I kept getting flyers from Jet's pizza in the mail so I finally decided to give them a try. I got a detroit style 8 corner pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms on top and my husband got an aloha pizza on gluten free crust. I should've really gotten a 4 corner (I had no idea what detroit style pizza was! It is thick and bread-y, very filling!) but regardless, it was delicious. The corners were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and there was plenty of cheese and sauce on top. Gluten free crust is also square shaped and only comes in a personal size - my husband said it was one of the best gluten free crust he has ever had! I had a bite and the texture was pretty good for a gluten free crust. There is minimal seating in the store (not really a sit down place anyways) - we ordered in store to go and it took about 20-25ish minutes, so I will definitely be ordering online next time. read more

Wow! I LOVE this pizza! I was visiting my mother and we were really tired after a long day of running around. She told me that she'd ordered delivery from this place before and that it was "really good." Ummm...really good wasn't a good description. More like "outrageously delicious!" Ordering from their website was super easy. It's attractive, easy to navigate, and has clear descriptions of specialty pizzas and other menu offerings. We ordered an "8 Corner Detroit Deep Dish" and an order of Jet's bread, plus two Diet Cokes because we were too tired go to the store! The order was delivered more quickly than anticipated and when it did arrive, the pizza was hot, hot, hot, and the drinks were cold, cold, cold. Our delivery person was so kind and ignored my mother's "ferocious" dog's rude behavior! Ha! I love pizza - but it's a rare treat to find that Detroit crust! It was PERFECTO! Additionally, the assortment of crusts to choose from is a brilliant idea. I cannot wait to visit the area again, pretend to be too tired to cook, and order any number of the great offerings from Jet's. It's just going downhill in Flavor Town with Jet's pizza. We ordered a pepperoni Detroit style deep dish for the family pizza heretics who like such a thing. Then we ordered a super special, hand-tossed, with extra pizza sauce for the more reasonable one's of us, like me. The hand tossed pizza was horrible. In fact, there is really only one good thing to say about the pizza and that is that it wasn't cold. Which also means it wasn't hot. It tasted like cardboard. Even with the extra sauce, that just highlighted the blandness of the sauce compared to nearby alternatives. The toppings were small and not only were they indistinguishable individually, they didn't really work together as a team for some combined goodness. Really, frozen pizza or even QT has better pizza. As for the ordering experience, we did that online and the order was timely and the service was fine. Apparently, delivery is a problem due to lack of enough labor, so take out was encouraged. There were 5 people in the small lobby waiting on take out, but my online order was ready when I walked in the door. Received a coupon pack from the manager due to inactivity. Ordered two large deep dish pizzas with tax, tip and delivery they were $30.00! Yikes!! The pizzas were delivered and they were solid. Good taste and hot. The bottom line is they're thick and tasty and had quick delivery. The delivery guy had a great attitude. The rub is the price. Delicious! I've lived in Michigan for a little while due to my husband's job and Jet's is a big deal up there. So when I found out there's a Jets here we were so excited! Their deep dishes is what it's all about, the crust is crunchy and full of flavor with their Parmesan cheese sprinkled all over. I ordered a half bacon and half cheese, that bacon has the best texture it's cut in thick squares with a crunch but also soft and salty texture. The cheese sticks are so good, cheesy with that same crunch along the edge s like their deep dish. My husband ordered the BBQ wings and thumbs upped them! One thing I learned living up north is pizza goes with Ranch...I'm not keen on that idea but Jet's ranch is to die for.. get the ranch! We did an online order for takeout, the ordering process was easy and pickup was fast, clean inside and friendly service. Jet's is decently priced for the amount of food you get and how filling it is. Far superior location. Lettuce for salads is always fresh and pizza tastes great. They don't deliver to my location so if we can't pickup we have to order from the other location, which is always a huge disappointment. Their lettuce is always old and they never fail to forget a topping. The Parkway location takes way more pride in their product. Thanks for that. read more

I have eaten here a few times at lunch and the pizza is excellent. The crust is Sicilian-style and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The sauce is quite tasty and not sweet at all. The cheese is toasted just right. The restaurant only has a couple tables inside and one outside. Decor is nothing to brag about. Their logo is kind of goofy. But who cares? The pizza is awesome and their lunch special costs less than McD's. The lunch special is 2 slices of Sicilian-style pizza (thick crust, square shape) and a 16-20 oz bottle drink (one of the teas were 16 oz - the Pepsi products were all 20 oz) - currently costs $6. read more

Once we ordered a philly cheesesteak pizza and when we arrived at home (should have checked it right away) we noticed that there was absolutely no steak on it. Upset, my husband called Jet's and the employee handled the situation very well and credited our account for a free pizza the next time we order, which was honored. Coworker just ordered from them using our credit cards. They tried to charge all of us a delivery fee and she tried to explain they've never done that before. The manager on shift rudely explained that we were out of their area anyway, said they were too busy, and hung up on her. She drove down to pick it up and they took our order. He apologized and said they were just super busy. When she came back and I received my food, I got a sub instead of a boat that I ordered. A taste of northern pizza! Thick, thin, or regular crust their pizza is great. Was so pleased to discover this hidden location in Greenville. South Carolina folks just don't know good pizza and this is superb. The sauce is right, not too spicy, tangy sweet but doesn't taste like barbecue sauce. Real cheese and a plethora of toppings to choose from. My favorite is the thin crust with bacon, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers - totally yummy. And they are fast. Jets pizza has a very good flavor, but with one major caveat. It is so greasy. Their best pizza is deep dish, but you Better take some blood thinners and have good health insurance, because their pizza's nutritional information says it all. Don't eat much. The problem is that when something is that bad for you, it probably tastes damn good, and this is no exception. It is amazing reheated, and this is a big challenge for any pizza. Cons. Wildly inconsistent are initial experiences were good. Once at an elementary school fall festival and previous take out. Their pan crust is the only thing comparable in taste to the hut. The cost is premium. However this last experience was bad topping where skimpy except for cheese. We ordered a antipasto salad and aside from iceberg lettuce it was anemic. i went to this place because my neighborhood always ordered from them several years ago. however, i called to order for 35 hungry employees and boy was i so dissappointed when CHRIS answered. yeah thats right, CHRIS answered and was absolutely SNARKY..... I STATE AGAIN... SNARKINESS kills repeat customers and drives them away.. how do i know this fact... because immediately upon having this short lived NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY CHRIS talk,,, i took my business to fox pizza next door and they did not dissappoint. its a shame when someone sends business out the door because of poor customer service and even tho i doubt they will read this .. u need to have some mandatory training to make up for that debacle...however i did write a great review for the other pizza place. read more
