Placed a large order. Called them after 90 minutes to check on it. Was told it was on the way. Still no order after 30 more minutes. I called back and was told I never placed an order. I have the email receipt from when I placed my order and a charge on my bank account. They let me know this is happening a lot and it will probably be credited back in a few days. Meanwhile, I am left with no food after 2 hours, and maybe will get my money back. Until they figure this out, I would avoid using this store. This was one of the worst tasting pizzas I've ever had. I got the 4 corner pizza. It was very greasy! The oil had soaked up into half the base and you can both see and taste it. It is superior to other local pizza chains. I'm very picky about my pizza, and this pizza is always a hit. Food: I tried various pizzas, salads, wings, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks over the years. The food is always consistently delicious. I haven't experienced one miss. I was never once disappointed. My favorites are All Meaty Pizza, cinnamon stix, and cheese stix. Last time I ordered 8 Corner All Meaty Pizza Detroit-Style Deep Dish (regular size pizza). My grand total was $27.06. Toppings were generous as always (bacon, sausage, and so on). Ingredients always top notch. Crust always delicious and perfectly crispy. I usually flavor the crust with butter flavor but opted out this time. Flavor crusting is such an amazing option! Ambiance: This is a simple pick up location. One bench is available for those who are waiting. No inside seating is available to enjoy your pizza. The plaza has a large parking lot. Service: Online ordering system is very easy, pick up time clearly reflected. Pick up option is usually quick, pizza is always hot and fresh! Delivery is usually slower/delayed. Service is not very attentive or friendly. I really appreciate that it's always fast! I think that the focus on speed impacts the service. Our go-to order for the past year+ plus been the 8-corner pepperoni -well done. This pizza has been 100% consistent with flavor, amount of pepperoni and all around crispness. We do frequent the local mom and pop restaurants for their pizza but honestly, this pizza does not disappoint. It's always hot and because we do order online, we are hoping it's just as good as the last pizza and it always is! We do not veer from this order as we have found that the more toppings are not always the best for us so I cannot recommend other products. In Ohio to support my homie and we ordered from this pizzeria. We ordered the meat lovers pie. The pizza was delivered late so it was cold on arrival. Which affected its overall taste. The pizza itself is very filling and delicious. The Sicilian style pizza dough was soft and fluffy. I do wish it had more marinara. One of my favorite pizzas around - and the only Detroit style in the area that I know of. The crispy edges of the pizza are actually cheese baked to the very edge. The pepperoni is crisped around the edges to make little delicious cups. The sauce is a just the right amount of sweet and richness to complement the buttery deep dish crust. Be sure to order the 4 corner pizza - it's the best! We are new to the area and have been trying different pizza places. This was maybe the 8th place we tried. We had a lot of problems. 1) We ordered two gluten free pizzas. The description on Uber Eats doesn't give the size of the pizza like every other store does, so we assumed at $22/pizza they must be a decent sized 10" or 12". Nope! When our pizzas arrived they were only 7" square. Had we known we were getting charged $22 for a 7" pizza we would never have placed the order, and you sitting there reading this never would have either. Most other places are charging $15-$20 for a much larger 10" or 12" gluten free. We totally got ripped off by this place. 2) Regardless of where we're ordering pizza we always get ceasar salads along with the pizza. A ceaser is, by definition, romaine lettuce with ceaser dressing. Both salads were iceberg lettuce and not romaine, so very different texture and very different flavor. In 15 years of ordering ceaser salads at different restaurants, never have I seen an iceberg salad being sold as a ceaser salad. Had I known from the description that this wasn't a real ceasar salad we would have never placed the order. 3) Slow. Now, this could have been Uber Eats, that's hard to say, but we do order pizza on Uber Eats from many different places and usually they show up in 30-60 minutes. On this day the estimate was 45 min delivery, but then it went up to 60, then 75, then 90 min. It arrived almost 2 hours after we placed the order. Ok, so maybe they had a rough day and got a lot of orders but combine this long wait time with rip-off sized $22 pizzas and fake ceaser salads and wow. We will definitely never be ordering from this place again. Owner of Jets, if you're reading this, please update your pizza descriptions on Uber Eats to tell people that the $22 gluten free pizza that you're selling them is only 7", and that your ceasar salad is a regular iceberg salad with ceasar dressing. I love the pizza here. But after 3 times in less than a month, of not making the order right. First, mix up the order with another customer. Which I can see happening, getting busy can mix things up. But when you go to the other customers house and bring the order to me from there... No No... I got a pizza that was eaten from the other customer. Yuk! OK. Came in here with modest expectations. They have slices, yes slices. I got the pepperoni. It was good pizza. The bottom of the pizza was crispy but it was a butter or oil type of crispy. I have not eaten at Pizza Hut on many moons but that is what the bottom\crust reminded me of. It was good but did not have that mom and pop pizza place taste. I got he deep dish by the way. I love getting this pizza at the Columbus locations so I was really happy to find it in Cleveland as well. Just ordered a large with turbo crust and they let us do a split, half pepperoni and half cheese only along with an order of breadsticks. Used a coupon from the paper and after the delivery fee it was $18 and some change. Yeah there is a delivery fee but what can you do. The order showed up fairly quick. I'd say about 35 minutes. It was correct and right out of the oven. Everything tastes great with no problems at all. Glad to know I can grab Jet's when I'm up this way now. If you like spicy then try the Cajun crust. There is also an option to add feta cheese for and extra charge which I found to be very good! I've ordered salad and the garlic knots before too and both were great. The only thing I have not been a fan of is their wings. They just seem like something you could buy frozen and heat up. Pizza is fine. Delivery people are not very personable, and I'd say border on rude. It's not acceptable to ignore a customer when they greet you, nor is it okay to toss receipts on top of the box and shove them at the customer as they are trying to be friendly. A sarcastic "thanks for the tip" doesn't help either. I'm not an unreasonable person. I work in customer relations. I understand there are scenarios where jumping through hoops isn't required, so I don't expect that. I do expect common decency from any service provider. Wow! This pizza is on point! We ordered a 8-corner pizza with the Turbo crust and it was the perfect deep dish pizza. A little oily, but that's to be expected with deep dish.
