to this location again, too bad. read more

We've ordered the Detroit style pizza twice and my family loved it both times. We ordered the pepperoni, chicken bacon ranch and the Hawaiian, all three were great. The pizza at Jet Pizza on Thunderbird in Peoria is absolutely fabulous! The crust is perfect, great taste - not too thin or thick, and cooked crispy with a soft inside. They generously load the fresh tasting toppings throughout each bite, instead of just plopping in the middle. The tasty sauce finishes it off and makes it the best pizza we've had in the Phoenix area. We actually moved further away and are willing to drive further because it's definitely worth it. Pizza was good, but on the vegetable pizza, they used canned mushrooms which was absolutely disgusting. I have always had fresh mushrooms on a vegetarian pizza and the soggy mushrooms was just gross. They were rubbery and taste like crap!! read more

I've had their food 2 x now. Their Detroit-Style pizza made me a fan, whereas other places that serve that style of pizza didn't pass with me. The restaurant I was told is a franchise, however it's run by a very pleasant family which gives it a very "mom & pop" type of feeling. They took the best aspects of other pizza chain options and combined it on one menu, so you can literally get your food exactly the way you want it, within reason of course. The pizza makers are very generous with the toppings and their food is reasonably priced overall. If you have tried Jets Pizza, then you know all of this already, if you haven't tried it, then do yourself a favor and and do so the next time you feel like pizza. JR read more

Ordered a thin crust sausage for delivery. It showed up in about 30 minutes and was very good. We'll order from here again.

I had been waiting for this place to open and I have been eating here once a week since. To I ordered my usual, four corner deep dish pepperoni with honey bbq wings. When I got home I opened the wings and found out they were hot wings. So I took them back and they gave me new wings. No one apologized for the mistake. I got home and opened the pizza box and found it to be just cheese. I now realize they probably gave me the wrong order and there probably another pissed off customer. Opinions on what constitutes good Pizza is so very subjective for many reasons. Living in NYC for 40 years and in AZ for 20, there are few places in AZ that replicate traditional NY pizza. Rays(several) is one, Stevies in Glendale on 59th ave is another, there are a few more. Jets my friends is nothing like NY style pizza. It reminded me of Peter Piper/ Sardellas type of Pizza....like a fast food of Pizza. Calzone had no ricotta in it...I repeat calzones had no ricotta in it. My wife who is a native Phoenician, agreed this was at best average. We tried it, and we are done with Jet. We need more ma and pa style Pizzerias not this fast food style. read more
