Went to support the fundraiser for the 4Alec Foundation tonight and I was really disappointed with the service. We specifically ordered the deep dish duo to accommodate my daughter's allergy to tomatoes & ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza paired with the cheesy garlic bread. I ordered the Jetszee chicken parm with sauce on the side. Luckily we checked the order in the car and that's when the "fun" began - NOT. They made the pizza with marinara sauce instead of ranch and put the ranch on the cheesy bread. They also put the sauce on my sandwich which I had wanted on the side. Upon pointing out the errors in the order they got extremely confrontational with us and said that that wasn't how it was marked on the receipt. It isn't our fault that they rang it up wrong on the receipt, we clearly stated what we wanted on our pizza. We came out to support a good cause and definitely wasn't expecting to be treated this way. Now my sandwich, which was made wrong is getting cold while we wait for the new order to be made. When we finally got home after well over an hour of waiting for our food, we discovered that my sandwich was actually a sub sandwich & NOT the Jetzee pizza dough sandwich that I had ordered! Maybe they should hire people with better listening skills to not mess up the orders or repeating the order back to make sure they know EXACTLY what the customer wants would be helpful. read more

We've ordered from Jets on multiple occasions. Every time we've ordered. The food just gets worse. I'm unsure if the management has changed or if it's just the quality or if they just don't care. But, our pizza arrives cold and soggy. We usually order a BBQ chicken pizza with pineapple and an order of bread with bacon. The bread was hard as a rock and the pizza had a funky taste, almost like some thing was starting to go bad. We threw it out. I don't think we'll be ordering from this location again. Living in Michigan for 6+ years I had the luxury of living by a Jet's Pizza and eating it as often as one could handle; at least once per week for movie night, sometimes more. So when I moved to Cleveland in 2008 I found out really quick that the closest Jet's was like 20 miles away, so the search for a new pizza place for me to grab and go was on. Fast forward to December 2011 and my search still continued. I tried just about every local pizza joint in my area (delivery and pick-up) within a 5-10 min. drive and really couldn't find anything that could compare. I do blame a lot of this on my biased love for Jet's but I also factually know that I am not the only one with this infatuation (wife, brother, brothers ex., many friends, and a couple bartenders I've got to talking to over the years). Apparently we all have similar palates. So, to get back on track, December 2011 I decided to do my monthly check on Jet's website to see if any stores are 'coming soon' and what do you know? You guessed it!!! Lyndhurst store coming soon! F'N excited, really super duper excited if you catch my drift. But immediately I started thinking that what if the pizza here tastes different then the one I used to get 6 hours away in Michigan. I'd be devastated. Opened late December 2011 (during holiday break) and started my long, devoted relationship with the new Jet's just last night with a large deep dish pepperoni, $9.91 after online coupon, paid online, picked up right on time, brought home (10 minute drive), stuck in oven at 200F (wait for wife - 10 minutes), and busted out maybe 5 minutes after she arrived. Obviously both of us are highly anticipating this pie since its been way too long since our last time. Pizza came out still super cheesy, crisp edges, hot and delicious. Let me tell you that Jet's did not disappoint, not a bit, nor could I tell you that there was any difference in taste between the two locations. Bravo Jets, we love you dearly! Now for those who are thinking about hitting up Jet's in the near future you need to keep a few things in mind. We love the deep dish which comes in small, large, and XL. The 8 corner pizza is great too but a little more expensive. The thin crust and flat are not recommended only because the deep dish is so much better. The subs / boats are fantastic as are the breads. I don't really remember the wings because 9 times out of 10 I only get pizza not to mention I have a completely separate wing craving and like to satisfy only one at a time. The parking lot is a little crammed. The place was packed around 6:15pm on a Thursday as expected. I live only 3.33 miles away and am out of the delivery radius, so don't be surprised if they don't deliver. It will tell you once you order online and set up your address. As a little fat kid, I love, love, LOVED Little Caesar's pizza. Not sure why, but getting a square pizza always seemed to make it taste better. (I had a younger cousin who refused to eat anything but square pizza...the family had to get creative sometimes to turn those triangles into squares) Jet's Pizza reminds me of Old Skool Little Caesar's - not exactly awesome, but square, greasy, and pretty tasty. Their square pizzas are of the deep dish variety. You can get an extra flavor on your crust, but I'm not sure that's needed. We've ordered from Jet's a few times, and to be honest, I forgot that we'd ordered a flavored crust the one time because the flavor (garlic) was so subtle. They also offer traditional pizza or thin crust, but I haven't tried those. My boyfriend tells me their boneless wings are "just ok" and I think their bread sticks are kind of boring, but...this is a chain, after all. I can't expect everything to be a WIN. Since this is the new pizza game in town, they tend to be pretty busy. Plan ahead if you want takeout or delivery because they wait can be longer than what you might expect at other pizza chains in the area. read more

Pros: good pizza and bread sticks. Tastes different than your typical chain pizza spot. Cons: driver delivered pizza ($30 for $23.50, $3.50 tip automatically included in the bill), and tried to walk away without giving change. My sister asked for her money and the driver asked if she wanted two or three dollars back. This is a classic case of bullying people out of their money (out of the 6.50 owed). Has to stop. She says this isn't the first time someone there has tried this with her. With that being said, pick up your pizza. Do not get delivery. read more

Super-rude employees and manager Rob just cost Jets a customer that places 2-3 orders per week. All I did was call to ask why the online ordering system wasn't working and how long it would be down and I was actually hung up on by (manager) Rob. When I called back to say we were disconnected, he said he thought we were done talking. I know you guys are busy, but this type of service is absolutely unacceptable. So rather than place an order and have your employees potentially do something to your pizza we chose to order from Papa Johns. So rude. read more

Jets is the pride of southeastern Michigan so naturally I have a special affinity for them. This particular one does a good business but struggles a bit in the expo department and by the look of other reviewers, I'd say that is pretty spot on. I've ordered here four times in the last twok months and 3 of the four times my order was delivered incorrectly. The drivers are usually apologetic and the people on the phone acknowledge the order was not completed as ordered. They need to tighten up in that area. Otherwise the food is fantastic. Id recommend picking up and not delivery until they can rectify this issue. Even once when picking up The counter girl handed me the order and gave me a blank look when I told her something was missing. The 8 corner is good, salads are good, wings are good. We move down the street from them and since pizza is my kids favorite food group (anyone else got a kid on the autism spectrum & can relate) we are typically loyal customers BUT they cut our pizzas with the same cutter that was used on cinnamon sticks (which we did not order) we called to let them know and they basically said sorry about your luck. Zero customer service, zero owning up to their wrong doing, shoot we would of been thrilled with an in sorry & would you like a coupon? So needless to say I don't recommend them. Was put on hold multiple times by a black girl who never picked up again had to call back just to talk to someone. The food is great, and they always have some kind of deal or coupon! This is honestly my favorite pizza chain. They have real ranch that they make in the the store and the crust flavors are delish. Delivery is slower than other places though, that is the only setback. read more

I used to love Jets Pizza but, way to go Lyndhurst location you ruined it for me! If you order from this location please make sure to check your account and keep your ticket. I was charged $10 more on the total of my order and was told I wrote down a $17 tip for a delivery driver lol! Not only did I call the location and get told "this is not a big deal" but, they also decided to put me on hold and just never grab the phone again. Had to call corporate twice just to learn this is a franchise store so all they can do is email the GM. Finally the GM called me had them issue me a $10 refund to my card and then said they were going to give me a $10 credit to my next order.... Well I got the money on my card but never got an additional credit lol. I used to love Jets but this location is terrible ! They put so much cheese you can't even cut the pizza. Just makes it gross. There is only 2 chains of pizza I will order in CLE, and this is one of them. This is a pizza place that serves a few diff styles of pizza, but I love the thick crust pizza. It's not a pizza you want all the time, but when you want it it's a def a craving. The thick crust is square and in the 'Detroit style' where the crust is burned w cheese to make it crispy and delicious. It doesn't feature the red sauce on top like real D style pizzas, but that's ok. I like their broad delivery service. The Jet's bread is decadent, I order w cheese and bacon. Also, the lunch combos of two fresh made square thick crust slices and a soda for around $5 is great. The salad is literally lettuce w various pizza toppings on it. That was kind of silly. This review is regarding the store in Willoughby, OH. The Lyndhurst number is on the menu also, so I assume it has the same owner's. I ordered a pepperoni deep dish, jet sticks, and a 2 liter coke. I like the toppings under the cheese and have ordered them that way every time from this store. (probably 6 times). I dislike dried out, burnt, toppings. If my pizza cannot be made that way I just go somewhere else, no problem. The order was delivered in less time than quoted, the driver was polite and engaging. Good skills for someone who deals with the public. I noticed my coke was missing and the driver checked the ticket and his car. No coke but it was ordered and paid for. He said another driver would drop it off. That's fine with me, I forget things too. I opened the pizza and it was not prepared as ordered. The pepperoni was on top of the cheese and dried out. I planned on mentioning it to the next driver when the coke was delivered. I was not going to be unreasonable, just let he or she know, someone needs to pay closer attention to what the customer ordered. (There must be at least 15 pizza joints within 5 miles of there, we do have choices) Someone did not read the check when preparing, boxing the pizza, and loading it to be delivered. at least 2 people if not 3 I never had that opportunity. I patiently waited for my beverage with no joy. No one ever came back and they blew the opportunity to correct 2 mistakes on 1 order. I am left with the impression this store is poorly managed and nobody follows up. I did leave a note on the company web site. I wonder if I will get a reply... That was my final dealing with this location. In the past the pizza was good, (not great), but it was a good value for the price with specials and coupons factored in. Rude, Lacking any semblance of Professionalism and Poor Customer service. Instead of providing adequate information so a proper order can be placed the Jetts employee was to familiar (dude, bro etc.). The Yelp information was wrong and when questioned about it...the employee was short tempered replying "Dude, you will have to come there to place a order" when Yelp claimed to offer Grub Hub as a delivery option. Totally unimpressed. It's a pity and a shame that the quality of service can't be as appealing as the pictures of their food. I ordered a pizza at 1130am on Sunday morning. I ordered online to Lyndhurst store. It arrived fairly quickly, but was nothing like what I ordered I contacted the store and was told I was delivered the wrong pizza and I would be "called back" regarding my replacement pizza shortly. 45 minutes later, no call, no pizza. I called them back and got " Oh, do you want us to remake it?" I ended up having to drive up there to return the pizza and get my money back. No offer to make things right, nothing. I ordered a pizza from them 2 hours prior and I'm delivering a pizza to them, hungry as hell I might add. This was my first and last time with Jets pizza. read more

I glanced at the reviews before posting my own and I can say, I haven't had any of the problems that others have; but then again, I have always drove and picked up my pizza instead of having it delivered. Jet's is one of my favorite pizza joints...I just love their pizza and it doesn't give me heartburn lol. The only negative comment I have to share is just something I thought strange...when I called to order and asked what the current special was, the customer service person responded "well how much were you wanting to spend?" lol, so it appears as if though the special was based on each person's budget at the time. We recently ordered delivery from Jet's after hearing so many positive things about them. The employee that answered the phone when I placed our order quoted us with a 65 minute delivery time. We were okay with that, so we went ahead and placed the order. 75 minutes later and we still hadn't received our order. I called Jet's and they told me that they were swamped with deliveries and that we were misquoted on our delivery time. I understand that everyone has an off night once in awhile, but they could have at least called to let us know. He ended the phone call saying that we'd have it "shortly". Okay, no problem. 15 minutes after that, and still no delivery. I called the restaurant again and the same employee from the previous call answered the phone. I explained that we still hadn't gotten our order, to which he then sort of stated with an attitude that our order would be free. I thanked him and then asked him why they didn't call us to let us know why we had been misquoted on our delivery time. He brushed the question off, not really giving an answer. 10 minutes after that (35 minutes after our original quoted time), our driver, who was very polite and apologetic, arrived. He then repeated to us that the order was on them. We ordered a large cheese pizza, bread sticks, and a salad. The pizza and bread sticks were both hot and delicious, and the salad was great as well. Overall, despite our food arriving over a half hour later than quoted, we will give Jet's another try due to the fantastic food and the courteous service from the delivery driver. read more

I am very pissed off. They made an agreement with the Brush High School baseball team, with a coupon code, offering a free four-corner pizza each day. That was the main selling point for our cards. They went back on their agreement apparently, after each player on JV and Varsity sold cards to everyone for 10$ a piece. Each player sold 20+ cards, to friends, family, and people in the community. I think the only thing I would suggest is more pepperoni - as it seemed like they skimped a bit on ours. Pizza was still very good. I am a fan. Bad customer service. I called to have a pizza delivered. After 1 1/2hrs I called to check on the status. I was advised by the manager, Jason, that it was a pickup order, not delivery. He implied it was my fault, stated they were busy and ask "do you want the pizza or not" I cancelled the order and I will never order jets again. I went to purchase a pizza from Jets's tonight, and was treated very rudely by this tall skinny White kid who decided to put on a show in front of other customers because I previously complained about a poorly made pizza. So out of retaliation from a previous visit, he decided not to grant my educator's discount of 20%. He said it was 10% and refused to correct it. Then he rudely told me that I could leave his store because I told him about his rude behavior. He cancelled my order against my request. He needs some customer service training. He claims to be a manager. He wouldn't manage any of my stores. I will be placing a call to the Corporate location in Michigan. He also made reference to the Parma location.
